This tastefully decorated condo located at Palmar offers all the comforts of home.
The unit has a large open floor plan and has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths.
There are 2 Master Suites, both offering king-size beds and huge spa-like baths.
There is a bedroom with 2 queen beds and a bathroom and the last bedroom has either 2 twin beds or can be converted to a king bed. This condo is a perfect option for a large family or several couples.

The gourmet kitchen has all American appliances and is fully equipped with all the necessary culinary supplies. There is even an outdoor grill on the terrace.

The larger 250 square foot terrace offers an outstanding view to the ocean, swimming pool and the beautiful gardens.

The smaller terrace has a view of the ocean and the jungle. There is also a wet bar and plenty of dining space for a family.

If you have a smaller group or family, this condo can also be rented as a 2 or 3 bedroom condo at a reduced price. Two bedrooms with 2 king-size beds and 2.5 bathrooms or 3 bedrooms with 2 king-size beds and either a bedroom with 2 queens or two twins that can be made up to a third king. We lock the bedrooms not used.

Message us for reduced prices for 2 or 3 bedrooms! We are happy to help you enjoy a wonderful stay in Cozumel.

We do deep cleaning and provide maid service once a week during your stay. We proudly say that our housekeeper Martina is a professional worker.

Martina cleans only ONE condo per day in order to decrease contact among building guests. We will do our best to leave a day between guests whenever possible.

If we have guests arriving your check-out day we will kindly ask you to adhere to our check-out time at 10:30 am, otherwise you will be welcome to leave at 12:00 pm. In case you need to stay longer let us know, we charge a fee for a late check-out.

For your safety we are leaving spay disinfectant and disinfectant gel in each condo for your personal use during your stay.

We love to pamper our guest so we prepare the condo with a bottle of water and beer per guest, plus a basket with some snacks and a bottle of wine, in this way they can star to enjoy the condo as soon as they arrive.

We have two cars in great condition with air conditioning for rent. Both are standard transmissions for $45 a day with insurance included. Theyā€™re in much better condition than most car rentals. Contact us for availability and payment methods.

Our regular check-out time is at 10:30 am, we kindly ask to all our guests to adhere to our check-out time when we have guests arriving the same day. Otherwise you are welcome to leave the condo at 12:00 pm with no charge. Please confirm for availability.
In case that you would like to stay longer, we charge a fee for $10 dollars per hour.

Wonderful location great place!

We stayed Christmas week with our adult children and their significant others. The place was perfect for the 6 of us. Some of us scuba dove, while the others just chilled. It is located directly across from the Southern cruise port, so we watched the ships come in daily. There were plenty of restaurants to walk to, and the super market was a short drive away. The kitchen was well equipped enough that we were able to cook a prime rib dinner with no problem. Victoria and Chris were very easy to work with and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Another great stay!

This was our 3rd stay in one of Chris and Victoriaā€™s places in Palmar. Each condo has been super clean, comfortable, and friendly. Chris and Victoria (and LaĆ­s) are very helpful, flexible and quick to respond. We will definitely be back.

A Beautiful Stay

My partner and I had a wonderful time in Cozumel and Christopher & Victoria were excellent hosts. They were always available by email or text and Lais was there at the drop of a hat to address any issues (of which there were minimal) and questions we had. The place was spotless when we arrived and we had enough of every staple we could need - I had forgotten Qtips and was thrilled to find a stash in the bathroom. The beds were comfy, the view was beautiful, and our location was convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. I hope we get to visit again. Thank you, Lais, Victoria, and Christopher.

Amazing stay in Cozumel!

We had an amazing time staying in Cozumel at the Palmar condo. We went for diving and Dive with Martin picked us up across the street and took great care of us. The property was amazing and spacious! I had also sent my grocery list ahead of time and they did a great job getting what we needed for our 5 day stay. The hosts were very communicative and responsive to our questions. Will for sure stay there again when we come back in a few years !

Perfect condo for large family or couples

My family of 6 stayed Christmas week. The condo was a perfect home base for us. We rented a minivan and toured all over the island. Elizabeth provided great detailed instructions for their guests on how to use the condo as well as tourist things to see and do. The condo is well stocked with towels, water, and the little things you always forget on vacation. I cant think of anything we needed and the condo didnt have. There is a supermarket very close as well as many restaurants within walking distance. I strongly advise renting a car while visiting Cozumel to see the many things available on the island. If we return to Cozumel with the family we would not hesitate renting this condo again.

