For those of you that have stayed with us in year's past, this home underwent an extensive remodel in 2020 and 2021. The pool deck is completely new along with the fencing around the yard. If you've stayed in this home before, you'll barely recognize the place! This is a gorgeous home in a location second to none - literally steps from the beach, minutes from Seaside, has a private pool, fenced-in area perfect for your family dog, and located on the south side of 30A (no street to cross to get to the beach).
On the ground floor, you’ll find the dedicated laundry room, a twin over twin bunk bed, a queen bedroom with 2 bunk beds with a twin bed over a queen bed, and a king master suite. Up the stairs, you enter the main living area featuring custom and colorful artwork, the grand and gorgeous all-stainless kitchen, a large double pantry, a huge dining table with seating for 8, an entire wall of window seating, a cozy coastal-inspired living area with a very large flat-screen TV, and decorative fireplace. Venture up to the third floor where you’ll discover a loft area with custom Twin bunks for 2. There is an additional King Master Suite and another great guest room featuring 2 bunk beds with a twin over a queen. The owner of this property spared no expense in adding an additional floor to this beautiful home! The fourth floor offers a large deck with FULL views of the ocean!

We do weekly pool maintenance, but cannot control weather or debris. While we strive for cleanliness, we can't guarantee a debris-free pool. Rest assured, we're dedicated to keeping the pool in top condition.
