This spacious 5 bedroom house has a beautiful gated garden. The lovely upper story has the primary bedroom, and a sun-filled open plan featuring a gourmet kitchen, a large living room with fireplace, an ample dinging room table, high ceilings, large windows and a nana door. The ground floor features a second living room and the other four bedrooms. Recently renovated, this home has 2 decks, an outdoor fire pit, an outdoor shower, mature gardens and is located just a few steps from the beach! No more than 15 people allowed at any time. Dogs allowed with prior approval. Bed Configuration: 1 King, 2 Queen, 4 Twins

Great house for a family beach vacation. Plenty of towels and a warm outdoor shower to rinse off the sand was nice. Gated yard for those with pets. Was very nice and relaxing, we will be back.

Awesome Home on Stinson Beach

This home was perfect for our family reunion. It is just steps from the beach and a short walk into town. The doors stack to provide a cool breeze from the beach. The area is very quiet plus the landscaping around the home is beautiful. Just sitting on the front porch and enjoying the ocean is a treat!

Perfect location and property

Our family enjoyed a great week in Stinson Beach. The property was perfect for us with room for everyone. The kitchen is nicely appointed with plenty of good pans to make large family meals. The property management company was very helpful and even brought a couple extra items to us. And the location just can’t be beat because you are steps from the beach and a lovely little town with a great market, bakery, And snack bar. Great place and much appreciated.

Reviewer Comments: This large modern house is located walking distance from the fun, small town of Stinson Beach and walking distance to the beach which one can see from the 2d floor deck of the house. The house is well equipped and has beach chairs, boogie boards and beach towels. The location is also close to several well known hiking trails. The property managers were very responsive to any requests we had.

The Best

Besides almost getting evacuated it was magical! The fire squad and the sheriffs could not have been cooler! And all the people in Stinson are so friendly! Everyone waves at you! Stellar!

Ample space for large group. Nice decor. Well appointed kitchen. Great location near the beach. Did not appreciate being "watched" by the owner on the outdoor cameras. An extra key or key pad entry would be nice. A hot tub would be nice!

Power Went Out

Reviewer Comments: Power went out for an evening/night and the property management company/owner didn't do much to make that situation right. From what I was told, Stinson Beach has a lot of power outages. This occurring is essentially a risk a renter has to take. Outside of that risk, the property was a good stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house, great location, could use just a few things. Overall great house and amazing location in the Calle's. Could use a few things in the kitchen - seems like a refresh of glassware is needed. Pitcher or jug of sorts too. No cookie sheets?? Also, the master bed is unbelievably hard and uncomfortable - so much so when I was back over the hill I went to Target to get a mattress pad ($150) and brought one we had for one of the queen beds too. Seems like the mattress need to be replaced or beds made more comfortable. A huge bonus would be to add a hot tub! It would make the house incredible - just my two cents from someone who has a vacation rental and has rented dozens of homes around the world.

Sunset views from the large deck on the 2nd floor. This place was perfect for our annual family get-together with our grown kids. Tables in the dining room and on the deck easily accommodated 8 adults. Well-equipped kitchen. Cozy gas fireplace. Comfortable beds. So many boogie boards and beach chairs! Quiet street. Outdoor shower -- with hot water makes rinsing off after the beach so simple and relaxing. Super easy walk to the grocery and surf equipment rental shops. Awesome management company that was very responsive. We couldn't have asked for a better place to hang and enjoy the the beauty of Stinson.

The location was even better than we knew, one block from the beach and so close to wonderful fall hiking trails and Muir Woods. The huge dining room table was a plus, as we were able to host others for family dinners, and we all enjoyed the local market and bakery. Thank you to Property One for gifting us with a loaf of bread. We bought many more during the week!

Great Family Vacation Spot

My family and I were getting together after nearly 2.5 years apart due to COVID. We had 7 adults and 3 toddlers (18 months). This house had plenty of space - amazing open concept kitchen/dining/living room with a nice balcony that the kids enjoyed running around. Master bedroom and bathroom was very spacious, rooms on first floor were fine as well although beds didnt seem very comfortable. Great bathrooms throughout. Location is a 3 minute walk down the block to the beach, which was amazing with little ones who tire out quickly. Additionally the house is within walking distance to the market, a few restaurants etc. Lots of hiking in the area!

The location can't be beat as you are on the beach and walking distance to town but out of the more crowded areas. Add a hot tub and this place would be perfect.

Highway One Properties was excellent in helping if any needs arose. And, tho we can give credit to no one for this.... the November weather was spectacular.
