Inside, the home features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, making it a great choice for families and groups. Gather around the fireplace in the cozy living room, stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV, or enjoy a game night together. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals during your stay.

Step outside onto the spacious, fully fenced deck and take in the beautiful mountain views. With plenty of outdoor seating, it’s the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, relax with a good book, or simply take in the peaceful surroundings. After a day of hiking and exploring, unwind in the private spa or fire up the gas BBQ for an easy mountain dinner.

Knotting Hill is just a 3–5 minute drive from the heart of Idyllwild, giving you convenient access to local restaurants, shops, hiking trails, and outdoor adventures while still offering a peaceful place to retreat at the end of the day.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING:

Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their accounts.
This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning.

-Cancellations: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund, with a $150.00 cancellation charge. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund, plus a $150.00 cancellation charge.
No Cancellations are Allowed for November, December, and January.

-Pets: We do allow dogs; however, please note that there is a fee of $35 per dog per night. Bringing more than one dog requires prior approval and may incur additional fees. Other pets may be considered with prior approval, and a flat per-stay pet fee may apply instead of the nightly fee, depending on the property and length of stay. For reservations made through third-party sites such as Airbnb, once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a separate payment request for any approved pet fees, which must be paid separately.

Check-in instructions: On your arrival day, the reserving guest will receive a text with check-in instructions between 3:30 and 4:00 PM. Please stop by our office to retrieve your key from the lockbox.

Parking: Free parking is available for 3 vehicles (Seasonal Restrictions Apply; chains are recommended in winter, and 4X4 is HIGHLY Recommended).

- Outdoor lighting: Please note that outdoor lighting must comply with Riverside County regulations and must not blink, flash, or rotate. Guests will be held liable for any "light trespass" on surrounding properties.

- County permit number: 002036

- Rental agreement: Please review our rental agreement for our house rules. You will receive an emailed version to sign, but if you prefer other options, please inquire.

Age Restrictions: Per County Ordinance 927.2, reservations are not accepted for anyone under 21 years of age. Guests ages 21–25 are required to pay an additional $70 nonrefundable insurance fee on the day of arrival.

- Seasonal wood delivery: There is a $25 fee per bundle (approximately 20 pieces) if available. Please provide at least 5 days' notice for a Friday arrival date or at least 3 days' notice for any other day of the week. Please note that there are no refunds for this service.

- Confirmation: Upon booking this property through Airbnb, New Spirit Vacation Homes will send you a direct email confirming your reservation. Attached to this confirmation will be a contract you need to review, sign, and send back within 24 hours.

- Incidentals: We reserve the right to request payment for any incidentals. This includes but is not limited to firewood, pet fees, special occasion requests, personal grocery drop-offs, pay-per-view movies or sporting events, and damaged property.
