What a spectacular house and such great hosts. The photos really don’t do it justice. A nice, modern house with everything you need in terrific shape. A fantastic pool. Very kind and helpful hosts. A quiet neighborhood, but within 5 or 10 minutes of every restaurant, store, and the beach! We can’t wait to return.

A wonderful vacation home

This is our second time staying. The house is spectacular with a huge pool. The house is so well equipped and comfortable. The hosts are fantastic and very communicative. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Looking forward to coming back again!

Home away from home

The property is in perfect condition and the pictures are exactly as listed if not better. Josh was quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. The location was very convenient with everything you need close by. We absolutely loved the privacy and having our own pool. Located in quiet neighborhood with the inlet fishing across the street. Perfect vacation!

Awesome vacation home-good location

This is among the nicest vacation properties we have rented. Easy access from 75. Less than 2 miles to Crescent Beach and 10 minutes to downtown Sarasota. We walked to the beach a couple times and there are several restaurants within walking distance as well although the main road gets pretty busy. The house had everything we needed. All beach gear, bikes, kayaks, clean gas grill and a fully equipped kitchen. It is an older house that has been completely renovated with a beautiful pool area. Josh responded quickly when we had questions. We would go back, for sure!

Great Location, Hosts, & Weather

Josh was not only an excellent VRBO host, but was our Sarasota tour planner! He emailed and called to make sure everything went smoothly and had a very organized binder in the home with information about all aspects of the home and the area. The home and pool were well stocked with everything you would need. The neighborhood was great for walking and viewing the spectacular homes with lush tropical foliage along the Bay.

Private, modern, well-stocked, great hosts

We flew in from Ohio, so we were thankful for everything the owners provided. All we needed were our swimsuits and clothes. They even had snacks and frozen pizzas in case we needed a quick meal before we hit the grocery store. This was perfect for our family of 6 (kids ages 7-15). Pool toys, games, and WiFi satisfied them all. They provided beach towels, beach toys, boogie boards, coolers, even a cart to haul items to the beach. You can tell the owners take pride in their cottage. It is well-furnished and the kitchen appliances are nice. The pool area is amazing! It is clean and secluded with so many different kinds of plant life and trees surrounding the property. We couldn't believe all the variety of birds we saw during our time there. The screened pool surround kept the bugs out so we were able to enjoy evenings in the pool. There was even a propane Weber grill for use. Although this property is not on the beach, it was a quick drive to the different beaches in the area. We had plenty of questions for the owners, and they were very prompt replying to us before, during, and after the trip. We would recommend this property to anyone!

Beautiful!

We recently enjoyed a wonderful week at this property. It is such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, beyond clean, and very well-maintained. It has everything you could possibly imagine. The owner was extremely helpful and very easy to work with. We appreciate you allowing us to spend a week at your beautiful home!

Great location and wonderful hosts!

We stayed here for 6 weeks at the beginning of an extended road trip. This house was pretty much near perfect. It has been recently renovated with a new kitchen, open concept and light, airy decor. The pool and outdoor patio area were great and the ability to open up the back patio sliders to let the outside in was wonderful. The location is great. We were able to bicycle to both Siesta Key Beach (25 mins.) and Crescent Beach (less than 15 mins.). It is close to lots of shopping but it is still in a quiet residential area. The neighbours were very friendly and welcoming. Josh and Elise were great hosts who were very responsive to any requests and were helpful with suggestions about the area. You really can't go wrong with this house...the location, the house itself and the hosts made our stay just about perfect.

Wonderful accommodations!

The accommodations were outstanding and the location could not have been more convenient. The beach, shopping, restaurants, bars and entertainment were all within walking distance. However, the home where we stayed was secluded with a very private large pool and backyard, in a pristine private neighborhood.. Totally updated and renovated with a new kitchen, new baths, and comfortable new furnishings, we couldn’t have been happier. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants convenience, privacy and a lovely setting. My family and I loved it!
