The location is perfect, the complex has everything you may need and EVERYTHING in our condo is Brand New! All flooring, linens, dishes, appliances, furniture...everything...just out of the box recently and lovingly cared for. Our unit has 3 brand new flat screens (all with HD and Smart) and everything is premium. Stay with us and enjoy the unique high-end finishes (Pottery Barn, Pier 1 and more) you are looking for in a luxurious vacation rental.

Siesta Key Beach was recently ranked as the #1 Beach in the country. It's powdered sugar sands and turquoise waters are amazing. Beyond the beautiful beach, Siesta Key is a really fun island with great restaurants, shops, clubs, water rentals, tours, fishing, boating, parasailing, biking, jet skis and so much more. Our condo is ideally located in a the beach-side complex known as Jamaica Royale. Our unit is the fourth unit from the end that is closest to the beach. This ideal central location near the renowned public beach, allows you to soak in all that Siesta Key has to offer. Not only can you conveniently "beach it" to your heart's content, but when it is meal time, you have many great options. Our condo has everything you may need to make great meals, but if you prefer to go out (especially on vacation), you have many great choices. The free trolley and many free ride services puts the Main Village and the South Village within a short ride of this condo. Our family truly enjoys Siesta Key getaways especially in this central location, a few steps to the beach and the two heated pools within a "stone's throw"...and a short ride away from an array of other activities.

Pictures are worth many words, but we believe our updated condo provides a unique and uplifting Siesta Key experience. We have a dedicated parking spot right at the front door. We also have multiple guest parking spots super close. Once past the front door, you will be blown away by the fresh renovation and upscale furniture that creates a cozy yet upbeat environment. The calming color palette blends with the super comfy seating and décor. Meanwhile, the brand new Samsung stainless appliances, glass railing and other modern features to create ideal modern cozy beach scene. We hope you and yours truly enjoy it!

Our unit is a unique two story that provides additional separation of living space. The walk-in main level is the open living, dining and kitchen area. There is tons of seating and the two loveseats are ideal for those who enjoy a big flat screen tv. One of the loveseats is a pull-out if you need the extra sleeping space. The main level also opens to an awesome 1/2 covered patio with another great dining table an outdoor couch/lounge. The main level has a powder room for the convenience of all. This area also has a stack-able washer and dryer for a convenient in-unit laundry experience.

Once upstairs, there is a beautiful super-spacious master bedroom featuring a new queen bed (and high sheet count linens!) and an elevated lanai. The master is as spacious as any on the island and we added another wall-mounted flat screen to create a wonderfully comfortable hang-out and sleeping space. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and one trundle that can be pulled out for extra sleeping. The guest bedroom also has flat screen #3 with some games, books and other activities. The upstairs bathroom has a new vanity, new toilet and a glass enclosed tub/shower.

Just get ready...the lush tropical landscaping and beautiful green grass get you in the mood for the short stroll to the beach...it MAY be a 2 minute walk to the water's edge. It's close! On most days, you hear the ocean from the patio. There are also two heated pools that are even closer than the beach.
