Great place to stay

The room was very clean when I arrived and the air worked well. It was everything I thought it would be. My only complaint was that the toilet would flush but would not completely go down. Other than that, it was definitely a great place to stay and Iā€™d gladly stay again.

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the rooms. However the pool was not cleaned for us to be able to swim in neither was the area around the pool. We asked for extra towels and we were told to buy our own. It was clearly stated that 5 persons were staying and only four towels were provided. Also, it's effective for Belizeans to be able to transfer to a bank account rather than using a credit card.

I stayed here for a quick overnight trip to explore Caye Caulker, and it was exactly what I neededā€”affordable, convenient, and stress-free.The property is located near the airport, which might sound like a concern, but honestly, it wasnā€™t a bother at all. The area was quiet and peaceful, making it easy to relax after a day out.Itā€™s about a 15ā€“20 minute walk to The Split. There are local food spots nearby, so you still have good options close to the property if you donā€™t feel like walking far. The space itself was simple, clean, and comfortableā€”perfect for a short stay. It had everything I needed, and I appreciated how easy the check-in process was. Additionally, the recommended driver, Abner was so nice!Overall, no complaints at all. If youā€™re looking for a budget-friendly place to stay while exploring the island (especially for a night or two), this is a solid choice. Iā€™d definitely stay here again.

The room was clan, bed wasnew and very comfortable. Looks like the place is be refubished. All new paint our unit was painted. Could just use an update on kitchen ammenities. We made use of the pool and bbq almost everyday. Was great location fir us as away from high tourist traffic. We like being near and amongst the locals.

I enjoyed the overall experience at this vacation home . The privacy was top notch , such a peaceful environment to stay in . The Room was well prepared , and everything worked out well as I planned it to be . I can definitely say if your looking to have a one on one experience with your partner or friend this is will be an ideal place to stay , where you will be able to enjoy the great pool, quite environment and most of all exceptional privacy .

My stay at Mayan Falls was great. AC and hot water for the first time on my travels felt like luxury. When I arrived the lightbulb in the bathroom didnā€™t work and Raul was there to fix it within 10 minutes. He was super helpful with renting a bike and helping me book tours. He made sure I felt safe and comfortable.

Really nice location away from the bustle and noise near the main street where all the bars are. Really peaceful. Still close to the centre though (everything is close in Caye Caulker!). Very clean and comfortable rooms. Nice swimming pool.

Good amount of space in rooms. Quiet location. Nice size kitchenette with a full size refrigerator and utensils to use. Lovely pool area. Air conditioning worked very well. I was also happy to find a full selection of every channels to choose from.
