Enjoy our clean and affordable two bedroom condo right on the canal. You have your own dock for fishing, bring your boat or use the dock for fishing, kayaking or enjoying the sun. Two Kayaks are included with the rental!! Your dock is close to the Springs - (a long swim or a short Kayak paddle) the premiere spot for manatee watching or Snorkeling!

Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking - refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, full sized stove and oven, and microwave plus all new utensils, cookware and dishes.

The bedroom features a great queen-size bed with high quality linens. The view from your bed overlooks the back yard and canal where you may be greeted by a morning manatee or dolphin swimming by.

The quiet neighborhood is safe and secure. There is a restaurant, dive shop, national park, and an outdoor sunset bar all within a five minute walk!

A big grocery store is two minutes away. A large mall with eight theaters is a ten minute drive. You will love the location, having so many restaurants, banks and shopping so close and having nature even closer!

Comfortable stay that was swimming distance from the manatees! Loved using the kayaks. Full size fridge and pots and pans. Bring quarters for washing machine or use the laundry mat just down the road.

The location was amazing! The check in process was great. The only complaint is that the top bunk bed was full of sand. It leads me to believe those sheets were not changed prior to our visit. Overall, the facilities were clean, accessible and accommodating.

Great Place

Nice two story condo. Very clean and in a beautiful area. Neighbor next door, Patty, is an absolute sweetheart, and had an adorable little dog she let my boys run around and play with. We had our own boat dock. The docking was a little tight but we all need to work. Overall it was a great experience. Thank you very much.

Location is excellent, 5 min to see manatees by kayak. We visited the springs every morning and really enjoyed swimming/kayaking with manatees

Great check in, location on canal was great. Pete was great when I contacted him for a problem on our part and he knew exactly what we had done (we were at wrong rental place).

The place was nice enough. The kitchen sink is leaking and the neighbor has a dog that jumped on our kids and tried repeatedly to come in the back door. We would have to run around to the gate and go in the front because the dog wouldnā€™t stay out or go home. It is a short paddle to the springs and they are beautiful.

Comfy stay for Manatee Lovers

Cant beat the location. Great for manatee lovers and close to Three Sisters and great restaurants. Communicative property manager and easy check in and out. Had the absolute best birthday weekend. Perfect for us and just a cute property. Would def book again.

Great clean place with amazing location!

Thank you for sharing your home! Clean place with everything you could need to enjoy your time on the water. Best location by far to see manatees and other wildlife in the area. Easy check in and check out. The kayaks were fun and within 5 minutes you are on face to face with manatees. Very nice area and very clean. Thanks again

Perfect for children

The location of this home is perfect for children. We felt safe the whole time. The kayaks are defiantly an added benefit as we were able to be at the springs or seeing manatees right from the home. We will be back!

Quick getaway

Although the property is an older building it was clean and had what we needed for our stay. Great proximity to Three Sisters Springs and water access for our kayaks. Will consider staying here again if we return to the area.

Excellent location and wonderful people

This location is perfect if you are looking to kayak to three sisters springs, it could not have been better, not only did we get to experience the manatees in the springs, but they were in the canal 20ft from the dock. Also a HUGE shout out to Pete,super nice guy, and one of the most gracious hosts I have ever experienced, wish I had more stars to give.

Great stay in Crystal River

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was comfortable, and the location on the canal / near Three Sisters Springs was amazing. We also appreciated all the suggestions provided by the owner for things to do, restaurants, etc. We had delicious seafood with waterfront views at The Crab Plant and Waterfront Social during our stay. We definitely plan to go back!

We like the laid back sleepy little town feel and fell in love with the areas springs, specifically Three Sisters. What started as a weekend get a way has turned into a wonderful place we are happy to share.

We chose Crystal River because I grew up close to the springs and remember swimming in them as a kid. I enjoyed frequent field trips and summer camps to see the manatees and swim in the springs. My first scuba trip was in King Springs, around the corner from our place. We hope you enjoy the area as much as we have....

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

Crystal River is a quiet little town with plenty to offer. Three Sisters springs are beautiful and less than a 2 minute paddle from our back yard. On any given morning you can see manatees and dolphin swim by our dock, boat or paddle to waterfront restaurants and enjoy the nature preserve in Kings Bay. A 7 mile scenic boat ride takes you to the Gulf of Mexico where there is fantastic fishing, nature viewing and in the summer, scallop harvesting. You will enjoy near by Homosassa Wildlife Park and Indian burial grounds which leave a lot to explore. Golf courses, bike/hiking trails close will allow for an active vacation if desired.
