We had one dog with us and the kids loved the pool. We made food in house instead of eating out and were able to enjoy the springs near by.

Had everything we needed for our stay. Loved the sitting area by the pool. Not sure if the pool can be heated, but enjoyed it just the same. Roomy four the four of us. I would stay again.

Beautiful Property Close to Water

We loved our time at the property. The pool is beautiful and multiple rooms in the house open up to the screened in patio around it. It's very easy to get to the waterfront and close to all restaurants and shopping. There is some neighborhood construction going on that's a little noisy, but it's understandable since everyone is recovering from the hurricane.

Would Stay Again

Perfect sleeping arrangements with enough towels blanket and sheets. Nice back yard for early morning coffee by the pool. Fence yard for our pet to stretch her legs. The kids loved the Foosball and the ping pong table in the garage. Close to the boardwalk.

Convenient Locale

This home is convenient to a public boat ramp, delicious restaurants, swimming with manatee, and scalloping charters. This is an old home that’s been renovated nicely. The pool is very old and has a fairly high wall around the edges, which could be difficult for older people to navigate. Another safety concern was that the living room is sunken down a step and the ledge is on a diagonal which also could be difficult for any age to navigate when traveling from bedroom and bathrooms to the kitchen or dining area. We had an unusually large amount of rain and coming in the front door with no floor mat in place made the tile super super slippery. The King size bed was super super hard and family said the other beds were comfortable. I let the manager know about the slippery tile and he seemed receptive to addressing that concern. We would stay again.

Very pleasant surprise

We booked our stay even though there were no reviews, a leap of faith. Our expectations were surpassed by this gem of a property. Located within walking distance of the world famous Three Sister Springs and all the gorgeous manatees, it was a short drive or bike ride to all that Crystal River offers. The home itself was beautiful, spacious, clean and well stocked with everything you would need and extras like bikes, kayaks, foosball’s and ping pong tables. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog to run comfortably and play fetch. The heated pool and large recreational area were custom made for relaxation and entertaining. The host was responsive and communicated in a clear and timely fashion. We will definitely book this property again and would highly recommend to family and friends.

A few issues

Overall, the house were great. We enjoyed our stay. In general, I would recommend the place to others. There were, however, a few issues. The kitchen sink piping completely separated, and it was leaking all over the floor. The hostess was responsive & had this fixed within 24 hours. I didn’t use the sink during this time. While we were out, the handyman came in to fix the sink and used my daughter‘s bathroom. I was not OK with him going into her personal space while were renting the space. Furthermore, apparently pool maintenance was scheduled, which was not communicated. While I understand these things arise communication would’ve been appropriate. We returned to find the cold water hose left running in the pool with no communication or further instruction about this. This also meant that the pool was no longer heated to 86 as advertise. Additionally, chlorine was added & the smell was overwhelming. This is neither good to breathe nor have on your skin. I felt like these were things that should have been prepared before guests come to the home. We were there for a quick three nights, and these were a lot of issues to have during that time.

Pool was great. Great place for the pets. Rooms were described as 2 King and 2 queen beds and then the bunk beds. Only had 1 king and 1 queen. Kitchen needed more cookwear and silverware. Overall it was ok

A little piece of paradise

The overall property was great. The bed in the master bedroom was the worst bed I’ve ever slept on. It may have been more comfortable to sleep on the tile floor. The person prior to us had artificial hair and it was stuck to the shower walls and when we swam in the pool it wrapped around us continuously. The property was close to all of the attractions we were interested in, the kayaks came in handy so we didn’t have to rent them. Plenty of dishes, but no kids dishes as the listing stated. Would I stay here again, absolutely.
