Comfortable space, hotel-like amenities, close to restaurants on property

We stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday and had a great time. The beds are very comfortable and the space is a well-stocked home. Hotel-like amenities and across the way from a great pool. Kathleen was very communicative and made sure we were all set. Excellent hospitality. Will stay again!

A wonderful place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. It was spotlessly clean and I have never stayed anywhere that had everything you could need! The location was fantastic and the townhouse was perfect for four adults. Communication with Katie was fantastic and it’s clear that she really wants to make sure anyone who stays in your property has a wonderful holiday. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Everything you could want!

The condo was immaculate, every detail attended to, and convenient to everything we wanted to do. The owner was very helpful and provided many little extras, e.g., breakfast foods, wine, sodas, etc.

AMAZING

Everything was just perfect. Kathleen was amazing and made us feel right at home before we even arrived! The home was well stocked and was just perfect for our family thanksgiving get-away. We will definitely be back!!

Perfect Getaway

This home is absolutely perfect! From the accommodations, to the amenities, to the comfort and all the zillions of things that Kathleen does to make sure the home and the stay is everything it should be! She is the greatest host! I’ve been to this property twice now and will absolutely be back again!

Four Seasons Experience!!!!!! 5 STAR

There was not one detail left out of this experience. Beautiful property and nice touches throughout the house. This was my first time to travel to this area! We will be back this time next year.

La Quinta Retreat

The purpose of our trip was to relax and enjoy the delicious sun! And did we! The home was amazingly comfortable, very clean and we loved the little things and attention to detail to make sure our stay was great! We will be back for sure! We enjoyed the pool, the patios, rode the bikes and met some great neighbors! Thank you Kathleen for everything! You were the best!

Over the top!

Can’t think of one thing that would have made our stay more perfect! A beautiful property & our every expectation was met. Rode bikes & swam in the pool. A bottle of red & a bottle of white were left as gifts for us. Our hosts thought of every detail!

Beyond expectations

The unit itself is so pretty and so well designed, warm, welcoming and comfortable, the photos don’t do it justice, we really didn’t want to leave. Pool so close by, everyone adhered to safe social distancing, and the unit was thoroughly cleaned and I felt safe bringing my kids there. Host was very communicative and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Beautiful!

This place is everything you imagined and more! Fully stocked, nicely decorated, clean, super organized, great location, close to resort and the pool, gorgeous views from the backyard. The host is so warm and welcoming and super super helpful and responsive to all questions/needs! We had a welcome basket provided and our kids got Easter baskets upon our arrival! Can’t be more happy and can not wait to be back! Just the best!

In a word, Perfect !

Condo was absolutely fabulous, fully stocked with everything you need for 2 days or 30! Just pack your toothbrush and go! The condo was very well clean and well maintained, and you can see the pride of ownership. Can't say enough positive about our experience in La Quinta Condo owner super easy to communicate with. PERFECT LOCATION in LA QUINTA

Katie's property is a 6 STAR location maybe even 7 STARS if either were possible. If you are looking at properties in the La Quinta area, it would be YOUR absolute loss not to rent this location. Over the years I have had the pleasure staying at many rental locations and I have never experienced the level of detail or warmth as I did at this rental property. She has set up the property to feel like you are staying at a friends or families La Quinta condo, not VRBO.

Beautiful Oasis

My husband and I brought our 3 teenage daughters and 10 yr old son for a weekend away. We all had such a great time! I have never found such gracious hospitable owners. They were fantastic! Our kids loved riding the bikes they provided, playing tennis, swimming, hot tubbing and much more! The grounds are beautifully taken care of and our 10 year old loved playing catch on the grass. It was just the most relaxing weekend.

Outstanding condo

Our stay here was over the top. Kathleen has amazing attention to detail. She provided everything we could possibly need in the way of kitchen wares, linens, a welcoming ambiance, labelled shelves, and arrival foods. She also made herself available by text in case we had questions. The grounds are pristine and quiet. We made good use of the pool which was visible from the rear patio. We're looking forward to a return stay.

