Enter through your front gate, which faces the Resort, and walk through your lushly appointed walkway, romantically lit with solar lights in the evening. Pick juicy grapefruits and lemons
from your own trees. Enjoy a game of backgammon on your Bistro Table, relax with friends in your sitting area and enjoy the bubbling fountain: music to your ears! Relax out here, especially on evenings during the Season, and privately enjoy live outdoor music from the Resort. Listen to Alexa inside or out! Set up music to the Bluetooth spreaker.

The remodeled, fully stocked kitchen is light and bright thanks to the new solar light with solar night light, (there are 5 throughout the home) and a kitchen door that opens to your lush front entertaining patio. The kitchen has all new appliances, Keurig coffee maker, milk frother, 4 slice toaster, electric wine opener, Vitamix and so much more! Entertain in style: the Dining Room table seats 8 with an extra leaf in the guest closet and extra chairs at the desk in each bedroom. Full charging station with plugs for phones, iPads etc.

The Living Room has two recliner chairs (each reclines two
positions!) and genuine leather couch, (both sides recline), to enjoy your favorite movie or show on your large, wall-mounted flatscreen TV. Cable, Wifi, Internet, Sports channels, DVD player, and Universal Remote and Sound Bar included. The center console holds all types of books, games, cards, and coloring books, and the coffee table will always have many choices of current magazines. Create a romantic setting with the many candles provided, the cozy fireplace, a large assortment of pillows, even a picnic basket - wine glasses included!

Open your sliding glass door to your own patio with lovely mountain views, divided on both sides from neighboring homes. Enjoy meals cooked on your new gas grill and curl up with a good book or magazine on one of the new pillowed loungers.

The Master Bedroom Suite is complete with a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, stocked end tables with drawers, iHome charger alarm clock radios, down pillows, vibrating back rest, large dresser, and an assortment of suitcase holders. Make yourself at home with plush robes (cool summer and warm winter) for your lounging pleasure. There is also a desk and chair in case there's work to be done - but we hope you're just writing postcards with "Wish you were here!!" The laundry room is located between the two bedrooms.
Laundry soap, fabric softener, stain removers, Oxyclean, (including WineOut, our personal life-saver!), dryer sheets, and extra towels are provided. There is a new iron, ironing board, and a steamer. There are extra light bulbs and cleaning supplies stocked. The linen cupboard in the hallway includes beach towels, extra towels, lounge chair towel holders, visors, 😎 sunglasses and more games.

The garage has four (4) bikes with locks, two with baskets, pool toys, floats, lawn games, tennis rackets and balls, golf clubs and balls as well as extra cooking utensils, crockpot, turkey cooker, electric skillet, griddle, Vitamix etc. This is YOUR HOMEAWAY FROM HOME!!
