Enjoy the best of Cozumel from one of the ideal locations on the island, Peninsula Grand Cozumel. Villa 9 offers amazing ocean and jungle views from its 3 bedrooms with a king size bed each and a studio with a full size futon. It also has 4 full bathrooms, gourmet kitchen, washer/dryer, wireless internet through all the condo, free phone calls, an amazing 70" Smart TV on the living room and a 42" TV on the master bedroom, Inverter technology A/C units on each room, loungers and chairs on the balcony, and maid service (except Sunday).

Peninsula Grand features a private man made beach, Infinity pool heated all year around and big enough for laps, gym, club house, gas grill with on-site chef, sauna room, massage room, parking, 24 hr. security and of course our personal attention to make sure you are having the best vacation! We also have our own car rental agency, Quatro Amigos, with cars available just for our guests.

Family vacation

great property. the snorkeling right off the dock at the property was on par with the snorkeling excursion we did. There was a small poolside kitchen with food and drinks, but the hours were limited (partially because we were there during their slow season). We liked the simplicity of the property. our condo was very comfortable. the host was so responsive and the concierge service they provided was exceptional and helped us through our whole vacation. We used a chef service they arranged for about half of our meals and were very happy with it. If you want a full restaurant and bar with planned activities at the pool, then this is not the place for you. But if you want to have a quiet place to relax, snorkel off the dock, and a quick cab ride to town, then this is perfect for you.

One of my favorite places to stay in Cozumel

I've stayed in a different unit of this condo a few years back and loved it, this time was no different. Everything was clean when we got there and the maid that came in halfway through our stay did an amazing job as well. It is stocked with everything you need to cook and plenty of towels, even beach towels! We had hired a masseuse on couple different days for multiple massage right on our balcony, and they were amazing. We will definitely book this condo again in the future!

Family vacation

Property was exactly as advertised, lots of room and privacy for three couples and a child.equipped with everything we needed to cook. Super easy to get a chair on the beach , either sun or shade. Bit of a drive to downtown restaurants, car rental recommended. Minor issue with air conditioning, was fixed within a couple of hours. Enrique was easy to reach and very helpful when it came to activities on the island. Also rented a car from the same company, also seamless.

Pictures are 10 years old.......Totally misleading!

When you book a property based on pictures and descriptions and they are extremely dated not showing all the holes in the ceiling, rust on the appliances, paint flaking off the walls and non-working TV's, etc.. You were "duped"! We paid a lot for this dump for a week and we feel robbed! This was a classic "Bait and Switch" ...the place was a wreck. We've been going to Cozumel for the last 3 New Years and at this price point and lower have had wonderful places...NOT here! We took many pictures and would be happy to share. We wouldn't ever rent this place again! From the pictures, they haven't put 10 cents into this place in 10 years! The sofa you see in the pictures is worn out and the back broke on us with my wife sitting on it! Very sparce furniture throughout. Bathrooms have Mold near the tubs. The TV never worked right after repeated attempts from the management to just keep it from freezing and the internet was like "dial-up" service but slower. We talked to neighbors, and they've never had any problems and they even invited us over to watch a movie. They also advertise a "Chef" at the beach area. Don't count on that as he said he was too busy and on Sunday he said to come back on Thursday! I will be attempting to get a refund for this "Dump". It is in terrible condition!

Fantastic stay and great hosts

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Stunning view of the brilliant Caribbean, big balcony, more than enough room, super-communicative and helpful hosts who offer help with any and everything. And, a great location on the island.

Amazing View

Exactly as pictured

Beautiful condo. Great communication w concierge and owner. Rodrigo and Enrique were great. Very safe and secure. We loved it all! Just remember to have cash at checkout, because as is the listing, you need to pay for electricity for the week. We paid $65 usd for 1 week. You can't use a credit card to pay this.

