Villa El Rafalet is a sweet and welcoming country house with a private swimming pool, located in a rural area near the sandy beaches of Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa, perfect for accommodating up to 6 people. Carefully furnished with antique pieces, the villa is surrounded by extensive lawned gardens, as well as spacious terraces that offer unique opportunities for outdoor living.



A short path leads to the entrance of the property, which gleams with beautiful antique wooden doors. The living room has a comfortable sofa and armchairs, a wonderful kitchen that is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge and cooking utensils, everything you need.



In the villa there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with a double bed and 1 with two single beds. It also has 3 bathrooms with shower.



Outside there is a covered terrace and a charming pool area, from where you can enjoy beautiful views of the surroundings. A lawn area and a typical stone patio surround the pool. It is a truly idyllic place to relax or enjoy the gentle Majorcan climate in complete peace and privacy.



Air conditioning is available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.



Information to bear in mind:



In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On the check-out day, rubbish must not be left on the property. Guests must remove it, otherwise a charge of €150 will be applied for waste management.



Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), which is why close to your arrival date, we will send you an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