Perfect vacation in a lovely condo

We have stayed in many places on the island over the past 15 years of which include all inclusive resort, homes, and other condos. This condo was by far the most exquisite condo we have stayed in. The view was a million dollar view and the property managers Elizabeth and Matt were million dollar managers. Elizabeth was very attentive to all my questions prior to arrival and this quality of service continued after our arrival. This condo has a breathe taking view from every room and the amenities of this property are beautiful. We will be staying here again in October as it really does feel like a home away from home.

Another spectacular Palmar condo

This was our 3rd time staying with Matt and Elizabeth at Palmar and our first time in 7H. This unit is pretty spectacular, especially if there are 3-4 couples, there are 4 BR and 3.5 BA so nobody gets in anybody's way. The unit is decorated and furnished beyond expectations, the staff keeps it spotless. The views are unbeatable. We wouldn't think of staying at Palmar without utilizing Matt and Elizabeth's' attention to detail. We booked for 2019 before we finished our 2018 visit.

Fabulous condo with a stunning view

This was our first stay in this particular condo; however, we have stayed at other units at Palmar the past two and a half years. The location is excellent for diving, snorkeling, restaurants, etc. As always, Elizabeth & Matt were exceptional with their level of customer service as Property Managers. They provided a tremendous amount of information prior to arriving, checked on us during our stay and were always there if we needed them. Our group, of 8 adults, was very impressed with the amenities, condition of the condo, location to town, shopping, restaurants, snorkeling, diving, etc. We highly recommend staying in this unit. We look forward to our next stay in Cozumel at Palmar.

Great place, people, and weather!

We have now visited Cozumel with our family a few years in a row, and Palmar is now our favorite rental. Great location, access to local attractions, and of course, the sunsets from the balcony or pool are hard to beat. Our condo was clean, organized, well looked after, and included simple documentation with all the information that visitors would need to enjoy their stay. The condo managers were very quick to respond to an email we sent them during our stay, and it was evident that they take pride in their rental unit. We will be back soon!

Very impressed!

From the comfort of the beds, the spaciousness of all living areas, and the quality of amenities, we were definitely impressed with the high quality of this apartment. I was very impressed that all the bedrooms were sizable as were the bathrooms. The bed linens were luxurious and there were many towels available for beach & bath. The photos do not do this place justice. With 6 adults living in a shared space, it takes a special place to provide the comfort of home and the spaciousness so you don't feel like you are living on top of each other. Unlike many so-called fully stocked kitchens, we were so thrilled to have a fully functional kitchen and plenty of kitchen dishes, etc. so we were not cleaning constantly to be able to make a meal. The wireless internet was fast and the TV had many US channels (good for watching those college & pro football games). I'm so glad a friend recommended the Palmar Condominium complex (my friends also rented a two bedroom apartment in this complex which was different but just as nice). I do have to say that all our friends think I am the hostess with the mostest for booking this condominium. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we return to Cozumel.

Matt and Elizabeth were awesome from the point of booking to departure! They helped with info on car rental, dive recommendation, excursions, and shopping. Then we arrived and were sooooo happy to find a clean, modern, large one bedroom, fully equipped condo in the perfect location!! It was comfy, had great air conditioning, a great view, beautiful beach, was quiet, and had everything you could possibly want - making it feel like home away from home. The people that work at the condo complex were also wonderful. I left my car headlights on one night and they came to the condo to let me know. I unfortunately didn't hear them at the door, but the next morning they helped jump my car for me. We're so happy we didn't stay in a hotel or resort! This was so much more relaxing and private. Also, the location was perfect for diving - the boat picks you up right out at the private pier. When we go back, we won't change a thing in our planning - We'll stay at Matt and Elizabeth's place and dive with Scuba Life Cozumel.

I can't think of a better word to sum up Sharkey Shack 7H than WOW! From the overall spaciousness, beautiful finishes and impeccable cleanliness, I could not imagine a better place to stay in Cozumel. This unit has up to 4 bedrooms, modern kitchen with US style appliances, washer/dryer and a large balcony overlooking the spacious pool and ocean. You can walk downstairs to the convenience store, local restaurant or take a short cab ride into town. Stay here, you will not be disappointed!

The owner of the great property is Stacey Burton, a Texas native through and through who fell in love with this wonderful Island of Cozumel 40 years ago. She is a PADI divemaster for 30 years and is a worldwide dive travel specialist now for 25 years. She has owned her own company Vacation Connection for 20 years and has a very special working relationship with Dive with Martin here in Cozumel for over 18 years.

One of the attractions for Stacey to Palmar is the great location and proximity to Dive with Martin. Having a long time and dedicated relationship, the condo being with-in walking distance was imperative.

We leave coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and spices in the unit. We also leave paper products in the condo.