Amazing getaway

From the moment I inquired about this home, to the minute we left, we felt pampered and well cared for. Kathleen is super responsive and her home is immaculate! And such a fabulous location steps to the Resort, swimming pool, tennis court and golf course. The home is nicely upgraded and well stocked, TVs are new, wireless is super fast. One of the most tranquil and peaceful locations in Santa Rosa Cove! Loved relaxing on the back patio or enjoying the soothing waterfall in the courtyard. We are definitely coming back again!

Great place and great location

We typically stay at one of the local resorts but switched it up. Will likely book this place every time we come back. Every amenity you can think of (ground coffee, various coffee machines, bikes, breakfast items, chilled water and a few cold beer for our arrival, pool floaties, etc) and the unit is very well taken care of and spotless! Located right by a very quiet pool with hot tub. The gated community is very quiet and well taken care of. Literally a 5 minute walk to the La Quinta Resort and a short walk to restaurants in Old Town La Quinta. Kathleen was very responsive to inquiries. Highly recommend, as long as its not on a weekend we plan on coming back!

Best Hospitality

If you need it, this place has it! It was clean, roomy and an overall beautiful casita for our family of 4. We stayed a week from WA state and having a pool just steps away was so convenient and accessible. And talk about the best host! We arrived Easter Sunday to 2 wonderful baskets each with my girls' names. They were full of candy, toys and fun stuff. And not to mention the 2 bottles of wine for mom and dad and fridge stocked with breakfast foods and drinks. This was the best rental by far and a superb location. It was also steps away from main resort entry for fun people watching and snacks/drinks. Thank you so much again Hawkes!

We had an amazing stay with one other couple (4 people total). The location was phenomenal!

The stay at Kathleen's house was nothing short of perfection. We enjoyed every waking moment there, and the house itself was more than enough for two couples (4 people total). Both bedrooms offered in-room bathrooms, and the space was just perfect. The location of the unit was perfect too; only about 30 yards from the neighborhood pool, and only a stones throw away from La Quinta Resort. We had no problem using La Quinta Resort's facilities (pool, and restaurants), which was a huge added bonus. Kathleen thought of everything before we even got there. Getting our driver through the gate, having everything labeled in the house, a full pamphlet on local restaurants, bars, etc. etc. Kathleen had everything covered and made our experience that much better. I couldn't of found a more perfect place, and we hope to have the opportunity to stay there again!!!

A wonderful vacation

Katie was a superb host! She emailed us all the information we needed a few days prior and the house was ready for our arrival. Seriously, 9 days was not long enough. A few steps away from this house: LQ resort shops and restaurants, tennis courts, pool, bike and walking paths, etc. Also included were bikes...we hardly drove anywhere...we just used the bikes! They were in perfect shape and more comfortable than my bike at home. The kitchen had everything we needed! Even though it was perfect BBQ weather, we didn't use the BBQ but it is ready and on the deck! The courtyard is pretty! I hope to rent again from Katie. Thank you Katie and Family.

Beautiful property and great service

I have stayed on-property at La Quinta resort, and overall I think liked this experience better! The house is beautifully decorated and if you need something, it's there. The only thing we missed was a drip coffeemaker, since my parents are BIG coffee drinkers. The Keurig worked great and we adapted quickly :-) Kathy was extremely responsive. When we had an issue with one of the TVs she sent someone to look at it within an hour. I loved the location and the feel of the space - we had most meals outside at home, and when we didn't want to cook we walked steps over to the resort and ate at one of the restaurants. If you are looking for quiet, cozy, quality time together in a gorgeous setting, this is a great choice. I can't wait to go back!

I ran out of stars. Could not have been better

Loved Palm Springs; loved LaQuinta; loved the condo. We spent Christmas at LaQuinta with our two adult kids and dog in this wonderful condo. The condo came stocked with everything you can imagine... ranging from eggs in the fridge; toiletries in the bathrooms; and bikes in the garage. The location is spectacular too, just a couple hundred yards to the center of the resort (with the Christmas tree with a billion lights) and another few hundred to the main golf course. Great for walking the pup. Katie (the owner) was incredibly thoughtful. We arrived to find xmas stocks hung on the mantle with goodies for each of us including the dog! The condo was well-appointed and spotless. We set up the aerobed (provided) in the family room as the third bed so it was a little cozy. We especially loved the patio in back and the small courtyard in front. We had a great time. Can't wait to return! Six stars
