Villa Susanna is a new luxury privately owned property at Isla 33 Resort & Villas. The second floor location gives you spectacular views that you can't get from the ground floors. This property will sleep 5 guests in our two spacious bedrooms, perfect for a romantic getaway, family vacation, or your bridal party.

Ground level pool is steps from our door. The roof top horizon pool and patio are a quick elevator ride away, it offers spectacular 360-degree views of the island. Villa Susanna is ideally situated in the center of the island. You will enjoy the unparalleled ocean views and refreshing sea breezes. Less than 10 minutes from Hidalgo street and North Beach.

The villa has a modern open floor plan with spacious rooms. As you enter the living room the first thing you will notice is the unobstructed gorgeous ocean views. To your left is the dining room and gourmet kitchen separated by a granite island. The kitchen is fully equipped, it features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The guest bedroom is just off the dining room. You will notice the king bed, plenty of closets and sliding doors out onto a balcony that has stunning views of the inland lake, ocean and the Cancun skyline. The full bathroom is just outside the bedroom, it features a large walk-in shower. When you enter the master suite you have those gorgeous unobstructed ocean views out onto the balcony, beautiful domed brick ceilings, the jacuzzi area shares the ocean view, it is surrounded by hand-cut Tikal tile. The ensuite bath connects the shower, toilet and jacuzzi areas. The king Sealy Posterpedic beds with high count linen will help you get a great nights rest.

We keep coming back to this property when we stay in Isla Mujeres. Condo location is excellent, views from balconies fantastic. Condo has all the amenities of home. Our stay here at this property was excellent! The check in process was seamless and the property manager was wonderful. He was full of useful information and suggestions throughout our stay including arranging a golf cart and great food recommendations. The central location of the property was good for ease of getting around the island. And the views!!! Stunning! The property was clean, beautiful, and stocked with everything we needed for a great vacation.

Wonderful retreat

Hubby and I stayed 4 nights at this location and loved it. Beautifully designed and comfortable condo. Great location. Loved the rooftop pool and the happy hour at the bar with the local musicans.We rented a golf cart from Memo and it was a wonderful way to toot around the island and go to restaurants.Would highly recomment this location and hope to return again in the near future!

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Isla 33. We loved the location and condo since it was quieter than downtown. We walked to different restaurants every night so very little driving. The view is amazing since we got to see the sunrise and the sunset from the condo. We hope to get to come back!

Wonderful Location with Stunning Views

The condo was centrally located, close to everything we wanted to do. The views of the ocean and lagoon were absolutely stunning. The proximity to the ring road made it a bit noisy at night but the interior room was quiet. All amenities available at your need.

Goodness the views from this condo were amazing! We were very pleased with the location on the southern end of Isla. It was away from most of the congestion found near the local town centers. We rented a golf cart for the week through Mo the concierge. As well as received quotes he provided for some offshore excursions. As is with most properties there are usually some issues and we did have some. Fortunately, between Mo and Chuck (the owner) they were handled to our satisfaction. The roof top pool was beautiful in the evenings, and we took advantage several times. In the evenings the in-house restaurant provides live music and some basic fare of dinner items. We went from one end of the island to the other partaking of many dining, shopping and sightseeing spots. I would definitely recommend following the detailed email from Chuck outlining how to reach Isla from the airport in Cancun. Saved some dollars by utilizing his recommendations. You will be hounded at the airport by the transport companies. It helps if you already have your tickets arranged online for the transport back and forth from the airport to the ferry, And from the ferry to Isla and the return trips. One last thing exchange some pesos from your local bank before you take off. Provide your bank a couple of days to put together the quantity needed. You will be glad you did this the exchange rate fluctuates quite a bit. We are looking forward to another trip to Isla and definitely will be booking this condo!

Well equipped condo with lovely decor. Enjoyed watching the unique beautiful sunrises every morning and then the sunset from the roof top terrace. So many beaches to explore, great restaurants to walk to or rent a golf cart.
