Wonderful family home on the ocean side of busy Ocean Blvd...**Very Important** four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Located in a private beach community off 42nd Avenue with private walkway to the beach and pool facilities on site. Features open living room with fireplace, screened porch, and sundeck all with ocean views.

ALL HOLIDAY WEEKENDS AND BRIDGE RUN WEEKEND HAVE A 4 NIGHT MINIMAL
PLEASE CHECK RATES AND MINIMUM NIGHT RENTAL BEFORE CONTACTING THE OWNER

The home has an outside enclosed shower, sun deck and screen porch.

First floor has a living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom with a king-size bed and bath, second bedroom with a queen-size bed and bath, and a laundry room.

Second floor has a bedroom with a queen and a bunk room with three bunk beds (six twins), and two half baths with a shared tub/shower (Jack and Jill).

Towels and Sheets included.

**No Smoking** and **No Pets** thank you!



This house is in a private community of 12 homes with a pool. Only 3 of the homes are available for rent therefore very private. This house has one of the closest to the ocean accesses of any homes on Isle of Palms. Very important is the fact that it is on the ocean side of the very busy Palm Blvd. It is set up to be a very comfortable vacation home. Enjoy

I searched for several months and then I found this , the perfect place!! The host Anne is accessible and kind. The beach house is so tastefully decorated and clean (Iā€™m very picky and this was a clean place.)It was quiet and peaceful and the walk to beach was just a few minutes. It has everything you need, very stocked with kitchen ware and essential. We will be back !! This was our first time , we came for my daughterā€™s wedding week .I hope to make this a yearly vacation spot now. We ordered groceries in, but the grocery store is just minutes away as are various places to eat.

Family Birthday Vacation

We loved our time at this house! Clean, comfortable and amazing ocean views. We fixed most of our meals at the house - the kitchen was very well stocked. Many hours were spent at the beach. The guys golfed one day, the girls went into Charleston and took a horse and buggy ride and shopped at the City Market. Anne was very helpful, answering question quickly. Hope to go back there again.

Great location but things to know

We love the location and amenities. One thing we were surprised about was no beach chairs and towels were supplied. Also there was basically one towel available per adult. There was 8 of us. The house rules you can not bring towels to pool or beach or youā€™ll incur a fee. There was also only one roll of paper towels and no additional garbage bags. We had to buy that also. Iā€™ve rented many beach houses this was the first for us. I would have given 5 stars except the lack of what I consider essentials.

Navy graduation stay

Great location for our sonā€™s Navy Nuclear Prototype graduation. We were only a quick 20 minute drive from Patriot Point. Also, great view from the deck of the house and a short walk to the beach. Owner was very helpful and available. Thank you, we really had a stress free time together.

Great House and Location

The house is just footsteps to the beach. It is on a small cul-de-sac and is quiet. The house has all the amenities to take care of a huge family. I recommend it to a group of friends or any family.

Multigeneration Isle of Palms Beach Trip

I didn't see this house until I did one last VRBO check and knew this was it! All in our party were able to manage one flight of stairs. There are two large bedrooms on the main level, a well appointed kitchen, large dining table and bar, and ocean views from the living room, deck and screened porch. There is one house to walk around, on the quiet street and you are on the blue mat that stretches to the beach! The six of us had a wonderful stay.

Great House - nice location

The visit went very well, with one minor exception. Anne explained that she recently upgraded to a newer Smart lock on the house. It had issues. We had to wait 20 minutes when we arrived for a technician to let us in. Then, the next evening, the code did not work when we got back from dinner. I called Anne again and she gave me the code for a physical key, which I kept for the duration of our trip. However, the next day after a noon walk on the beach, I did not need the key because my code worked fine. However, that night the same code did not work. In all cases, Anne answered every time I called with an issue. Let me repeat - Answered. No voice mail, no calling back, no phone tag. She was very responsive when there was a problem. Just need to work out the kinks with the new hardware. Otherwise, it was a very enjoyable and memorable stay.

This is a top notch location; very clean and well equipped house; easy access to the beach and nice pool; protected enclave so you donā€™t need to worry about traffic (especially if you travel with young children.)

Anne was an amazing host and the house was perfect for the size of our family. We enjoyed coffee on the deck and enclosed porch with ocean views, the pool and accessibility to all the greater Charleston area offers. Would stay again for sure.

Sibling Meetup

My siblings and our spouses get together at different location every six months or so. For this trip we picked Charleston, SC are and picked this wonderful property in Isle of Palms, SC. The house served our needs perfectly. We need comfortable seating for the six of us (old farts) and three comfortable beds that are at least Queen sized. My wife and I even talked about how this house would be great for our whole family with our two kids, spouses and four grandchildren. Weā€™ll keep this one in mind for the future.

Wonderful weekend

This property was as advertised. The location is excellent, just a few steps to the beach and a 20-30 min drive to downtown Charleston (depending on traffic). The home is well equipped including wall mounted hair dryers in the bathrooms and soap dispensers in the showers. Plenty of parking, and the neighborhood is surprisingly quiet given how close to the main road it is. The only negative we found was that they only provided 2 trash bags for the primary garbage bins. When we inquired about it we were informed that we would need to go to the grocery store and purchase more. It would seem for a premium location and rate, something that basic wouldā€™ve been provided. The property has beach chairs, but not beach towels, so make sure to bring your own if you want to spend any time on the beach.

Lovely House, Good Location

We were 3 women in town to attend the Credit One Charleston Open tennis tournament at Daniel Island. The house was perfect for us. Great, easy to find location. We only had breakfast at the house and did not cook but the kitchen was well stocked and clean. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms nice. It was too cold to walk on the beach but does have a partial view across the street. We would not hesitate to stay again. Anne was easy to communicate with.

Beach Bound

The property was very clean and well prepared. Access is easy through an electronic door lock keyed to your own number. Super location fifty yards from the dunes with a boardwalk out to the sand - all the benefits of being on Palm Blvd. without being on Palm Blvd. (quiet!). The owner is friendly and very responsive. Very convenient to have an open-air deck as well as an enclosed, screened-in deck; it gives options depending on the weather and mosquitoes. Great spot to land for a relaxing beach week.

Great Location

This property was perfect location-wise to the beach and very comfortable. The owner has maintained it beautifully, though the extra contract which helps them accomplish this did prove to be a little anxiety-inducing (we were worried about staining towels on accident, etc). Pictures definitely do not do the place justice.