Beautiful property

We really loved staying here and only had small issues that were quickly resolved. Everything you need for a wonderful vacation was available in this condo. A few things could be addressed to make this condo even better like a new dishwasher, a window leak and ice in the freezer upon arrival are the only things I would mention. They did close the pool early in our stay but we used a nearby pool. Thank you Mayra for taking care of our needs while staying in this condo. We would definitely stay here again!

Better than I even imagined

This part of Cozumel was perfect for our stay - quiet and away from the cruise ships and shops. Everything in the condo and on the beach was clean and well kept. We had access to Enrique for help with recommendations or reservations whenever we needed. He and all the staff where very kind. And I hesitate to mention it because it felt so secret and miraculous but the snorkeling right off the dock was amazing. When I return to Cozumel I will definitely stay here again.

Great location and property!

We loved it here! Quiet, friendly staff. North end of island. We suggest Hotel B -walking distance for a good meal-they had a great breakfast! Beach area and pool here are nice! Amazing ocean views from the balcony!

Beautiful

Gorgeous condo and amenities. We had a lovely stay and would definitely book again. The condo had everything needed for a wonderful time. The beach and pool were fabulous! Everyone at the condo was kind and helpful and made sure our stay was perfect. We rented our car through Quatro Amigos and would book with them again! Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing.

We had an absolutely amazing time. Nice clean condo with all the amenities of home. Our view was amazing and could not get enough of it. We enjoyed several meals out on our balcony.. Pool and beach where always clean. Enrique was so helpful and always answered us back right away with any questions we had. We did 2 massages at our condo which was fabulous. Great location close to town and restaurants. Can’t say enough about this amazing property. We are already planning our next stay for 2023. Thank You to our wonderful hosts for all your help making this trip amazing for my whole family.

Great Condo - Very responsive property management.

Beautiful and well maintained condo. Property manager was very helpful. Heated pool was nice. One of the special benefits of Peninsula Grand in particular is Angel. He is the cook/chef who has his kitchen by the beach. He can cook most any requested meal. We had ceviche, enchiladas, fajitas, grilled snapper @ the palapa on three nights. Super reasonable and very good. You do have to let him know what you want the day before.

Highly Recommend!

This is a beautiful condo located on the quieter side of the island, which we definitely preferred. Just a quick 5 minute taxi to the heart of downtown for meals and shopping and cabs were always available when you stepped out front. Communication with Amber was quick and clear and the check-in with our private concierge, Mayra, was wonderful. We were in touch before we left for the trip and communicating from the moment we landed. Mayra took care of everything for us, setting up appointments for massages, outings and even our covid test (which was required to get back to the U.S.) The grounds of the condo are clean and well maintained, with plenty of outdoor lounge chairs and shade. The ocean is pristine. Every bedroom has an ocean view and its own bathroom. The primary bedroom has a balcony with sweeping views of the ocean. It was wonderful to wake up to every morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will stay again next time we come to Cozumel.

Perfect stay

This stay was our first at this complex. We took our children and their spouses to Cozumel for the Thanksgiving holiday and needed a place with three king/queen bedrooms and a kitchen. This property exceeded our expectations with it’s spaciousness and cleanliness. Each bedroom had a king mattress and ensuite bathroom. The kitchen was stocked with pots-n-pans, dinnerware, barware, etc. Views from the balconies were stunning. We can highly recommend this rental.

Large Unit, clean, 4 full bathrooms, nice clean pool and beach area, Property Manager is great and responsive. Only two of us stayed, but would be good for large group or family- recommend this unit!

Great Stay at Peninsula Grand

Wonderful accommodation for our family of five, especially the fact that everyone/every couple had their own rooms and bathrooms. The views of the ocean from the balconies and windows cannot be beat. Nice, quiet part of the island to stay on. Enrique, the concierge, was on top of everything and responded to every question immediately. The $70 electrical surcharge was a bit of a surprise (we knew there would be one, just not that high), but overall very nice stay. Hoping to come back.

Great property

We have been going to Cozumel for 17 years and have been staying here the last 5 years. I go a few times a year and always book here. I even plan my trips around the availability of the unit.
