The main farmhouse comprises: spacious living areas with open beamed ceilings and 4 bedrooms to sleep up to 8 people with 2 bathroom and 1 shower room. An annex on the opposite side of the courtyard has another double room and one double/twin bedded room both with en-suites shower rooms and a spacious sitting area in between the bedrooms. The kitchen/dining room is equipped with all the essentials including American coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and large refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a large dining table to accommodate 12 people. The living room has an open fireplace for the cooler months and leads on to a roof terrace with beautiful views of the surrounding hills. Equipped with satellite/cable TV. Character cantinas and shaded arches add Tuscan charm to the property. One of the cantinas has been made into an atmospheric, candle-lit bar area with exposed stone walls and vaulted ceilings.

From the pool area steps lead down on to a large garden. The property benefits from an elevated position offering beautiful views of the countryside and a perfect setting to relax and unwind. A small chapel nestled between to ancient cypress trees provide the perfect intimate setting for weddings.

Please note every bedroom is equipped with a portable fan. The property does not have air conditioning. The pool is not fenced so it is the guest's responsibility to watch all children.

Please note the pool is not fenced adult supervision is required at all times when children are on site. The pool in not heated but does has a cover which the caretaker can be put on at night to retain any heat.
