This cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath beach bungalow is just 5 blocks from the oceanfront. This bungalow sleeps up to 5 people. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and bedroom 2 has a bunk bed with full bottom and a twin on top. You have your own private sun porch to watch tv, or sit at the dry bar to drink with family and friends. We have decorated this place for relaxing and comfort in mind. We have a complete kitchen with stainless steel appliances as well as custom granite counter tops and so much more. Our beds have heavenly mattress pads and pillows and sheets to make your sleep as comfortable as possible. Welcome to our beach bungalow to make new memories with you, your family and friends!

30 day minimum, can be rented month to month or couple of months at a time.

Not bad at all

Bed was a little to soft. No A/C in the bunk room. And the floor in the shower room felt like it was on its last leg, which is a little scary being on the second floor. But all in all a good little place to stay with the family, relatively close to beach and Atlantic ave. Clean and quiet neighborhood.

Great location

Great location, near a lot of restaurants. The Wifi Id and password are hidden in plain sight. It is in a picture (we weren't looking at the art).

The pictures that I saw on VRBO were deceiving. The unit needs to be updated.

As a retired firefighter, life safety is my priority with my family. There were only 2 smoke detectors mounted, there were several detectors missing but the brackets were there. The floor that butts up against the shower has water damage and the floor is rotting out, the tile is broken, lights didn't work in the bathroom, and the owner told me to check the breaker which everything was fine, roof leaks, when it rained it was leaking by the attic access in the hallway, very dusty, the window ac's needed to be cleaned, disgusting, refrigerator handles need to be tightened, the only ice you can get is crushed, the cubed button doesn't work, and a gas burner doesn't work. I would not stay here again unless major work was done.

Hidden Gem in the ViBe District!

The cottage was very clean, and the pictures/description were spot on. Had a great time exploring the ViBe district. We scratched everything off our list, and then some. Will definitely consider a repeat stay next time I'm in VA Beach!

Great location! Nice, beach-themed place.

What a great find! We originally wanted a place close to the beach, which it is (5 mins or less), and ended up getting the bonus of exploring the neighborhood. This place is located in the heart of The Vibe District, with its many great restaurants and arts. We ended up exploring the area and enjoyed our walks and food adventure :). Steve is responsive, recommended places to visit and food to try, and made sure we enjoyed our stay. The place is spacious for our family, our son enjoyed the Tiki Bar! and the bunk bed :)

Perfect for a long weekend

The space was clean and came with everything that we needed. The manager was prompt in responding to any questions I had, and seemed genuine. It was spadeful enough for a small group to eat dinner but also allowed enough privacy if we chose to not all be in the same room. Would recommend and would stay again.

Nice, Cozy place.

This place was perfect for our family of 4. It was very clean and the kids loved hanging out at the Tiki bar 😆 Steve responded promptly to our needs. I would recommend this place especially for its cleanliness and location, 5 minutes away from the beach.

Gets the job done

Great little place that has everything you need. Great sunroom with tiki bar to hangout and very nice kitchen. Steve was very helpful and responded promptly to any questions. Definitely would stay again!

Amazing getaway

This place is not as small as some have said it was. I was expecting us not to fit at all. Granted there is not a dining room or table there were tv dinner table stands available for use but we never ate any meals there but breakfast and ate in the kitchen. We are a busy family always on the go. perfect location we will definitly be back!

Good location within walking distance to the beach & boardwalk. The property owner was responsible.

Good place to stay for a beach town. Had fun riding the electric scooters along Atlantic Avenue (boardwalk street). The beds were comfortable & kitchen nicely equipped.

Cute bungalow close to the beach.

The property was easy to find with plenty parking place. The bungalow was clean and is equipped with necessities. The place was clean, mattresses are semi okay. Be aware about there is no dinning room or either a table to sit down and eat but if wasn't a bigy. Also, there is no center ac, window units and additional mobil fans were plenty but noisy.

Cozy area

Pretty good place for the price, location is alright, little too far to walk to the beach but parking doesn’t cost much per day. Fits 4 people comfortably, 5 is a little tight but we made it work. If we come back I’d look at booking this place again.
