This new beautiful coastal 5BR and 4.5Bath twin features a brand-new patio overlooking the wetlands, dual master suites, top-notch kitchen and loft. Located just 3 miles from the beaches in Fenwick Island, Delaware. This award-winning community features a variety of amenities for everyone to enjoy. Each family will be required to purchase individual guest passes through the owner to access the vast amenities of Bayside Resort. For 115.00 per week or 3 day pass for 65.00 (children 4 and under are free) your vacation amenity passes will include 2 outdoor pools, the Health and Aquatic Club with indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, juice bar, and full gym. The community also offers a private beach, kayak launch, fishing/ crabbing pier, outdoor hot tubs, pool bars, splash zone, tennis, pickle ball, and basketball courts, a playground, nature trails, and two restaurants. You may dine year-round Signatures or during in-season enjoy outdoor dining at 38 Degrees where you will feel in vacation mode surrounded by views of Assawoman Bay. Great place for a family get-together!

Three of my siblings and spouses stayed here for three nights. The beds were comfortable, the the living room was good for us to sit and chat, and the house was quiet. The kitchen isnā€™t overwhelmed with pots, pans, and utensils but there are enough of everything that it isnā€™t a problem. The house was clean and in very good condition. Weā€™d stay again in a minute if the situation dictated.

Pristine property. Responsive owner . Everything as disclosed in listing. Close to all that we needed beach, golf boardwalk and a lively resort community. We were on Multigenerational family vacation and the house provided space for all. Would def return.

The house was perfectly clean and the caretakers were great and very responsive and helpful. Our only advice would be to get larger coffee pots! We liked having and Kuerig and a regular pot but they are both minis.

Annual kane family vacation

Every year my adult children, their spouses and now children too gather under one roof for a week to reconnect. This property is stunning, comfortable, warm, clean and the amenities are great. We beached. We pooled, walked. Ran and even saw a concert. Kristen and her husband are wonderful hosts. The communication was quick and informative. We would book this property again with them in a NY minute!!!

First and foremost, thank you to our hosts. We had an terrific time and we are most grateful for your attention to detail, ease of communication and the thoughfulness you showed in our getaway. Beautiful Home

Exceptionally clean home with countless amenities. Rainy day? No problem. This house is spacious enough for the whole gang to watch a movie or retreat to their own space for a good book. Perfect day? A short drive or bike ride provides incredible convenience to grocery, dining, shopping and beach. The house is perfect and the hosts are responsive and accompanying.

Wedding Angels

It was my daughters wedding weekend and the house they had booked for the wedding party had no air. We were going to have to book hotel rooms. The owners of this beautiful home went out of their way to accommodate us. They saved our weekend. The house was absolutely beautiful and clean. New house with gorgeous furnishings. Weekend Getaway

I must say, Kristin was an amazing host. Overall communications were good. The photos do not give the property justice. The property was beautiful and the interior of the home was clean and welcoming as if you're visiting a hotel. We didn't take advantage of the amenities that were offered by the Host. We visited Ocean City and the host had outdoor chairs available for usage during our stay. I will rebook with Kristin in the near future. I'm so pleased with her professionalism and attention to detail leading up to our trip.
