Property was just as described. Pleasant stay, great location. Also rented beach chairs and umbrella making the beach more comfortable!

Girlfriend Getaway weekend was a great success due to this beautiful, spacious condo. The beds were confortable, the sunrise was spectacular and the view could not have been any more stunning. Thank you for hosting us. We want to return with our husbands!

Excellent communication from the host. It was a clean, beautiful, spacious, safe, quiet, well accommodated condo unit. We would definitely stay there again. We had 2 kids and 2 adults and the unit was spacious for us all. The view and beachfront balcony was amazing with a quick walk to the beach. The ritz was next door and you can access that via the sidewalk in front of the condo units without having to walk on the sand, which was nice.

Excellent condo for spending time with family at the beach. Easy to get to the beach and pool with plenty of food options nearby.

Wonderful vacation rental

Our stay could not have been better. The condo was spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished. There were many small conveniences and details that are not usually found in vacation rentals.

Perfect Condo to stay

It was a perfect place for us to stay for a three girl friend getaway for three nights, 2 of us coming from the west coast. Spacious well-decorated condo, wonderful view of beach and ocean, great location next to the Ritz. Plenty of places to explore and enjoy in the area. Would certainly return any time.

Girls trip

Had an excellent time on our annual Girls Trip. Condo was better than we could have imagined. Great view, clean, had all the amenities, close to downtown Fernandina. Will definitely be back!!!

Vacation week

This is a great place to stay. My family stayed here a week in July and had a great time. The condo itself is very spacious and very well kept. It has nice furniture and the kitchen is well stocked. The view is great from the 2nd floor and is easy to get to without using the elevator. I would recomend this unit to anyone looking for a nice relaxing place to stay.v
