This can be rented as a two or a four bedroom, rent one side, or both top units, or both bottom units,.
The property is a 2BR, 2BA unit in a 4-plex building. There are other two units, on the West side lower & upper level unit on the side of the building is the Western side. This is a non-smoking property Full cable TV, and wireless internet with Smart TV's so you can stream your favorite channels, and programs. This unit is lower West side.

As you arrive (see photo) this building looks like a large house, but it is actually 4 units, the unit in the photos is on the left half of the building (east) as you drive in, lower level unit. The building is elevated above the dunes so each unit has a great view. This unit is on the second level, West side. Awesome views of the private beach, and the water. This is a Saturday to Saturday rental.

To reserve and get the dates that you want, you will have to book early, this property will book for the season quickly.

Dog friendly ***a non-refundable pet deposit is required***
Dogs are accepted with an additional $375 cleaning fee and must be disclosed prior to arrival.

This is a extremely popular location with a private beach, and have additional beach gear to use, paddle boards, kayaks, and bikes that are prefect for the 17 mile long bike path.

Beach set up 2 chairs for only $100, that price can't be beat the regular price is $225.00

Great place to stay.

We enjoyed our week at this property. It is older but very clean. When you walk on to deck you are basically at the beach! Thought we would miss having a pool but with the beach so close you do not need a pool! Would definitely stay her again!

The best spot on 30A

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ocean Air 30A is our favorite place to stay on the gulf, it is located on 30A in beautiful Seagrove Beach, Florida. Over the last 10 years we've stayed in two of the five units that are available, LW & LE. We love that we can just walk out and down the stairs to a private beach, and it has chair service. The owners and managers are great to work with and the units are super clean and safe. This year we arrived to find that the owners had completely renovated the units, all new fixtures, finishes, furniture and appliances, WOW is this place gorgeous! We've already booked for next year! I highly recommend Ocean Air 30A!

Best Place on the Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You can not beat this location! we have been coming to this house for over 10 years and it did not disappoint. The renovations to the master bath look great and having the keyless entry was a nice improvement. Our only issue was that the one of the burners on the stove didn't work and we were missing a few kitchen items. We made it work and we know that renovations are beginning shortly so it really wasn't a concern. All in all this is the perfect place to stay if you want an incredible location right on the beach!

Great beach house

You will be seeing major changes in the very near future, this property will rival all other properties in the Seagrove Beach area. The upgrades will include the latest in technology, and furnishings, also with cosmetic, and functional upgrades, the master bath is an example.This property also comes with it's own private beach. The beach is gorgeous - white sand, blue water, spectacular sunrise and sunset, bike trail, State Parks with hiking trails .....fresh seafood served in restaurants on the water — what more can a Missouri resident desire.

Perfect Location

When we first checked in, there was another group already in our unit. The family was supposed to be staying in the unit on the east side of for building, and we were staying on the west side. We unlocked the door and walked into our unit and walked in on them eating dinner. The owners were very helpful in getting it figured out, but still not the best start to vacation. The units are not labeled well and it could be confusing to determine which unit is which. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay! The house is located directly on a gorgeous beach that is fairly private and not a lot of traffic. I will definitely stay here again!

We sincerely apologize for the confusion, the "owner's", were down for maintenance work being , performed on the ground floor apartment, they let the guest, in to the wrong unit by mistake. We have labeled each door as well as each side (East/West) to insure that his does not happen again. Again we apologize, and we have made the owner's aware as well. Week away

This property is an older fourplex. It is in the midst of some much needed renovation. We stayed in the lower left quadrant. The pictures did a good job of hiding the TWO other walkways going to the beach leaving only a tiny sliver of an ocean view. It also needs to be noted that although the condo is all on the first level there are steep steps that one must climb to get there. This is NOT a handicap accessible unit and one member of our party uses a cane. Having said all of that, we loved our stay and hope to stay again. It is easy to get to, is accessible to many good places in Seagrove Beach, has a good management company, and the rates are extremely nice. Thanks for a great week!

great place with some issues

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love the location and set up of this place. I really do. But I am unhappy that there is no beach service included. There was the last two times I stayed here. Also, the unit is outdated and there is mold on the ceiling of the master bathroom. And they were doing some kind of construction work on the unit below mine for a few days. Not really a problem but it would have been nice to have been fore warned.

Lovely property right on the beach

We really enjoyed this rental. The property itself looks exactly as it does in the pictures. It was comfortable, had a beautiful view from the living room & deck, is easy to access & easy to get to the beach. Just step onto the deck, climb downstairs, & you are on the beach. Perfect! The deck is also a great place to relax & watch the ocean. The bedrooms are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, & the jetted bathtub in the master bath is a nice bonus. Literally no complaints. (Be warned that you have to climb a flight of stairs to reach the apartment from the parking lot, so if you have heavy bags, be prepared.)

perfect view at a price u can afford!

Reviewer Comments: location and unit perfect as always, we love renting here. had to evacuate to alabama for hurricane Michael for 3 days. when we got back to unit, no electricity til that evening and no cable the whole week. everything else was fine unit-wise. beach was way different than any other time, with tons of dead sea urchins every morning, and murky looking, (not turquoise) water, all remnants of the hurricane. without even us asking them, seagrove rentals credited us for the 2 nights we had to rent hotel rooms in alabama. that was such an awesome surprise! highly recommend renting here, you won't be disappointed!!!

Chivas DUP Lower

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I can not say enough about the beautiful beach view and easy beach access. Parking was also very convenient! We did have issues with our water heater, air condition and found a couple of bugs but Sea Grove rental agency was very easy to work with and quickly had those matters taken care of. The condo could have been a lot cleaner. We found food and a lot of sand under all furniture and dirt in corners of all the bathrooms. The kitchen was not stocked very well with cooking pot/pans (the ones that were there were very rusted). Overall the location made up for all of the negatives and we had a great time :)!

Lower Chivas (needs Improvement)

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lower Chivas Duplex is very close to the beach and has great internet service. The unit is in desperate need of a deep clean and some TLC. The unit was dirty (mold in the tub and crumbs in the kitchen table where the glass top meets the wood) and a bit weary. There were gouges in the wall, marks on the walls, and the air conditioner did not cool adequately. We did call about the a/c and the maintenance person came and replaced the a/c filter. The lack of cooling in the living area remained the same. The fully stocked kitchen did supply plates, bowls, cups and silverware, but there were no hot pads and limited dishes to bake in. We fully enjoyed being so close to the beach and the sparse crowds found on this section of the beach.

AC unit struggles and runs almost constantly. Bed in master bedroom squeaks terribly. Molding at edges on kitchen counter tops in coming off.

Location Can't Be Beat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Positives: The beach front location is 5 star. Great view and easy beach access can't be beat. Wonderful covered patio area. Good size rooms. Convenient. Not so positives: Although unit is first floor, you have to go up two flights of narrow interior stairs from parking to enter unit. Light switch at bottom of stairs not working. Kitchen and bathrooms are dated. Need deep cleaning on floors and tub grout area. Small wall oven. Oven fan has a loud rattle and ran the entire time during cooking. Dishes and glassware limited. Basically a hodgepodge of mismatched plates, platters, etc. Limited drink glasses. Only 1 large and 1 small wine glass. No blender. Other appliances dated. All pots and pans just thrown into a base cabinet.
