Perfect size for our family of 4. Great view of the beach and the sunsets. Easy access to a nice sized pool. Grilling is basically inaccessible, so we had to adjust our meal plans. But overall clean and updated and we would come back

Marco island amazing views

Property was very nice. Views were amazing and restaurants and shops were close by. Beach was spectacular. We would stay again

Sun and sand

Relaxing, convenient and so worth it. Comfy beds, plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. Love the fact that all the beach chairs, umbrella, toys and cooler are there is so appreciative.

Another Stay in Paradise

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location, Location, Location! You really can’t go wrong when you’re living on Tigertail Beach and at the South Seas Condos. This was our 5th yr., and 4th different condo. All have had the beach views, and it never gets old. This condo was clean and in pretty good shape. Definitely could use some TLC, as some of the furniture, appliances, and kitchenware are quite dated. A+ rating goes to the property management team (Marco Island Vacation Properties). We reached out to them as the beach chairs were old and rusted. Without hesitation they reached out to the owner and within hours they delivered 4 new Tommy Bahama beach chairs and a new beach umbrella.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented various condos at South Seas for the past 10 years. We applaud that all four towers are well kept in the first class manner. Here are our comments about the condo: the living room couches are worn and need replacement. Same for the linens in the master bedroom. It would have been nice if they had beach chairs and umbrella for use! The place was cleaned and the view was stunning! Note, the condo is next to one of the elevator shafts and you can hear the movement of the elevator! Elevator company (Kone) needs to replace worn bearings.

Wasn’t the best experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were a few challenges during our time there. When we arrived the unit smelled of cigarette smoke in the main living area / kitchen and of marijuana in the master bedroom bathroom. The building had something going on with needing the shut off the water and also the fire alarm went off at 6am one morning in the entire building. The walk to the beach is very long and surprising based on the building being oceanfront. We are an active family and took 15ish minutes to walk to the water. The pros- the view of the sunset was beautiful.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental experience was without incident. The residence is in need of some help!Bed linens are shoddy.Kitchen appliances are in need of replacementKitchen amenities (dishes/pots/pans) are in need of a review and replacement.I'd recommend this property to a friend with changes suggested above. The location/ security/ and general facilities of the larger property are 5-star. This unit needs attention from its owner.

Furniture’s was a little worn but that won’t stop us from going back. Parking is $100 extra .

We passed a marvelous week at the SeaTower3 Apt 1908. The view is spectacular an the Kitchen,beds etc was nice and clean. We had many apéro‘s while watching the beautiful sunset. What a beach at Marco!

Beautiful ocean front condo

Overall this condo was great. Perfect location. It could use a little updating in the bathrooms, but otherwise was in great condition and we had a great vacation.

Four keys and a code to memorize just to be able to access building/beach/pool/etc. - that's crazy!

Marco New Year 2022

We really enjoyed the location. The beach is on the more quiet end of Marco. We would stay here again. The check in process wasn’t clearly communicated and there were way too many keys!

Spring break 2021

This unit was clean and neat and exactly as advertised! The only downside was the location next to the elevator. We could hear the elevator operating all day and evening. That is why we gave the location 4 stars. Otherwise, the location and unit were great!!

May 2018 Stay

We are a young family with a 15 month old baby and were in search of a last minute beach vacation that would meet the needs of our young family ie. our baby but also allow us to enjoy ourselves as adults too. We hit the jack-pot when we found Marco Island Vacation Properties, Inc. in Marco Island FL. There was a vast array of properties to select. We found a beautiful 2bdrm 2bath condo right on Tiger Tail beach with a beautiful pool and endless amenities. For example, beach gear including towels, beach chairs, umbrella, a trolley cart and other goodies were included with the condo making our trips to the beach a breeze. Marco Island is a gorgeous hidden gem with plenty to do especially for young families and those looking for something a little more quiet than the busy Disney an spring break vibes in other parts of Florida. The quietest times to visit are Early June and October. Prices are amazing and the town is chill. We would like to thank Marco Island Vacation Properties, Inc. for going above and beyond.

July 2018 Stay

The view from the condo is breathtaking! The condo itself is extremely comfortable. The remodeled kitchen is wonderful and the kitchen itself is well stocked with everything you need including spices! The living room furniture is new incredibly comfortable plus the television is huge and curved. The bathrooms have not been updated but are very functional. It would have been convenient to have a television in the second bedroom. The rules at the pool are incredibly restrictive and enforced to the letter - to the point of putting a slight damper on the vacation experience. A woman actually patrols the pool area all day to no one is eating any food at all or drinking ... including water...near the pool.

January 2019 Stay

Highly recommend Marco Island Vacation Properties and Mr. Andrew Vale. Have used their services for two condo rentals and have been extremely pleased. Both units were in South Seas building 3 and both were very nice. Would return to either unit in the future. 1908 is the condo we were in this year.

May 2019 Stay

The condo was nice except for the shower curtain in the master bath had mold and mildew on it. Informed the office about this when we turned the keys back in. Also never could get the wifi to connect and work. Kitchen has lots of cooking utensils. Use Pam spray on skillet. Food sticks to it really bad. View of Tigertail Beach was beautiful. Couldn't see South Beach from condo. Marco Island is a beautiful vacation spot. We have been there several times and it never disappoints. Beautiful white sand with lots of shells and we love shelling. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Great location.

February 2018 Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at South Seas. While the bathrooms have not been updated, the water pressure was fantastic. The beds and the furniture were very comfortable. I absolutely loved the curved 4K television in the living room. The heated pool and Tigertail Beach were awesome. We would recommend it to our friends and family.
