Welcome to Sunset Perch! This hidden gem is named after the breathtaking mountain views that surround the property. It's the perfect place for groups seeking a peaceful and private getaway with some of the most amazing views on the entire mountain!

As soon as you step inside the home, you will feel welcomed by its open and spacious floor plan. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a serene outdoor backdrop inside the home. The living room features a large peninsula-styled fireplace, and the kitchen has plenty of counter space with all the essentials you need to cook an awesome dinner. The dining area accommodates up to 8 guests.

The star feature of the home is its large and spacious deck, which boasts beautiful panoramic views of the San Jacinto mountains. There's ample outdoor seating for dining and leisure, and you can enjoy the view while you cook up some delicious food on the BBQ. The home also has a private spa, which is great to use throughout the seasons.

The home comfortably sleeps 8 guests. Up on the main floor, you'll find the master bedroom with a king-sized bed and a single-sized pull-out couch. On the same floor, there's an open den area with two twin beds. Additionally, there's an additional detached bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a single bed, and a private bathroom.

-Cancellations: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund, with a $150.00 cancellation charge. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund plus a $150.00 cancellation charge.
No Cancellations are Allowed for November, December, and January

- Pets: We do allow dogs, however, please note that there is a fee of $35 per dog per night. If you plan to bring more than one dog, you must obtain prior approval and additional fees may apply. When booking through selected third-party sites such as Airbnb, once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a payment request for the dog fee, which should be paid separately.

- Parking: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

- County permit number: 002220

- Rental agreement: Please review our rental agreement for our house rules. You will receive an emailed version to sign, but if you prefer other options, please inquire.

- Age restrictions: Due to the new County of Ordinance 927.2: We no longer accept reservations for anyone under 21.

- Seasonal wood delivery: If available, there is a $25 fee per bundle (approximately 20 pieces). Please provide at least 5 days' notice for a Friday arrival date or at least 3 days' notice for any other day of the week. Please note that there are no refunds for this service.

- Confirmation: Upon booking this property through Airbnb, New Spirit Vacation Homes will send you a direct email confirming your reservation. Attached to this confirmation will be a contract you need to review, sign, and send back within 24 hours.

- Incidentals: We reserve the right to request payment for any incidentals. This includes but is not limited to firewood, pet fees, special occasion requests, personal grocery drop-offs, pay-per-view movies or sporting events, and damaged property.

Guests booking this home under the age of 25 years of age will provide an additional insurance for $70.00 non-refundable on the day of arrival.
