Living Room: Relax in your living room after a day of activities on your comfortable Hawaiian style furniture or watch a movie on your flat screen TV. Enjoy a meal together at the kitchen table or some pupu's at the bar area that is open to the kitchen. Feel free to use the pull-out sofa sleeper for extra guests.

Kitchen: Your kitchen will be stocked with all the tools your need to make a great home cooked meal or to make a few afternoon drinks. Enjoy the conveniences of a full kitchen during your vacation when you stay at Hale Kai 120!

Bedroom: This bright and cheerful bedroom is the perfect place to lay your head and get some rest after a day of fun on the islands. There is plenty of space to store your things in the closet and dresser and you will be sure to enjoy this bright and cheerful room.

Lanai: Enjoy some of the best views of paradise from this lanai. You will love being able to watch the palm trees sway in the breeze and being able to walk out and relax at the pool or beach. Grill up some food in the bbq area and dine on your private lanai.

Nice location. Quiet, almost private beach, right outside the door. Condo clean, no frills. Comfortable bed. Walkable to food and some shopping.A comfortable chair in addition to the sofa would be nice. Really loud air conditioner! Kitchen was spacious and pretty, but not really useable for cooking, other than microwave. Some basics like salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder, cooking oil or spray would be a good amenity. Cookware was warped and non-stick surface scratched. Perhaps a good excuse to not cook on vacation. Highly recommend Nalu for breakfast!We love Maui and enjoyed our stay.

Home away from home

Loved staying at this condo! The location was perfect and central to so many things not to mention seeing the turtles on the beach right in the backyard! Only thing to note were some bugs in the condo but that’s to be expected in a ground floor unit in a tropical environment. Would 1,000 percent stay here again!

Toller Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber der Vermieter hatte uns im Vorfeld darüber informiert. Die Lage ist super. Direkt am Meer (wo man schönen Somnenuntergänge geniessen kann). Zu Fuss in 3-5 min. Im Supermarkt, Restaurants, Gym, Tankstelle usw. Wir würden wieder kommen :)

Dated, but comfortable,

This condo is dated, but for us, it was comfortable. There is no AC in the sleeping area and without a fan it took some work to cool the bedroom area, but this also made the livingroom area quite cold. Fortunately, outdoor temps at night were in the 60's most nights. The stair well lights shine right down onto the bed in the bedroom and it can be noisy if you have the windows open.

Great location, not a great unit

Cons: This property was quite dingy, dirty, and needs updating. Dirty tile, behind toilet and corners were dirty, chipping paint. Feels very much in need of basic updates. Blanket for pull out bed was covered in sticks like someone had taken it to the beach. Kitchen/supplies were very basic. Front door opens directly into bedroom. Broken laundry basket. Homeless man stole belongings from lanai, which we had to recover from him. No dishwasher but we knew that going in. Pros: Great location, walkable to stores, condo complex/pool/grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Would stay at this complex again but not in this unit.

Nice get away.

Nice overall experience. Quiet and uninhibited view of the sunset daily. Located close to supermarket and local food restaurants.

Great location!

Simple, but clean. The umbrella, boogie boards, and chairs were nice to take out on the beach. The BBQ is used by other tenants but right next to this unit. The sunsets were spectacular, and lots of whales to watch right from our beach. Could use a bigger TV (they are so inexpensive now!)

great location and view but the unit needs overall upgrades

This area of Kihei is a nice, quiet local vibe far from the tourist crowds. The building itself is right at the beach and located within walking distance of grocery store, restaurants, etc. This beach is good for walks, sunbathing, and a quick dip but is not suitable to swimming or snorkeling due to the murky waters and super low tide with sharp rocks. We were disappointed in the level of comfort and attention to detail in the apartment. The whole apartment needs fresh paint, a deep clean, and some upgrades. For example; The king bed is uncomfortable with poor support, and we were referring to the pillows as bricks. The bedroom window curtain was stuck partway open, so during the day it was a dark room and during the night it was not dark enough. The kitchen is old. Be aware that there is no gate from the parking lot/street on that side of the building, right next to the unit. We had three sarongs taken from the unit's patio table and chairs. Overall, we felt there was a great mismatch between the price and the quality of accommodation provided.

Nice location, beautiful front lawn but dirty & maintained unit

The unit is quite spacious, nicely maintained outside by HOA. Nice to sit outside at the patio and watch the beautiful sunset. Exactly 100 steps from the beach and close to all shops and restaurants. The property is in nice convinent location and the unit is at the idea location from the beach and end unit that very quiet and private. But the unit need serious updates. The furnitures are old/dirty and uncomfortable to sit. Bed need better quality mattresses with better quality/cleaner sheets and a headboard. The kitchen needs serious update with functional tools like sharp kitchen knives etc...The unit is so dirty there are so much dust in the bathroom fan that scary to look up above your head😫 The floor& counter are sticky and so so dirty. We are not very cleaned folks but this unit is so so dirty😖
