On a beautiful, clear, fresh water canal with direct access to Kings Bay and Hunter Springs. The Gulf of Mexico is just a short boat ride away, perfect for your scalloping trips. There is a 20' boat dock to tie your boat up to as well and a fish cleaning station for your catch of the day! There are 3 kayaks on the property for you to enjoy all the beautiful canals and bay. The world famous Three Sisters Springs just few minutes by boat or kayak! Watch the local manatees swim and play in your own backyard. This is a golf cart friendly neighborhood! Ride to the local bars/ restaurants, shops and festivals like the Stone Crab Jam!
Enjoy the tranquility of your private oasis with a private pool and hot tub just steps away from your back door. Enjoy the beautiful summer evening by the fire pit. Relax with a cocktail at the bar seating overlooking the canal and watch the manatee and fish swim by. One of the property's best features is the summer kitchen with a tiki hut
This property has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The second floor has the master as well as the guest bedrooms and guest bathroom. There is also a large media room with a big screen TV and comfy media chairs for movie night!
Please keep in mind if you have mobility issues, all bedrooms are on the second floor.
I will require a copy of photo ID for check in.

I need to start this by mentioning it was the second time staying at this property because I enjoyed it so much the first trip. It has continued to meet my expectations and we absolutely love the property, location and host. The property was perfect for myself and adult daughter to enjoy everything that Crystal River has to offer. The deck over looking the canal was perfect for my early morning coffee, sunrise and watching all of the wildlife catching and indulging in breakfast catch. We were able to make breakfast in the clean kitchen, with ample supplies, or a very short drive to a number of local spots. We loved Grannies for breakfast (catfish blackened)! Our days consisted of utilizing the provided kayak supplies to explore the canals, Crystal River, Hunter Springs, Three Spisters and we stayed out for hours! The manatees, dophins, fish, turtles, gators were amazing to find and watch. Afternoons and evenings offer many opportunities for dinner, drinks, and site seeting. The hot tub we loved for the sunset and end of day relaxing. Eventhough the pool was in the low 70s and we traveled during October, we did love walking in to cool down after our 5 hr days out on the kayaks. Crab Plant was our favorite local spot, as we went twice! Don't forget its cash only!(ATM availabile). The shops downtown were great and offered many unique items, even many local artist items, which I loved, and brought home to enjoy. Our Host was very accomodating and we would book again!

We just stayed at this Crystal River VRBO and couldn’t be happier! The home was absolutely spotless—truly one of the cleanest rentals we’ve ever experienced. The outdoor kitchen and tiki area gave us both privacy and the perfect place to relax.The upstairs blackout blinds and curtains were a dream come true for getting real rest (a rare find in vacation rentals!). The location is unbeatable—close to boating, restaurants, and anything else you could possibly want.Rebecca is a stellar host who clearly takes pride in making her guests feel at home. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for the perfect Crystal River stay!Only word of advice, watch the tides if you’re boating, especially on a full moon, major fluctuations.

Place was amazing!! Everything worked great! The saltwater pool and hot tub were amazing after a long day of fishing. Very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect! The only problem is we did not want to leave!

We can’t thank Rebecca enough for all her help when we had an issue with another house in the area that was not her property and she stepped in and saved our family vacation! A few friends and my husband and I rented this house for a long weekend. We all had the best time. House was so clean, outside oasis was peaceful and perfect for relaxing in the pool and grilling dinner. We launched kayaks from the boat dock and spent a day at the springs. The house had plenty of beach towels, towels, cooking supplies and extra blankets for the movie room. We went for walks in the morning around the neighborhood- perfect location in Crystal River! I would highly recommend! We will stay again.

One of the best vacations thus far! This house is clean, easy to get to, and the owner is great to work with. We had no issues while staying but if we did Rebecca is super responsive and friendly. We didn’t bring our boat this trip as it was our first time to this area. We will be coming back and bringing the boat. This house can easily handle a bay boat tied to the dock. The pool was clean and refreshing to come back to after exploring the area. Everyone had a great time, teenager and dog approved. We will be returning to this house in the future!

July 4th weekend

We will definitely stay here again. Beautiful back yard. Pictures don't do it justice. Upstairs 3 bedrooms, 2 share a bathroom. 1 bathroom downstairs. We have rented many places and most have bare shelves. Ex: this place had soap in kitchen, bath, and laundry, trash bags paper towels and more. Comfy beds. Nice linens. Host Rebecca is a phone call away. We didn't use the movie screen upstairs. We were too busy out back. No TVs in bedrooms but you won't miss them. Short boat ride to sand bar and scalloping. Super quite and private. I'm really picky and totally recommend staying here.

Pool, patio, tiki bar/kitchen, & dock were great amenities. Beds were comfortable, blackout blinds were great for sleeping in. Nice breeze coming down the canal. Glad to have the use of the kayaks. Host very responsive.

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!

We absolutely loved this property!! This was our first trip to Crystal River and we would 100%stay here again! The location on the water was so serene and beautiful. The outdoor tiki bar/patio was AMAZING and so special. But our favorite has to be the huge screened area with the pool and hot tub. It was so nice to have that right out back for the kids. I could easily watch them from inside if I needed to be working or if we were preparing food. It was also great to sit out there and have our meals in the breeze BUG FREE!! The location was so great for restaurants and shopping too. The host provided many extras like extra paper products and coffee pods. Having the kayaks was my absolute favorite. We paddled all the way to Three Sisters and it was amazing!! And we saw manatee and jumping fish off our dock! We were honestly a bit disappointed that we never saw a gator… Lizards were everywhere and so fun to watch. We even saw a black racer snake (non-venomous). The abundance of wildlife was a favorite for all of us. To top it off the management company was top tier! They provided a number for texting and responded within minutes to any message. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Great house!

We really enjoyed this house! The outdoor amenities make it exceptional! There are plenty of bath and pool towels, and the kitchen is well stocked with both a coffee pot and a keurig. The location on the canal is a quick kayak to Banana Island which was rich with residential manatee to see this late in April. Rebecca, the host, was easy to reach and checked in on us early to ensure we were comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The weather was beautiful and we spent 80% of our time outside. Would book again!

Wonderful stay

Property location was very convenient. Kids loved the pool. A few small upkeep/maintenance items, but none that caused any problems.

Very lovely home! Had an issue with the hot tub, called property manager and she got someone out to fix it within I bet 20 minutes! Very happy!
