Hyde Park Condominium is directly across the street from the Pelican Bay Commons: tennis courts, tram ride (also easy walk) to breathtaking waterfront private beach and restaurants.
Off season discount at starts May 1 2019 until October 31 2019 and is currently available. In season begins November 1 2019 thru April 31 2020 daily. The property is a first floor end unit all renovated . The Large Master Bedroom has a king bed , reclining lounge chair, dresser, night tables and standup electric piano. The Master bathroom has linens, towel sets, beach towels,a Roman bathtub separate shower, and walk in closets. The second bedroom has 2 twins beds, dresser large double closet, bookcase with some books and games supplied, a full bath and patio. Both bedrooms have flat screen tv. An air mattress also for two guests, total 6 people can be accommodated. Hallway has hidden washer/dryer , a closet with vacuum, iron and board, and a folding circular table. Also a half bathroom is in the hall leading towards first kitchen, then large Dining Area and Living Room.

The Living Room has a 50 inch High Def TV,DVR,and cable. Wifi and landline phone is provided. The Living Room has two large chairs, an incredibly comfortable beige leather couch set, a marble stand and glass top coffee table. The double sliding door view in the Living Room looks out at an open tropical landscape and the lanai filled with a patio set and a chaise lounge. The side patio has a storage area which you may use the adult bicycle, sand pails and other items.

The Dining area has a glass table, mercury glass pendants, and side cabinets filled with formal china, silverware, vases, candlesticks, wine and highball glasses. Also several drawers open for your storage. A side patio has a western view of a private tennis court.

The kitchen is a chefs dream! Fully stocked , double oven, microwave, fan, lighting under cabinetry, granite countertops, refrigerator with an icemaker, dishwasher, Kitchen aid ,coffee maker, toaster, filled spice rack, blender, casual dishes, knife sets, all the cooking and baking accessories and more!

This relaxing villa is less than a mile to upscale Waterfront Shops boasting great dining and stores. Also the Naples Philharmonic is next to these shops, a variety of performances fill the theater and a Museum. Then to the North is the outstanding Mercado Shopping and entertainment center. About a fifteen minute drive you can be in old Naples,the Pier, more wonderful restaurants and art galleries. Pelican Bay has one of the best tennis centers, Naples has: sports of all kinds, golf courses, boating, fishing ,a water park, and skate board park, and a zoo. All great fun. Then walk or take the Pelican Bay tram to the private beach to enjoy a Fantastic Gulf Sunset.
