The interiors are spacious, bright, and tastefully furnished: three comfortable bedrooms, three modern bathrooms with fine finishes, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large living room with cozy sofas overlooking the garden. Corte dello Zanchino is located in Zola Predosa, a quiet and scenic area just a few minutes from Bologna, perfectly positioned for exploring the hills of Emilia-Romagna and its rich food and wine culture. Within a short drive, guests can reach some of the region’s best wineries, traditional trattorias, and charming medieval villages such as Monte San Pietro, Bazzano, and Monteveglio, known for their castles, vineyards, and panoramic views.



The villa is also conveniently connected to the main roads: Bologna city center is about 20 minutes away, while the Guglielmo Marconi Airport can be reached in less than 25 minutes by car. The Bologna Centrale train station, one of Italy’s main hubs, offers fast connections to Florence, Milan, Venice, and Rome.



Public transportation is available from Zola Predosa, including buses and a suburban train line that links directly to Bologna, but schedules are limited — for greater flexibility, a car is the best option.
