Paradise Place - Beautiful Beach Home located in Ft. Morgan. Home was updated in 2021 with flooring replaced March of 2024. Beach access is about 60 yards from house at end of street which is a dead end with no thru traffic. 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full baths have ample room for 6 guests. A modern kitchen with plenty of room to prepare meals and enjoy family and friends. Enjoy the gulf breezes on the deck or grill down below and keep your toes in the sand. Stroll the tranquil beach and enjoy the solitude of no crowds. Ft. Morgan is truly a well kept secret and Paradise Place is waiting for you to make your memories!

The property is exactly as described. We had no issues with anything in or outside of the home. It is a very nice beach house. The walk to the beach isn't bad. Rick was quick to answer all of my questions. We had a great week in Fort Morgan thanks in part to renting this property.

Family getaway

After some challenging health issues, it was a true Blessing to be able to spend quiet time away in this beautiful house in a quiet, family friendly beach. Taking in some fresh sea air and feeling the warm sand under our toes was peaceful and energizing at the same time. Thank you!

The 4th of July getaway.

Enjoyed our stay, clean but could use more seating in the living room, queen mattress needs to be replaced and guessing the oven temperature was interesting. Never seen an oven without temperature settings before.

Great getaway

We had a great time to disconnect and enjoy some family time. We cooked and played at the beach and relaxed. It was wonderful.

Great place to stay in Ft Morgan

Very nice property. I stayed here with my 5 kids ranging from 4-14 years old. I had no problem getting them to and from the beach. Absolutely no traffic as the home sits at the end of the quiet neighborhood road. Beach access only a few yards from the front door. Beautiful view from the front porch. Can’t wait to come back.

Good stay

House was a little smaller than it looked but still fit the needed amount of people. There is not enough seating in the living room for 6 people. Floors were cracked in some spots. Overall good stay at a more remote beach and location.

Relaxation

We enjoyed our stay in Paradise. The location was perfect, just steps away from the beach. Friendly and peaceful neighborhood. Plenty of room for six, beautifully decorated and clean. We loved sitting on the front porch enjoying the views of the ocean throughout our stay. The only things we would improve upon would be having a clean grill that works, knobs were missing and part of the grill was locked up. The owners may also want to consider adding hangers to the closet, there were only two in the house. Overall we had a very positive experience and would highly recommend renting this property.

Beach Relaxation

The beach house was conveniently located within a short walking distance of the beach. The section of beach was very quiet and it was always easy to find a spot to sit and stretch out while watching the waves roll in. The layout of the beach house worked well for our family of 4 and gave us space to cool down inside on those warm July days. There were some areas in the beach house in need of repair (flooring and a small portion of the counter top), but overall the place was in good condition. There was construction going on in the house beside the beach house and across the street, however the crews were respectful and limited noise in the evenings. This is definitely a great spot for being able to escape the day-to-day busyness and relax while spending time with family.

Comfortable, accommodating Home in fort Morgan on a peaceful, dead end street.

We really enjoyed our stay at Paradise Place. It was the quiet and tranquil beach vacation we were seeking. There are small improvements that could be made to the home such as the ice maker on the fridge not working properly. Other than that, we found the home very accommodating. The house was clean when we arrived. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked for cooking. The washer and dryer are large. Beach toys and chairs were provided. Lots of extras. The beach is a little walk away, but a wagon we brought came in handy for all of our beach haul. The ice cream truck came by once a day which my kids loved. And it is only a short distance into gulf shores for activities. Nice place.

Affordable Nice Place

We stayed 4 nights on this property. Upon arrival AC had apparently been off for 3 days prior to arriving. Something was wrong and wouldnt turn on. Contacted the owner and he responded immediatley and had someone out to fix the AC asap. Overall this is a nice place to stay and we wouldnt hesitate to stay here again. Most everything was nice and upated but there were several small things that could be upgraded in the future. New couch, shades or blinds on the patio glass doors and the entry door glass, and the door itself needs to be adjusted in order for deadbolt to lock. Also a gate on the deck would be nice so you dont have to worry about kiddos falling down the stairs. Overall it was a nice clean place for our family to stay. The view cant be beat from the deck while watching and hearing the waves crash. It was definitely our favorite place to be. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and will look to book this place again in the future.

Fantastic Stay

Property was wonderful. Clean with all appliances and A/C functioning as they should. Short walk to the beach which was great for swimming and making quick jumps back to the house for lunch. Location was quiet and porch was great for reading. Fantastic experience!!!

Great house, but could use some work (floors). Very quiet neighborhood. Need curtains everywhere.

The only thing missing was blinds, shades or curtains on the door and the sliding glass doors. There's no privacy without them. Otherwise, terrific house.

The place was very cute and spacious!

We pack a lot of stuff for vacation, but was happy there were boogie boards and beach chairs! We have both but didn't pack enough for all of us. It was also nice to have the wifi, it's hard to come by in that area, it helped us to figure out where to eat every day and what to do! The coffee pot and Hulu was also appreciated! We had a few rainy mornings!

Best location ever!!

Location was perfect, truly only steps from the beach. House was stocked well with items for cooking and serving meals. We brought food and cooked/grilled every night. The Sassy Bass is just down the road so we were able to get a few groceries there. Don’t forget extra toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags/laundry detergent and dish detergent! Great stay and we will be back!

Lovely place!

Check in process was a breeze and instructions were sent ahead of time which was nice. Beds were comfy and kitchen well stocked. Would love to see an additional couch or seating for adults in the living room…we brought in the patio chairs to have enough for the six adults who were here. Beach access was close and the beach chairs provided were nice! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home!

The house was great! Clean, very well stocked, and easily accessible to the beach and water!

Overall the experience was a great one. No issues renting or locating the property. We love the area, and visit every year. This is the first time we have stayed in a house on the beach and we may not go anywhere else!
