This Oceanfront unit is one of the best places to stay in Kihei. You will be blown away by 190 degree views of the ocean . Enjoy a piece of tropical paradise when you stay in this Hale Kai O'Kihei 302 condo.

Living Room: The living room features a sculptured ceiling with an arch wall designed for the entertainment unit which includes a Sony 32" flat screen, CD/Stereo and VCR, the room also features one of a kind designer art. You will loving coming back relax in this amazing room and looking out your window at the palm trees blowing in the wind and hearing the ocean waves crash along the shore. If you need extra sleeping space, the sofa folds out into a queen size bed.

Kitchen: This kitchen includes a high end stainless steel built-in microwave, oven, dishwasher etc. Beautiful granite counters with large peninsula that seats four, Tiffany style pendant lights, all natural rock walls with hand painted mural located over sink. this is just a few of the many custom features this kitchen has to offer.

Bedroom: Relax in this tastefully decorated room after a day of Maui fun. This bedroom has sculptured ceilings with unique wall art, a large mirrored closet, and comfortable bed. Enjoy plenty of space and storage for your things in this room.

Lanai: Your lanai offers a front row seat of the best mother nature can provide with unobstructed 190 degree views of the ocean that will be sure to take your breath away every time. Enjoy the dining set and relax in this piece of tropical paradise.

Loved our stay

Love the location. Love how easy check in was. Kitchen well stocked. Beds were comfy. Bedroom just needs a good dusting of fan,walls and ceilings.

Beautiful condo, beautiful setting, beautiful beach.

The property was wonderful the on-site managers were very friendly. The condo was completely ready for our stay. We could go down to the beach after 8 at night and see the big sea turtles resting on the sand. It was phenomenal.

Perfect Location for Beachfront Stay

Excellent location for ocean front property located in South Kihei. The beach is only a few steps away and you get the perfect view of the ocean from the lanai. Property is very clean and quiet. The room is exactly what shows in the description and pictures. Very clean and has all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay. We would love to stay here again for our next visit to Maui!

Fantastic Spot!

The property was clean and everything inside was easy to find. The only hiccup we had was that the pool key was not left in the condo, but the host was really quick to get that fixed. The location was nice in that it was a good central location for everything we had planned. It was also really fun to walk on the beach in the evening and see the turtles. We really enjoyed our stay and the view!

Room with a view

This property is amazing. Very quiet, right on the beach and only a few units. You are right by a Grocery Store and many different food options. The unit has everything you need to prepare all of your meals there. We will absolutely stay again!!!

Stunning sunsets

Great location. Beautiful views. Unit is a little tired but fine . Clean with lots of towels etc. needs laundry basket, drying rack, inside rug for front and balcony doors and new broom to deal with the sand.

Great unit for 2 adults. Bedroom and bathroom floors had lots of hair from previous tenants but other than that it was clean. Bed and pillows are fair. View and lanai are superb!

Great location and view

An amazing spot to hang and watch the ocean, sunset and palm trees sway. Easy to walk to several stores and restaurants. Great quiet spot. Only note is there is no bedroom door. That was fine for us, but May not work for all. Supplied ample amenities for the two of us for a week.

Better Than Expected

Condo was as nice as photos showed. A place on the beach is a very rare find, no road to cross. Full size kitchen. View of the Maui sunset from the deck! If you want adorable, practical and on the beach, and are not about the big fancy resorts, this is perfect!

Once in a lifetime

My spouse and I came to celebrate my 40th birthday, with our the kids! This property was more than we expected. The view and proximity to the beach exceeded our expectations; the pictures on the post donā€™t do it justice. Nothing was a far drive 10 min in any direction had everything we needed. Of course we chose to venture farther too. Stay here! You will not be disappointed.

Great Place

Beautiful little place right close on the water. Clean, plenty of utensils, cutlery, cooking equipment. Plenty of towels. Gets the best sunsets sitting on the patio in the evening. Aircon in front room, sometimes gets a bit warmer in the bedroom which is at the opposite end of the house. Usually we left the front roller door open and the bedroom windows so the sea breeze cooled the place at night. Its good if you like the sound of waves crashing, which we do. Would stay here again.

Great location to see turtles

Overall very nice unit, as described. next to a great beach for swimming and seeing turtles. Well maintained building and grounds with unbeatable view. Could use an upgrade on the beach chairs provided-not super comfortable. Breeze kept unit cool at night and neighborhood was quiet and walkable to restaurants, groceries and shopping. Hair dryer did not work and let property manager know and a hair dryer was in the unit within hours of my e-mail. Really good communication via email and text.

Wonderful location, pleasant stay

Kihei is one of my favorite areas to stay in Hawaii; away from the resorts, close to grocery shopping and farm stands, but not too far from Lahaina for activities and gift shopping. This complex is in a great location on the oceanfront, only 3 stories high and generally quiet. This unit in particular is comfortably furnished with nice tiling and plenty of kitchen space. This was a girls weekend/getaway, so it was nice that the king bed could be separated into 2 twin beds, which had fairly comfy foam mattresses. I appreciated the easy communication with the rental manager. Beach towels and chairs were provided, which was convenient. Be aware the beach is fairly rocky once you step into the waves, so water shoes are recommended.

Awesome beachfront condo in Kihei!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location on the water is incredible and gives you front row seats to beautiful Maui sunsets. Itā€™s a pretty quiet area which we enjoyed. The kitchen has been recently updated and everything was extremely clean when we arrived. The only thing we didnā€™t realize before arriving is that they donā€™t provide any beach equipment like coolers, chairs, etc. Anything that is there is left from previous guests. While a cooler would have been convenient to have for the beach, it definitely didnā€™t affect our enjoyment of the condo. The other thing to note is that while the beach in front of the condo is great for walking, itā€™s not a swimming beach - brownish water (due to recent storms) and very rocky in the water. There are plenty of other beaches nearby though so donā€™t let that deter you. Overall, it was a great experience for us!

Great location, quiet, great view

Everything on the listing was accurate except the bed was rotated 90 degrees which was no big deal. The views are awesome and the place is very quiet. The beach is so so. The air conditioning is very loud and you cannot watch tv at the same time the ac is running as you cannot hear the tv. The bedroom does not have ac. You get the air from the window unit that is in the livig room. Therefore, you have to blast the ac so it gets cool in the room. The bed is comfortable. Plenty of dishes, wine opener, cups, etc. No elevator so you have to carry your luggage 3 stories high. Plenty of towels and pillows. No shampoo or body wash provided. Only hand soap, dish detergent, dish sponge, washing machine pods, and coffee for 2 days. Washer and dryers available on site (not inside the unit) for 3 each per cycle. Pool was small, but nice. Parking was available all days of our stay. No issues. Supermarket , shops, and restaurants within walking distance. Drapes in the bedroom need to be cleaned. They are dusty and so are the ceiling fans and vents. Especially the one in the bathroom. Overall, I would stay again knowing all these things as they are small annoyances. Received courtesy calls after checking in and prior to checking out. No issues with the property whatsoever.
