Thank you, Samer, for taking the time to share your feedback. It’s wonderful to know that you appreciated our brand new facilities, amenities, and central location. We're glad these aspects enhanced your stay. We're sorry to hear the check-in instructions were confusing and the location was further than expected. This has been noted and adjustments are being made to provide clearer directions and make the process more convenient for future guests. We appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you back for an even smoother experience next time. GuestReady Team
