We do want to clarify the guest fee: the additional charge for bookings with more than 8 guests is disclosed and must be acknowledged before a booking can be completed on Vrbo. It isn't applied after the fact or hidden — it's a required step in the booking process itself, so we're not sure how it would have gone unnoticed. On the walkway: the private walkover provides direct beach access from the property, but it has never extended all the way across the dune to the open sand — that's simply the nature of a beach walkover on this stretch of coast, not a change from what's listed. We understand the dune blocking the view was disappointing, but it's consistent with how the walkway has always worked. We appreciate the detailed feedback and hope you'll consider us again.
