The checkin took an hour because we received incorrect codes and could not reach a live person, the sink does not drain, the single window opens to a trash bin ally and smells, the fans are incredibly inadequate to cool the 3 rooms - the temperature was above 30. We requested a refund for the 1-hour delay to checking in and we left 1 day early because the apartment was uninhabitable in the Paris heat.

This apartment is well situated in a vibrant neighborhood with easy access to both Metro and bus lines. It is on a quiet street. The apartment was well taken care of, spotless when we arrived, and our stay there was very comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with anything we might need. The only change I would recommend is a streamlining of the arrival and departure procedures.

This apartment is perfectly located near the Metro, with plenty of supermarkets and dining options nearby, all on a peaceful street, Although it's a converted shop, the space is cleverly designed and works well for our group of five, We had everything we needed, including a microwave and all the kitchen tools, The management team was incredibly friendly and quick to help with anything we needed,

Apartment was clean with modern amenities. Convenient to 2 Metro stations and plenty of cafes. This is a first floor apartment, door to living room opens right from street. The master bedroom and bath are spacious and very nice. The rest of the apartment is very small. A narrow hall leads to 1 tiny bedroom that fits only double bed. Also 2 other tiny bathrooms off that hallway (1 toilet & sink, 1 shower & sink). These 3 doors open into narrow hallway making maneuvering difficult. Plenty of closet space but only a few hangers. Nice kitchen along 1 wall. If 5-6 people sleeping, then the orange sofa opens to fill that entire room. Washing machine is included even though not noted in online listing. Coffee, tea and bottled water were provided. There was one towel for each person plus a hand towel for each bathroom. There were no towel racks or hooks to hang towels which made it hard if reusing same towel for several days. There was just barely enough toilet paper to ration over the 3 days. The instructions to find the key box were poor (at least in English). And then the code we were given did not work. We had to call to get a new code before we could get keys to check in. Instructions to return keys were not clear or detailed either and we wasted 15 minutes trying to figure it out as we were headed to airport. But over all it was a fine place to stay for a few days, but would be better for 4 people, not 6.

The property is pristine - newly renovated and convenient to a really neat part of Paris. Checkin was challenging as neither key code we received worked and it took a hour to contact a live person. The property communication is constant from automated messaging and therefore extremely difficult when you need immediate help. Staying here when you need adequate air circulation/ventilation is not the best choice. The property has one small window that opens to an alley with trash bins just outside. The fans in the property are functional but do little to cool the apartment. It was cooler outside in the evening and around 30 indoors. One of the 3 rooms has access to outside air. Unfortunately opening the window brought a terrible odor. The sink in the water closet does not drain. We vacated a day early and paid twice for a property with better climate control and without the odor issue. We had such difficulty contacting the host that we asked VRBO customer service for help. VRBO customer service was incredibly understanding. I would not stay here during hot weather days.

There was only one window in the whole apartment. It was very hot. The WiFi was very hard to figure out. We don’t know if we are supposed to have AC but there was none and we asked to figure it out. The sink didn’t work and was clogged. The whole place smelled like mildew. The second room was unusable due to no AC and no window in the room at all. I messaged 3 people and no one responded. When we went to ask for help from the person who had the key, he let us know that he just had the keys.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem ehemaligen Ladenlokal mitten im Marin-Viertel. Sehr zentral gelegen und gut ausgestattet. Leider hat nur ein Schlafzimmer ein Aussenfenster. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Leider sind einige Töpfe nicht für den vorhanden Induktionsherd geeignet. Ansonsten sauber und hochwertig eingerichtet. Der Checkin war extrem umständlich und Kompliziert. Man bekam von FEWO.-Direkt und Belvilla diverse Mails in den unterschiedliche Zugangsdaten vermerkt waren, die nicht so easy zu finden waren. Bei der Schlüsselabgabe war der Kiosk trotz angegebener Öffnungszeiten nicht geöffnet und man musste sich wieder ewiglich durch den tTelefon-Support durchklicken, bis man endlich den richtigen Ansprechpartner erreicht hat.
