Come experience a quiet getaway in the mountains! Enjoy sunny mornings on the back deck sipping coffee and long afternoons on the shady front porch watching the wildlife. When the weather turns cold, snuggle up in front of the large stone fireplace or fire up the potbelly stove. Take a short stroll to town or to one of the many nearby trails. Perfect for families or couples, our cabin offers everything you need to enjoy a memorable time slowing down and communing with nature. Property has a fully fenced yard so pups are able to wander around!

We liked our stay; communication was quick and efficient. The house is comfortable, with beautiful lilac bushes (which were in full bloom) around the property.

Great rental for a family with pets. Because the entire property is fenced in, we could let our dog outside without any concerns which was a big plus for us. Beautiful neighborhood with friendly neighbors and easy to walk to nearby coffee shop, trails and even town. Owners have decorated with charming antiques throughout. Host was easy to communicate with and very responsive.

We loved our stay here! The cabin is super close toTown ( you can walk or drive), the property is fully fenced and very well equipped. The cabin itself is very spacious and the decor is eclectic and adorable. We felt cozy the whole time and would definitely recommend.

We had a great weekend at this beautiful home. The house is so nicely decorated and it had everything we needed. It is in a quiet, very nice neighborhood. We have stayed at a lot of three bedroom homes in Idyllwild and this is by far the nicest. We would love to come back.

What a wonderful experience. The cabin was even better in person than it shows in the pictures. It was extremely clean and sticked with everything needed fora great stay. It was warm and coxy, the beds were comfortable, and it was very close to the village center for shopping and dining. The host provided everything we needed along with great recommendations for great food and hiking.We would definitely go back to this cabin.

Our stay was - in a word - perfect. This lovey, warm home is surrounded by a gorgeous, fenced yard with so many spots to sit and enjoy nature. Hammocks? Check. Decks with comfy chairs and enchanting lights at night? Check! Grill and table for picnicking with friends? CHECK! (The fence was an especially welcome feature if you’re like me and have a dog that refuses to poop on leash.) Our group of four enjoyed the personal and private spaces for our writers’ retreat, discussing plot around the big dining room table, watching movies by a roaring fireplace while ensconced in the cozy couch, or squirreling away in our rooms. The kitchen is well-appointed, everything was clean, and the showers were hot. There is a peaceful vibe in the neighborhood that encourages relaxation and creativity. The home also boasts a pear tree, which had delicious fruit we enjoyed (as did our pup, happily scarfing up what had fallen). Town is an easy walk, and getting to the local coffee shop is even easier. Plenty of nearby trails, a super-close dog park, and lots of on-site parking make this stay a dream. And no hidden fees - this listing is “pet friendly” and they mean it! Thanks so much to the owners for sharing this special place — we hope to return soon for more inspiration amongst the pines.One more incredibly kind thing our host did -- one of our party left a hat behind, and she found it and offered to send it back to us. Truly the perfect stay.

What a beautiful, well-appointed home. It had everything we needed, plenty of space, lovely decor. The outdoor area was lovely with many fruit trees, games and places to sit and relax. Overall we had the perfect time and my father-in-law could not stop raving about how lovely the property was.

A Lovely Little Getaway in Idyllwild

We had a wonderful time in this cozy, clean, and well-appointed cabin. So comfy, and it seems like the owners thought of everything. We had a delightful time and plan on returning next summer.

We have been coming to Idyllwild for years and this has to be our favorite cabin we’ve stayed at yet. It exceeded our expectations. It was incredibly clean, cozy, and updated. The pictures do not do justice. The entire property is fenced in and the big front yard made us feel like we had a ton of privacy inside of the house. The street was very quiet and within walking distance to some great hikes. Looking forward to booking this place again for our next Idyllwild stay!

Nice stay in Idylwild

Great place to stay. Beautiful porch and yard. Yard (both front and back) was completely enclosed giving the property a compound like feeling and allowed us to let our dog roam around without worrying about cars. The property was clean and well appointed with plenty of kitchen items. We truly enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay here again.

Charming & Cozy

This home was perfect for pur needs. Close to town and an enclosed yard perfect for our dog. Bedding in the master was very comfortable and we just loved the heated tile floors in tge guest bathroom. Overall, a welcoming place to stay.

Family get away

Location is great, close to town, but quiet setting on large completely fenced yard. We had my daughters dog with us, so that was a plus. Everything was very nice, owner is very responsive. Will definitely return. Highly recommend!

Perfectly peaceful

Great place to stay! Everything was perfect and just what we were looking for. Super clean and had everything and anything you could need to make it a smooth trip. The yard was perfect for our fur baby, she ran and played and enjoyed the out doors just as much as we did if not more. We had to reach out to the owner for something small and they responded immediately. We highly recommend this beautiful peaceful getaway.

Relaxing Weekend Away

This home was exactly as advertised. Very clean & charming. Walking distance to the village & very quiet neighborhood, which was really nice. We had six adults & there was plenty of room for everyone & never felt crowded. Our 2 dogs had a blast running around & since it was a fully fenced yard, it was nice that we could let them out & not worry about them!!! We'll definitely be visiting this property again!!!!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Our family absolutely loved this property - especially our dog! We loved the cabin feel of this home with all the upgrades and amenities - it was super clean and well stocked with everything we could need. The family room is so cozy with the fireplace. The large, fenced yard was perfect for our boys and our dog to run around. It was close to town and walking distance to a trail that leads to Idlywild Park. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect

Fantastic location and amenities. I love to cook and kitchen was stocked with utensils, pot/pans, etc. The house was clean, the couch is soooo comfortable and just a mellow and welcoming vibe. Already booked again.

Wonderful escape

I booked the cabin for a “girls weekend” with a friend. It was the perfect place to recharge and reconnect. The cabin is cozy and very well maintained. We had my friend’s small dogs and they loved exploring the front and back yard. I can only imagine it must be amazing to stay there in the he winter.
