I chose the property for is location, layout and backyard space (a great mix of sunshine and plenty of shade) for our group of 7 to spend the weekend. The house itself was so comfortable, felt like being at home. It’s well stocked with supplies needed to enjoy your trip from the kitchen to the bathroom products provided to the pool towels and toys. I would definitely stay here again. The property manager Rikki was super helpful to accommodate a slightly early check in, so we could unload and get the weekend started. Another plus side was plenty of room for our boat and truck to park.

Best house we’ve rented in Havasu ever!

These accommodations are impeccable!! Super clean, beautifully decorated. All of the amenities you could possibly need to prepare meals for your family. The pool is a great size for lazy cooling off or a volleyball game. It’s marked in my favorites at the top of the list!!

Beautiful property and fantastic location

This house was lovely, and had all the amenities + some kind surprises in the bathrooms and kitchen. This was a very clean house and is well maintained. The beds are comfortable and the water heater works great. We had 8 people here and we were all extremely comfortable as the house is very spacious inside and outside. Will definitely be booking here again for our next trip.

Birthday weekend

Came to Havasu for my birthday weekend and booked this home. We were extremely happy with our stay. The house was very nice and very clean. Plenty of room for all of us. All of the extras like our snack basket, coffee and toiletries in the bathroom was a plus. Would definitely book again.

We just got home from a week stay at this property and cannot say enough great things about it! It was extremely clean and the decor throughout the entire home was beautiful. The outside space is perfect, if you enjoy spending time sitting around the pool and hanging out. I’ve stayed at different rental properties and this one was pretty well stocked with everything you needed. We didn’t have a single issue the week we were there so I never had to contact the property manager. The only downfall if you go early in the season like we did, the pool is not heated and it was freezing. The amazing outdoor space and just being able to be outside and enjoy the weather, made up for it! I’d definitely recommend staying here and would stay again!

Spacious and Clean

The home was perfect for a family stay. The home was clean and had lots of room for a family. The furnishings were very nice and the kitchen had everything you need. The pool deck is wonderful and a great place to hang out. The pool was clean and well taken care of.Only minor complaints would be that the pool temp was a bit too cold and the bbq needed fuel so had to make a last minute trip to replace the tank. Overall it was a great home and would stay here again.

perfect home!

This property was amazing. I am a clean freak, super picky and this placed was super clean. Everything you need is in this home. Great coffee maker, pans, utensils, plenty of bath towels, floats for the pool and plenty of space. The home is so nicely decorated. We were all super comfortable. Bed in master was amazing. Too many amenities to list! The only thing I can suggest is that it would have been nice to have a light in the pool for night use. Also, please leave an extra roll of toilet paper. Small things but noticeable. Great job in providing everything that is needed and making the home very comfortable! We were 2 couples and 3 teenagers. Everyone had a great time.

Hi Ana! The homeowner asked us to pass along the following: "Thank you so much for the kind review, Ana! It was a pleasure having you and your family! We are working on a solution for the pool light and there should always be two extra rolls of toilet paper in each restroom, so I am sorry it was missed this time! We hope you come back and stay again!"

Wonderful Property & Local Host

The hose is really nice. Way bigger than we needed, but we knew that when booking. We closed the 2 bedrooms & den since we didn’t use them. The covered back porch is huge with tons of seating. The pool towels are also out there. The pool is very large. The master bedroom bed is super comfortable. The room is hotter than the rest of the house. If you run hot like we do, bring a fan. The ceiling fan is highest on number 1; not 4. We especially appreciated the labels on items giving directions. They also supply Q tips & makeup wipes. Shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Ricki, the local host, was out standing! If we return, we would totally stay here again!

The master shower has a bad Water Handle and valve. We could not turn on the water and use the shower. The BBQ is in dire need or cleaning or replacement, the grease is so bad we had a big Flare up. We are boaters and carry typical gear. We did not have a staging place for much of our gear at the rental. Maybe let your renters know the garage is not available to use. Lastly, check out at 10’oclock is very difficult, I know most rentals thru VRBO has this policy. I will be looking at ARBNB or other VRBO’s for alternatives that are flexible with check out. The host requires the renters to strip beds and load/run dishwasher all before 10:00AM. You can guess we had to run out for a good breakfast..

From the owner:"Hi Bruce, thanks for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the trouble with the shower. The valve and handle do function properly—it pulls out, rather than turning left or right to start the water. We’ll add clearer instructions to help avoid future confusion. Most of our guests are boaters, and we’ve not received past concerns about space. The property is quite large, and the enclosed side yard can be accessed through the gate and used for gear storage. While the garage isn’t available, we’ll make that clearer going forward.Check-out at 10:00 AM is standard for many rentals, but we’re always happy to accommodate later check-outs when requested. Any concerns during a stay can be quickly addressed by reaching out to the 24/7 Guest Contact—we’re here to help!"

Great Place

The home is definitely as pictured. The layout works great for a family, with plenty of room and comfortable. Kitchen was stocked the best of any of our prior rentals, lots of pans, storage containers, etc. Location was ideal for all our activities. The home is a bit older and showing wear in some area's. That is not a deal breaker for us, and we would definitely go back again. While it is in a quiet neighborhood, the school bus picks up directly in front of the home, obviously not an issue if its summer. Overall, great home, great experience, would rent again.
