Everything You Need & Exceptional Customer Service!

I was so lucky to find this fabulous rental for my family! We are Vrbo property owners and know what it takes to prepare a cozy space for guests, anticipating everything they might need, and ensuring the space is squeaky clean, updated, and well-appointed. This "PERFECT place right on the beach" exceeded our expectations! We visited during a quiet time of year and felt we practically had the space to ourselves. The kitchen had everything we needed, there were plenty of clean towels, a variety of beach supplies, and personal items available to get guests started before visiting the grocery store. The property is in a great location. We had awesome ocean views, appreciated the lounge chairs and seating options around the pool, and the beach was pristine. The host is exceptional! She provided easy access to the condo and left specific checkout instructions to help us avoid cleaning fees. We arrived late at night and appreciated having direct access to the space without having to check in at the office. Luggage carts are available on the property for a one-trip entry from your vehicle to the unit. We had an early flight on our last day and mistakenly left one bag behind. We contacted the host from the airport at 6:15 AM and by 7:35 AM she contacted us to let us know she found it and would keep it safe. Going above and beyond, the host arranged for us to pick up the bag at a convenient location on the following weekend. Choose this one for your next vaca!

Fell short of expectations but location was great.

Unfortunately there were things that fell short of our expectations based on previous reviews; cleanliness, safety (no smoke alarm, no bunk bed ladder, very dim lighting throughout the condo and the exterior hallways/stairways), pool wasn’t heated during the week we were there, 1 elevator wasn’t working the week we were there, limited paper products provided (toilet paper/paper towels/ garbage bags ect.) Location was great, beach was private and had TONS of shells to pick, NSB was a nice little quiet beach town. Condo was quite and outdoor patio /views were awesome.

Week between Christmas and Nee Years

I was looking for a place that was quiet and relaxing and I found it. Good view of the ocean with all the sounds. The condominium had everything we needed. The only thing I wish was the pool was heated during the time I was there. It was a wonderful week.

Vacation Perfection

The condo was fantastic! We had 3 adults and 3 children and it was so spacious it never felt like there were 6 people using it. It was close to everything. From the beach to the pool, to stores and to restaurants everything was near at hand. The condo was clean and the beds so comfortable. They even supplied beach towels if needed. A wonderful place for vacation. We are hoping to return next summer.

After falling in love with New Smyrna Beach for all that it has to offer, we decided to purchase a beach home here to support these things we hold so dear to our hearts. With this, our family and friends are able to enjoy it when schedules permit and we also get to see other families build cherished memories here. A portion of all rent proceeds are automatically donated to various charitable organizations.
