Villa Clara is a 3-bedroom accommodation perfect for a family holiday and to enjoy its outdoor areas. Beautiful outdoor area with several spaces to enjoy in different settings. Relaxation area with hammocks and umbrella, covered terrace with table and chairs, barbecue area and private swimming pool surrounded by artificial grass. Plus another outdoor dining area. The house is decorated with great taste and elegance. Inside, Villa Clara is distributed over two floors: On the ground floor we find: Beautiful, very bright kitchen with office area, well equipped with appliances and all its equipment.

Living room with air conditioning with external access and a large window, wifi, smart TV. Bathroom with shower shared. On the upper floor are the bedrooms. The villa has 3 bedrooms, two of them with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds, plus a bathroom with shower. All bedrooms with air conditioning. There is a safe.

For groups composed of guests between 18 and 26 years old, a refundable security deposit of €150 per person is required. During local holiday periods, the refundable security deposit will be €300 per person.



The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival. It will be refunded after check-out, once the accommodation has been inspected, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have been respected.
