Real Escapes Properties welcomes you to this wonderful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ocean-front condominium located at the much desired Beach Club at St. Simons Island.

The Beach Club at St. Simons Island is a well-established gated community with beautifully landscaped grounds and an impressive list of amenities. This long time destination favorite for families and couples caters to a lifestyle of comfort, convenience and leisure. It’s truly upscale, without being overwhelming.

This residence is nicely appointed with a fully equipped and updated kitchen, private balcony, and a combined living and dining area. The dining room seats 4 comfortably. The Master bedroom has a king-size bed and the guest bedroom has a queen size bed. There is a large balcony that can be reached from both bedrooms as well as the den. This is an outside unit facing North Breakers pool area.

Location amenities include a large swimming pool, children's pool, hot tubs, a tennis court, fitness center, and a business center with internet access. Parking is available for two vehicles under the unit complex. Elevators are accessible in many different locations.

You will want to return year after year to the Beach Club 108.

CHECK OUT: 10:00 am

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
• No pets are allowed in this unit.
• Parking is available for 2 vehicles. We will provide your parking passes.
• Oceanfront Beach Access, 1.5 miles to Pier Village
*** During Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and GA/FL - only one parking pass is provided.

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 3 TVs and a DVD located in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
• Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

1 - Sleeper Sofa

Don’t forget to bring your beach chairs, beach towels and sunscreen!

Pretty good

Furniture needs upgrading as well as the master shower. Water pressure is weak. Getting unit keys at a different location was inconvenient, installing locks requiring a code is preferable.

SSI Beach Club

We’ve stayed at various units at the BeachClub for over 30 years, I was disappointed with the deck of the pool. Not as tidy as it used to be ( garbage sat in a bag and leaked for several hours before girl came back to remove it but left a puddle of leakage) and the loungers were uncomfortable. Also, the master bed was not comfortable and bedspread was dated w cheap pillows. The master bathroom sinks never had hot water. Otherwise unit was good.

Nice but with issues

Overall we enjoyed our stay and really loved Beach Club overall. The unit was clean and our girls loved all the space in the living area to play. The master bath was very spacious and the bedrooms were cozy. We had a great time at the pool. The unit was nice however we would not stay in this property again for a few reasons. We arrived late so we stopped by Harris Teeter and picked up a frozen pizza since we knew there was full kitchen. Within minutes of turning the oven on the unit filled with the smell of smoke. Smoke could be seen rising out of the stove top and when opened the door a billowing gray smoke hit me in the face. I was afraid the sprinklers would be set off so we turned the oven off and resorted to ordered Dominoes at 9:50pm. Bathing our 10 month old was challenging as neither tub drain actually stopped water from draining. The TV in the master bedroom would cut on and then cutoff after a few seconds. We tired it about dozen times before giving up. The unit took several hours to cool down when we arrived Friday night and the drain pan under the air handler nearly overflowed. I had to use a cup and dump water into the nearby kitchen sink. We enjoyed the balcony and had an pretty ocean view. The location if fantastic, beach front and close to "down town"

Week at Beach Club 108

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is generally nice, just very outdated. The master bath had hair in the shower and you couldn't use the outlets in there without the lights going out. It takes a REALLY long time for water to get hot in that bathroom - and the shower pressure is so strong, you can't actually shower in the master.No deadbolt on the front door - just a little turn lock on the doorknob, which felt unsafe.The kitchen is well stocked & clean. The beds are comfy, lots of room, and there is a stacked washer/dryer which was very nice to have!Close proximity to the beach, with a view!Real Escapes was so great and easy to work with. I'm not sure if I would choose this condo again, but I will absolutely use Real Escapes every time I am in the area.

Thoroughly enjoyed this unit.

Our week was perfect. Came to the island to speak to a book club about my two books. (authorreneepropes.com) Incorporated fun with work. Please note: the wall picture in the bathroom over the tub fell the evening we arrived. I called the office & left a message on the recorder. Also, the ice maker did not work and the overhead light in the kitchen blinked a lot. Otherwise, we had a fabulous trip and will return to The Beach Club! Thanks Renee and Hardy Propes

The location couldn't be beaten - it was on the beach, with a pool and hot tubs, and close to St. Simons attractions; it was also quiet and the property was comfortable and well-decorated. The air conditioner wasn't working when we arrived, but management fixed it promptly. The apartment itself is a little bit old and the king sized mattress could use replacing. But overall we had a lovely time and would definitely recommend the condo to others.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was disappointing. The master bathroom was missing a light switch cover. I was unaware of how to use it and because of this I was unable to use the bathroom. The shower had a dead bug in it, the toilet had been used and not flushed, and there was dry wall missing where it appeared someone had torn the toilet paper holder out of the wall. None of the light fixtures were linked up to the switches so it was difficult when I came home late and the apartment was dark. The guest bathroom has an odd shower fixture that makes it difficult to control the temperature. The complex itself was nice and I enjoyed the amenities but I would not stay at that unit again after my experience.
