**Please note, we only accept reservations directly through VRBO, Fisher Real Estate, or J Pepper Frazier Real Estate. Photos do not reflect new window coverings on first floor (Master Bedroom, Dining Room, & Living Room), new counter stools in kitchen, new kitchen faucet, and new rugs in dining room and living room. Updates are also in progress for kitchen, and 2 upstairs bathrooms**

Spacious home with hardwood floors, central air, 3 levels of living space & basement. Large living room with new couch and table offers a wide open space to the dining room & kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has a center island and plenty of cabinets stocked with everything you need. Access to the side and back yard is found just off the kitchen and first floor master suite.

The second floor master has a Queen-size bed & en suite bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms (1 Queen and the other with 2 twin beds) that share a bathroom. Plenty of closet space and dressers in every room make it easy to unpack and move right in.

The third floor is an open room with a large screen TV ideal for children, teens, or the adult looking for their own personal 'cave'. Two Ethan Allen pull-out beds (One Queen and one twin) are available for extra sleeping.

Washer / Dryer located in the basement. Guests also have use of a ping pong table in basement, along with 5 bikes (4 adult; 1 child), beach chairs, umbrellas, etc.

Trash pick-up weekly. Able to arrange personal shopping service through a 3rd party if you wish to have the house stocked with grocerieto your arrival.

Dogs must be approved by owner prior to booking. Dogs are NOT allowed on couches and MUST be walked on a leash in the neighborhood. No smoking. No parties.

The convenient location, beautiful community and attention to detail make this home the perfect choice for your stay on Nantucket.

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed a wonderful week at this property. The house was spacious and decorated beautifully. It’s a great central location and the proximity to the pool and the enclosed backyard were perfect for our two young children. The hosts were also excellent with all communication.

Wonderful experience in a great home

We had a great experience in this house. It was just as advertised and even more. Very spacious with open layout and convenient bedroom and bathroom situations. The house was very clean and had all the necessary amenities for a vacation home. The owners were incredibly communicative and kind. Overall, we had a tremendous experience and would absolutely go back.

Nantucket Haven

We absolutely loved our stay here. This house is gorgeous and packed with everything you could possibly need for a Nantucket vacation! The decor is absolutely stunning and provides a relaxing environment. We stayed with our child with special needs and his service dog and they both felt right at home. My son didn’t want to get off the relaxing couch! We met both Audra and Frank who are super friendly and down to earth. Will definitely come back!

Mid-island Bliss!

Audra and Frank’s home is an absolute stunner. It’s a luxurious home with all-you-can-ask-for amenities. Especially geared for folks who are here to enjoy the sun n’ sand and also looking to explore Nantucket’s bike paths. We rented their place for the second time and couldn’t be happier that we did. They were prompt in their communication and gracious with a welcome surprise upon our arrival. We had spectacular weather during our stay and used their outdoor grill on more than one occasion. The Naushop community has a pool, tennis and pickle ball courts and we enjoyed our one non- beach day there when the weather was iffy. Nobadeer and Surfside beaches are a 10 minute drive from the house and host the best family friendly surf and sand on the island. We will surely return to create more happy memories. Words do not even begin to describe our gratitude for the time spent at their home.

A perfect week in Nantucket

We loved our stay at Audra and Frank’s. They were wonderful hosts and we were greeted with lovely Nantucket welcome gifts (we had the pleasure to meet Audra who was very friendly during our stay). The house was comfortable for 6 adults and 1 child and they have done a fantastic job with the decor and amenities. The backyard has comfortable patio furniture for outside meals or relaxing by the fire pit. We found the location to be centrally located and great for letting us explore different parts of the island. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend!

Fantastic Nantucket Getaway

We spent two weeks at Frank and Audra's property and had an absolutely wonderful time. The property was clean and came stocked with everything you could hope for in a Nantucket vacation. The kitchen had a wide array of both dining and cooking utensils. In the basement there are a wide range of bikes for use as well as everything you would ever need for the beach (including chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc). The interior of the property had high end finishes and the outdoor backyard was private and fenced in which was great for our dog. We had a rotating cast of family and friends who stayed with us throughout our visit and everyone loved it. There are perfect entertaining spaces both indoor and outdoor. The community also has an area with a pool / tennis courts / pickleball which everyone enjoyed. Overall our time there was too short - wished we could have stayed longer. Would highly recommend this property for anyone looking in Nantucket.

Bluebird Heaven

The house has an amazing location. Close to everything, and I mean everything. The crowds on Nantucket were crazy for this time of year but didn’t feel it given our proximity to beaches, dining and grocery stores. And Disc golf ! We barbecued one evening , kids loved the space and the pool. Amenities first class and cleanliness exceptional. We will be back ! Thanks Audra and Frank.

Top Notch

We loved this house. My family of 5 enjoyed this well appointed, spacious, perfectly located island home. The house is located in an adorable walking friendly neighborhood minutes from town or an easy bike or car ride to other island locations. It has a great backyard with comfortable lounge chairs around a fire pit and table for outdoor dining. The kitchen is perfectly stocked with everything you need, the linens and beds are divine and we all had ample space to read and relax after active beach days. There are bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and beach towels for your use. We travelled from California so appreciate being able not having to transport extras. Last but not least but especially important in these times-the house was immaculate. Our hosts always communicated as we navigated early on whether we should cancel or not-we highly recommend this home and look forward to staying again.

Great extended family vacation!

This home was new, clean, dog friendly with an enclosed backyard and perfect for an extended family vacation. Plenty of room to spread out and the owners, Audra and Frank, really thought of everything you might need during your stay. The added bonus of a community pool was perfect for our young kids (ages 5 and 2). Finally, and importantly, Audra and Frank were prompt communications and lovely to deal with. Highly recommend!!!!

From the moment we walked in, we felt at home

We stayed for a week's vacation. The house is centrally located and just a short ride from town center. From the moment we walked in, we felt at home. From the interior design to the lovely, enclosed back yard oasis. We found the house well equipped and beautifully appointed. Audra was so easy to work with and made the entire process simple and smooth. We would be lucky to rent again next year!

Clepper Family in ACK @ 9 Blackbird

Awesome. Total ACK. Couldn’t be a better location, neighborhood, people to rent from! Frank and Audra are awesome people and were great to work with. The home is like new. I spent 14 nights there and couldn’t have come away more satisfied. The back yard actually had a yard to throw the ball (lacrosse and baseball) around in. The grill is new but I definitely broke it in with all of the fish we caught and made tacos with. They even had great toilet paper! If there was one thing I had to say that was a negative it would be that if you have an SUV and a Jeep in the driveway it’s a little tight. But come on... I give it a 9.5/10 and travel with my family a whole lot. Thanks for making my summer vacation awesome. - Tim Clepper 8/3/2019

As a California native, I have always loved the water. When my husband introduced me to the island over 15 years ago I fell in love and never wanted to leave. We set a goal to own our own place here, and in 2019, finally took the 'plunge'.

We walked into this house and instantly felt like we were home. It had all of the amenities we were looking for and more. The location is perfect to be able to either bike, catch the wave bus or drive to town.
