Original beach cottage! 3 bed/2 bath - In the Village!

Welcome to The Pink House located on Kings Way - conveniently located at the entry point to the Village!

Real Escapes Properties is pleased to offer this lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located just steps away from the Mallery Street/Kings Way intersection of the St. Simons Pier and Village.

The Pink House is an older home with modern updates throughout. Enjoy the den with views of the backyard. There is plenty of seating – your favorite spot will probably be under the perfectly shaded wooden arbor – great for entertaining with family and friends.

The Master bedroom has a King size bed, as does one of the guest bedrooms. The third bedroom has a set of double beds. There is hardwood flooring throughout, two flat screen TV's which provides an ad-free Disney+ package that includes Hulu and ESPN. There is a fully stocked kitchen, fireplace, and a fenced back yard with a large deck.

The St. Simons Pier Village is a favorite spot for both locals and out of town guests. There is always something going on in “the village”. Barbara Jeans, Brogens, The Half Shell and Zuzu’s are just a few of the amazing restaurants in the area. The streets are lined with unique boutiques and custom shops. Be sure to check out the historic St. Simons Island Lighthouse and all of the historical markers situated around the village and Neptune Park. There is a lot of history in this area!

Bring your pup and stay a while at The Pink House located at 417 Kings Way!

CHECK IN: 4:00 pm CHECK OUT: 10:00 am

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (8 persons).
• Dogs are welcome with an additional $100/pup non-refundable fee. (No cats.)
• Parking is available for 3 vehicles in the driveway and under the carport.
• Approximately 1.8 miles to Coast Guard Station Public Beach Access, walk two blocks to Pier Village!

Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 2 TVs located in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided, along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

We absolutely loved our stay! Such a cute home with all the amenities we needed. We were close to town so we just walked to shop and eat. The beach was just a couple minutes from the house!

Home is located right down in the village, walking distance to restaurants, pier, lighthouse, shops, and parks. Lots of room and large bedrooms. Our pups loved the backyard. I do wish the owners had nicer linens that fit the beds properly, a few spare towels, and a full set of dinnerware and cookware.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was very convenient to the village, we walked there every day, and the yard was perfect for our granddaughter and our dog. The rooms were all spacious.The kitchen could use more than 3 wine glasses and 3 teaspoons. The floor by the front door is damaged and should be repaired before someone trips and hurts themself.

The house is a wonderful old cottage. It has a lot of charm. It is located in the village area of the island. You can walk to restaurants and stores. The fenced in backyard was perfect for the dogs. They also enjoyed napping on the deck.

Recently updated kitchen, master shower, new windows, outside paint (distinctly PINK). Big living/dining area with windows overlooking lush backyard. And the rental management is very responsive and friendly! Highly recommend!
