Lake Side of the Highway in one of the most desirable areas of Lake Havasu, Heated pool and spa, Lake and Mountain views, 2 miles to Windsor Launch Ramp, short walk to Mesquite Bay fishing dock, 3 miles to London Bridge. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac on the north side of Lake Havasu City.

1850 Square Feet 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms with double door entry to 3rd. Bedroom. Large primary suite with King Bed, step down shower and over sized walk-in closet. Queen Bed in guest bedroom with walk-in closet and 2 twin beds in 3rd. bedroom, sleeps 6.

Includes fully stocked kitchen, reverse osmosis system, inside laundry washer and dryer, walk-in pantry. Directv included at family room TV, 2 flat panel smart TV's in bedrooms, Free WiFi. linens and pool towels supplied, ceiling fans though out the house.


4 sliding patio doors across the back of the house open to the rear patio and pool/spa area that includes plenty of shade with ceiling fans, outdoor dining table, lounge chairs, umbrella , gas grill BBQ, exterior lighting .



Large 1/2 acre lot for plenty of parking to leave your boats and trailers hooked up to your vehicle. RV parking with hook ups, 34' boat deep garage with garage refrigerator. Motorhome parking available with hook-ups, prior arrangements must be made with owner before booking. Heated Pool and Spa, Guest pay for LP gas to heat pool or spa. Prior arrangements to be made before booking to heat the pool. Please inquire about long-term seasonal rental.

Great property

Very comfortable house with lots of parking. The house was set up very nice for 2 couples to spend a time away from home. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Everything you want and more

We loved staying at this property, close to the water, easy boat parking, pool and spa is a must. It is so nice to spend a day on the water come back and clean the boat then be able to jump in the pool, have dinner then have cocktails in the spa!!! The house was super clean and very well organized. Everything worked and the communication was outstanding!! Only note I have is the picture of the front of the house shows the side being covered, well its not and that made it difficult to wipe the boat down in direct sun, I wish that was noted.

2 week vacation

It felt like home the minute you walk in! Every thing you need is there. Extremely clean and very well taken care of! Pool and hot tub are also very clean. Dennis was very responsive and it was nice that he was close by our 1st evening because we had an unexpected storm! Unfortunately during our stay, we had two homes being worked on so we got to listen to that 7 days a week but luckily they stop in they afternoon but start at daylight. Very little privacy from the neighborhood. Higher fence would be nice cause you can see the neighbors and they can see you while using the backyard and pool. If you are looking for a great family home, I highly recommend.

Great property

We enjoyed our stay! Great location, clean property with a great back yard and pool! I had to make some changes to my reservation and the owner Dennis was very much accommodating. We hope to be back sometime soon!

Very nice home!

This home was the perfect home away from home! We have stayed in several homes in the area and this was the nicest home by far. Very clean and comfortable and located in a quiet neighborhood in an area of nicer homes. Home is well equipped with everything you need and Dennis was very responsive to our questions. The pool and patio area has plenty of seating available with great views of the water and mountains. Nice master suite with comfortable bed and quality linens. Everything was perfect and we hope to be able stay in the home again when visiting the Lake Havasu area.

Wonderful Vacation Home

Wonderful Stay in LHC

My wife and I enjoyed two weeks in this house. It was great. The house was exactly as pictured on the VRBO website. We found it very comfortable. This was our first trip to LHC and we definitely would like to return. You can bet that we try to book this house again.

Wonderful experience!!

My family and I had and amazing time at this home. Dennis and Vickie made our family feel welcomed from five states away. We drove for 21 hours to AZ for our trip and we do not regret one bit on it. When we arrived everything was available for us and made us feel at home. We were provided with a lot of information about the town and things to do. We rented and boat and a CanAm to explore to area and all the information was there in the home. We did not have to winder about anything. Our experience was one we will never forget. This how is exactly what we thought and perfect from the description. Thank You so much!!!

Great Home with Pool Close to the Lake

My family had a great time at this place. The home was spacious, well kept, and comfortable. It's a quick drive to the lake and close to plenty of restaurants and grocers. Being able to swim in the pool after a hot day on the lake was very enjoyable. Dennis and Vicky were great to work with as well and they always provided a quick response to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this home and we will likely look to use it again next summer.

So I must say that Vicky and Dennis have made our Family vacation forever memorable. They left no stone unturned. The decor is awesome. Welcome Basket, pool toys. Beautiful property

The house is beautiful and well taken care of. The backyard with the pool and spa was very enjoyable and it was nice to sit and watch the sunset on the water. The owners are so sweet and even left a gift basket for our stay. We would highly recommend this rental!

10 Stars!!

First off we have rented many homes through VRBO and Dennis & Vicky by far have been the most gracious and attentive hosts we have ever experienced!! From the start everything was perfect, house codes, instructions and mostly the feel as we walked through the front door, super clean, organized and equipped with everything needed for a great stay. Special surprise was a gift basket with a bottle of J Lohr among other goodies. There is a ton of storage in this beautiful home, garage and it's size/depth is a huge bonus as we just backed our boat right up and into the garage to unload and a full size fridge/freezer to store our extra drinks and bags of ice. Back yard is awesome with a clean sparkling pool and spa, plenty of comfortable chairs and lounges to hang after a day on the lake. Truly can not say enough great things about the hosts and their beautiful home!! Thank you very much for your hospitality and sharing ..... we'll see you a couple more times this summer. Clean, organized and prepared

We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean, very comfortable and easy to access. Everything was set up for us! Fresh towels, extra trash bags, extra pillows. Everything was super comfortable and Dennis was on top of it! We had to call for service and the maintenance was at our house within 1 hour to take care of our small issue. We are extremely happy and would love to come back and stay here again!

Outstanding Vacation Home!

Dennis & Vicky, What a great house! We have stayed at several homes in Lake Havasu and this one is by far our favorite. Very relaxing and fully stocked with everything needed to enjoy a week at the lake. There was even a welcome basket on the kitchen counter.. Wow! Dennis, you were very responsive and great to work with. You kept in touch and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. An Amazing VRBO in Lake Havasu City

We have stayed in several VRBO's throughout the US and this is by far the Best of the Best. There is nothing worse than traveling all day to your destination to find upon arriving that you have to immediately go to the store to by essential supplies. Not with this VRBO. We never once had to replenish the essential supplies and were even given a gift basket with some Special Extras when we arrived. The house is immaculate and all kitchen supplies were provided. More than enough room for our two couples and could have enjoyed having two more people with us. The back patio and pool had awesome views and a great place to sit and relax. Bottom line once again this is the Best of the Best. Thanks for letting us share your beautiful home.

JUST LIKE HOME

The home was perfect for my husband and I!. A feeling of relaxation and security plus the added bonus of close proximity to our water activities and shopping. This last week of February remained quiet before the storm of Spring Break!
