Cozy and Clean! Cleanliness has always been our top priority, thatā€™s why weā€™ve always provided 100% cotton, all white towels and linens, always bleached between stays. Leather furniture in the living room allows a more thorough cleaning as well. There is no carpet in the house to trap excess dust and such! Peaceful, private and very comfortable. This private, sun-drenched beach house, offers everything you need while you and family & friends relax and enjoy all the sites of St Augustine . Great vacation home in the heart of St Augustine Beach with 3 bedrooms, master has king bed, two guest bedrooms have queen size beds and flat screen TV's. 2 full baths. Unit is beautifully decorated, with all the comforts of home. Nice bright fully furnished kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. The Master bedroom has a private bath and a king sized bed, also a hideaway twin bed(for additional guest ) This is a beautiful and spacious house located near it all with modern furnishings, vaulted ceilings.
The home features and free wireless internet accessible around property. The 65ā€ tv in the living room has YouTube TV and the three bedrooms all have 43ā€ smart TVs ready for your streaming apps. Washer/Dryer in private laundry room.
The backyard is great , seven foot privacy fence completely fenced in all the way around, deck furniture on paver- stones and a charcoal grill.
Outdoor activities: daily snorkel and scuba dive trips, charter fishing boats, party fishing boats, public fishing pier, jet skis and boat rentals, alligator farms,zip lining, nature trails, kayaking, fishing, bird watching.
Beach chairs, towels and Umbrella are provided as well as kid toys and a cart ; all to help guests to relax at the beach.

Located only a few blocks away from a splash park with playground, restaurants, shopping (including a supermarket), and public transit.

Loved that the only thing we had to worry about was food. All the small things you usually forget where there and ready to go. The dogs loved the big back yard and the beach right across the street.It was a quiet little place to stay, clean and cozy. There was even a little Christmas tree to keep us in the holiday mood. Great place to stay with or without your puppies!

Location to beach, restaurants and downtown is perfect. We walked to watch the sunrise every morning. Having a fenced in yard for the dogs is a big plus.

Great vacation spot

We enjoyed the grill and being so close to the beach. We also enjoyed being able to walk to get ice cream and the property was in a great location. The house was neat and clean.

One of the best rentals in St Aug Beach

The beds were comfy. The neighborhood quiet but close to restaurants and the beach. The wagon for hauling beach gear was nice to have. An all around great place to stay!

Loved Visiting St Augustine

Great house, the location is perfect for beach access and visiting all of the areas around St Augustine. Very comfortable king bed and living area! The fenced yard was perfect for our dogs too. We would definitely recommend and love to stay again!

Perfect house in ideal location

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The location is ideal. Close to everything but on a quiet street. The house was great with comfortable bed and other furnishings and a nice fenced yard for our fur-baby. We will definitely be back.

Great Beach property

This was a very clean and comfortable home very close to the beach. The dog enjoyed the fenced in yard. The king sized bed was very comfortable. The location was great. A nice quiet neighborhood but only a 10 minute drive to the historic district. Restaurants within walking distance

Everything You Need

We had an amazing trip! The house was perfect and has everything it states it has. We spent time with the pups in the large fenced yard, had everything we needed for the beach and the location was perfect.

Awesome Location and Owners

This beach house is wonderful. It was very clean and welcoming. It is one block from beach access and near great restaurants and walking distance to two ice cream shops (important for the 11 year old and the adults :) The owner was super responsive and accommodating. If you are looking for a place to stay in St Augustine, I would highly recommend this property!

Nice. Clean. Host Melissa was very good with timely communication. Great fenced in backyard for pet. Very walkable access to beach. Lots of beach gear inventory- some of which might be in need of replacement. Good neighborhood.

Had a great time!

Everything was great! I just wish the weather would have held out a little longer. It was an easy walk to the beach, and the house was very well stocked. Also, the neighborhood seemed to be very safe, and near several "must try" places. The owners were also very responsive the 1 time I reached out to them. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone staying in the area.

Except for bowl game loss it was a great trip and one of the major reasons was that the accommodations were great The house was across street from beach and convenient to all we wanted to do The house was super clean and spacious for our group The hosts were the best we have ever had They were tremendous!

Perfect stay!

This is our second stay at this home and it was just as perfect as the first time. One of the best locations beachside (footsteps to the Atlantic) and walking distance to some of our favorite locations for meals, quick bites, and coffee. In minutes you can be at some of the best spots in the area via foot, vehicle, skateboard, etc. The house is as spotless and we LOVE the comfy furniture in the living room that we have easily accommodates a party of five. The gated yard is wonderful for the dog. The hosts are wonderful. Another great stay- we absolutely hope to be back soon.

Wonderful property. Well stocked with everything you need for a fun and comfortable stay. They thought of everything. Nice beach chairs, floats, boogie boards. We didn't have to go running to the store upon arrival for basics. They were provided. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing!!!

I feel like this place was better than we expected! It literally has EVERYTHING you need. So close to the beach, dog friendly, owner was so sweet. Short drive to downtown (or $10 Uber ride!).... Seriously could not ask for more. Weā€™ll be back!!!

3rd stay always great experience!

We had our third stay here and as always it was perfect. The house location canā€™t be beat and as a clean freak I can attest to the spotless of the home (especially considering itā€™s dog friendly). The Florence family are excellent hosts and we look forward to coming back for a 4th stay soon. The fenced and private backyard is great for pets and the home has ample room and furniture for a comfortable and cozy family getaway. You can enjoy morning walks on the beach, around the neighborhood , and to get great coffee, brunch, lunch, dinner, etc. High walk ability score. Your minutes from downtown and other neighboring beaches. Book this house you wonā€™t regret it!
