Ideal for a family vacation or for a Romantic getaway for 2. Step down from the back deck and stroll the sugar white sand beach. Fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms 2 full baths, large living area and 2 decks overlooking the beach. You can watch the sun set into the Gulf of Mexico from this Beach home. The location of this property was PERFECT for our needs. The beach was steps away from the back deck, and the intercoastal for fishing was steps away from the front door. The beds were super comfortable, and we were close to shopping & restaurants. Thanks for having us!

Beach is amazing!As other reviews stated driveway is a challengeI would recommend one of the ATV rentals House has some cosmetic/maintenance issues but we spent a lot of time on the beach.

Perfect location on the beach! Lower level bed was so comfy that we already went and bought one very similar. Everything needed was provided. Could use some updating but the rental makes that known in the description when reserving. Very nice property, beautiful sunsets

Perfect location

Truly right on the beach. Could not be more perfect. The house is in need of updating but clean. The driveway was a bit stressful being very narrow, almost got stuck in sand and could only back out onto busy road. The town center is so cute and very close. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a great time staying here. The location is perfect to enjoy time out on the patio or a walk out on the beach. It was a little outdated but not a big deal! Especially with the ability to walk right out the back door to the beach. It had everything we needed for our stay!

Perfect Location

The house was perfect for us. Itā€™s literally on the beach with fantastic view of the sunset. The beach items supplied were a huge plus. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and such. Definitely saved as a favorite location and will be coming back.

Relax on the beach

Great experience overall! The porch overlooks the ocean and is perfect! I was very happy to see plenty of cooking pans and pots and utensils. This is a must for a nice relaxing vacation right on the beach!

We had a great stay down in Indian shores. wife and kids had a few things to say about the house being dated, and some little things that need attention but itā€™s on the beach, and plenty of room for us. Simple check in. Location is what we went for and itā€™s in a great spot!

Our stay was great! If your looking for an affordable beach house with awesome views and close to restaurants and shops this is the place for you. We ordered take out the entire stay so we werent concerned with a super updated kitchen or other things. This house is no frills but good.

Here is just a quick overview of my career along with a few of Carter Vacation strengths in the rental industry.

I have been involved in the hospitality field most of my life. After graduating from Boston University back in 1986 I got my start working as a night auditor in a small hotel just outside of Boston. I quickly became fascinated with this industry and wanted to know everything about it. I enjoyed finding new ways to improve the overall experience for the guests and in doing so, I was promoted often. I learned all aspects of each department and through the years I became the General Manager of some very well-known hotels.

During my corporate career as a General Manager of a Hyatt Hotel in Tampa I had an opportunity to manage a small beach vacation rental along the shores of the Gulf. Simply putā€¦I was hooked. This became my new passion and career.
My wife and I had stayed in vacation rentals in the past with mixed feelings about our stays, I knew there was room for improvement in the Vacation Rental business and I was excited to get started.

My team and I have worked hard and I feel our success at Carter Coastal Vacation Rentals is from having a variety of vacation property options that suites each guests needs and budget. We also have chosen to keep Carter Vacation Rentals business relatively small in order to maintain a personable connection with each of our new arrivals. I, along with my team understand the importance of anticipating the guestā€™s needs as well as treating each guest with complete respect during their vacation getaway.
