Summary:

Ocean Air is a beachfront duplex divided into 4 units. Each unit has a panoramic view of the beach with a private beachfront deck. Each unit has a full kitchen, living room, dining room and has two king bedrooms and two full bathrooms all of which are completely private. The units have a Lovesac sectional that functions as a sleeper and a large Lovesac beanbag that can easily sleep one.



The Space:

All the units are connected through an interior stairway, making multiple unit rentals perfect for family reunions and weddings. Located directly on the beach and south of Hwy 30A, these newly renovated units include features like upscale stainless steel appliances and granite surfaces, new bathrooms, full smart home integrations including, swivel from ceiling jumbo TV mounts, and smart audio devices! Each unit features reverse-osmosis water purification systems to refill your bottles and save our beach from un-needed plastic. The living room is decorated with furniture including a jumbo Lovesac beanbag chair placed in front of the picture windows.



Other Things to Note:

The most prominent feature of this location is the private beach. Ocean Air 30A boasts of 70ā€™ of private beach, giving each beach chair set a direct ocean view without outside interference. Each unit is guaranteed one set of chairs and an umbrella with the Ocean Air-logo. Additional chair sets are available for an additional fee.



Weekly rentals at our property include complimentary access to paddle boards, kayaks, and beach bicycles, all available on a first-come, first-served basis. For those who enjoy grilling, gas grills are conveniently provided in the front of the house. Our extra-large parking area ensures that each of our renters has a minimum of two parking spaces, offering convenience and ease during your stay.

Whether youā€™re a guest with an electric vehicle or considering renting one during your stay, our charging station provides a convenient and reliable solution for your charging needs. We are pleased to accommodate dogs and cats, subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, provided they are disclosed prior to your arrival. Itā€™s important to note that the $30 damage insurance fee does not cover pet-related damages, and any damages exceeding $500 will be charged to the guest.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The views are beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on our deck or taking the short walk down to the beach. We had our dog with us and property was very dog friendly. Very convenient location.

Perfect getaway

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was spotless and exactly as described. You canā€™t get any closer to the beach and the fact that itā€™s private was a big plus for us. We took full advantage of the beach chairs, bikes, and paddle board which made our stay so much fun. Would recommend!

Great beachfront stay!

We loved our stay at Ocean Air in the Upper East unit. The views and deck were fabulous! Very easy access to the beach. Wonderful communication from the property managers, especially Lori. Note that there are a lot of stairs to the upper unit for anyone with mobility issues. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous oceanfront condo on a private beach

Absolutely gorgeous view from the property. Love being right on the beach and having ocean views out the window. Enjoyed the loungers on the deck while lazing around enjoying that spectacular view. The house was clean and fully stocked with all the essentials. It's located in a beautiful neighborhood and close to several great restaurants. We had an amazing week and will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Chivas Bluff over Thanksgiving week. Being right on the beach is wonderful. The sunrises and sunsets were beautiful. We loved that we got to bring our dog along for the trip. The inside is renovated and updated. The owner lives in the downstairs apartment. He is very friendly and responsive. When we arrived there was construction going on next door and renovations to the outside of our building, I was concerned, but honestly we were not impacted by any noise from construction. We were pleasantly surprised. Overall it was a great place to stay and we enjoyed it very much.

Beautiful Beach Front Condo

This property is absolutely gorgeous with the beautiful Gulf of Mexico right outside the large picture windows. This property has 4 units with their own private beach that includes beach chairs and umbrellas, a couple of kayaks and paddle boards. The over sized deck is perfect to enjoy watching the water and activity on the beach. The only thing to be aware of is the multiple steps. We stayed on the upper floor and getting our luggage up there was a bit of a struggle, but once moved in the steps didnā€™t bother us.

Amazing vacation home with many perks!

I have been coming to Seagrove Beach for many years and have stayed at many many places. This place was, in my opinion, one of the best locations we have stayed at. The cleanliness was impeccable for a beach vacation home. The view of the ocean was breathtaking and one of the best I've ever experienced. Being able to relax in a private beach location was something I didnā€™t know I was missing out on! The amenities were top-notch, with everything from Pampered Chef appliances and cookware to a fantastic washer and dryer. The inclusion of bikes was a wonderful bonus, and the fact that we could bring our furry friends along made the stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was the many stairs, but overall, it was an incredible stay. I hope to stay here again in the future and would highly recommend!

Spring Break

We had a great stay! Weā€™ve never stayed on the beach and itā€™s so fun and easy. Perfect condo for 4 people. So thankful to be able to bring my golden retriever. He loved sitting on the deck watching the action. Itā€™s an amazing view. Construction upon our arrival had me flustered, but it didnā€™t end up being a problem at all. Seaside is 3.5 miles to west and we rode bikes there easily. Rosemary is 5.5 miles to east and such a fun bike ride. Condo is a great location in the middle of all the things we like to do. The neighborhood is very high end and has beautiful homes. We loved discovering the nearby Beachy Bean restaurant to get coffee, smoothies and food. We will rent here again!

Aside from the extremely clean, pet friendly accommodations, the beach access, bikes & chair setup make this property top notch! The extra special touches such as the fresh flowers were just icing on the cake!

Lovely Week!

My husband and I have made many trips to 30A and this was our best overall experience. The property is immaculate, the view is amazing and we love the location that is close to our favorite restaurants. We are an older couple and right now can handle the steps up to the top floor where we stayed. As long as we can do that, we will return! (The owner is on site and helped us with our luggage when we arrived! ) There are improvements being made to the exterior and there is a very large home being built next door, but neither interrupted the joy of our stay and the new home does not impede the view. We love that the beach is so close we can keep an eye on each other! The very nice beach attendant sets up the chairs early each day and is there if you need help with them. Overall, a great stay. We will return!

Best Beach Location

My husband and two daughters (13 & 11) took a trip to Santa Rosa for our fall break. We couldnā€™t have asked for a more perfect place to stay. The convenience to the beach and the comfort of the property exceeded our expectations! The views of the beach were stunning. We ate every meal out on the balcony. Having two chairs with an umbrella was such a wonderful bonus. My husband and I could relax and watch our kids play without the sun exposure. The owners had kayaks and paddle boards to use. It was so much fun. The first two days we were there the ocean was very calm. The last day of our stay offered fun waves for the girls to boogie board in. We got the best of both worlds. The unit was very clean and the beds were super comfy! My daughters loved the LoveSac and are hoping for one at Christmas! The area is very family friendly. We left to eat out once; other than that we ate all meals at the home and soaked up all the beach time we could get! Thank you for a lovely stay; we hated to leave!

Great Time

We had a great stay at Ocean Air. The owners were extremely responsive and the unit had a beautiful view of the Gulf. Great access to the beach. The unit we stayed in, Upper East, was clean and very nice.
