Sterling Shores is under renovation for a beautification project in which they are working on all balconies and walkways to the condos. Due to this beautification process, one pool closest to the building may close in November very briefly. No other amenities will be affected. Renovations are currently in progress Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The renovation is set to be finished by 1/29/2026. If bad weather interferes with the beautification process, renovations could continue into February. If there are any updates, I will let you know. We have blocked down the units that are primarily affected by this construction. June-Labor Day is painting the exterior and should not cause much of a disturbance. After Labor Day, you may experience floor grinding noise and dust. We are sincerely sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you and we hope you enjoy your stay!

Take your morning cup of coffee out onto the oceanview balcony and connect to the free WiFi to snap a few pictures. The full-size, private washer/dryer will take care of the laundry while you lounge in the central A/C. Hit the fitness center for an invigorating workout and then head down to the beach and rent a stand-up paddleboard to get out on the wave.

Treat everyone to a night out at one of the local fresh seafood restaurants and then melt the stress away with a long soak in the master bathroom's Jacuzzi tub. Of course, if you'd rather cook your own meals, the fully stocked, updated kitchen has all the appliances, tools, and space you might need to prepare anything from quick breakfasts to multi-course dinners. This condo is well suited for families, and offers views of the gulf and the lagoon-style swimming pool from the private balcony.

Whether you're hitting the waves, flying down the water slides at the water park, or basking in the sun at the pool, the oceanview Florida condo makes it easy to enjoy everything the beach has to offer.

THINGS TO KNOW
Construction is 8-5, 7 days a week. Beginning Monday, October 20, 2025, the Lagoon Pool will be closed for approximately 3 weeks to have it resurfaced. We are hopeful to have it back up and running by November 10, 2025. Two sofa beds - one queen-size pull-out and one twin-size pull-out

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 10.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
