Great location. Comfortable living room chairs. Cozy screened in porch. We were given only two trash bags for 3 days which was not enough. Kitchen was completely stocked !!

Great Location

We had a great stay. The condo was well appointed and in a nice complex. It was located very close to pier village. Great stay!

Great stay, loved the screened in porch

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family enjoyed our stay very much. We loved the comfy beds, screened in porch, and privacy. The screened in porch faces the back of the building so you don't see many people. Ducks walk by and lizards. I loved sitting out there in the morning and evenings. Beds were comfy. Showers were great. We enjoyed swimming in the pool. It's very close to town and the beach. We felt very safe here. Plenty of parking nearby. We used the games and puzzles. It was not hard to figure out the TV. Really nice overall!

Beautifully clean and great location!

We had a wonderful 4-night stay here. We loved the condo and how well equipped it was. Walking everywhere was great too. My son and I fished in the lake many times and loved it. Thanks for sharing this gem. We'll be back!

Such a cute condo! Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and serving, stocked very nicely! Plenty of towels and washcloth’s! Very impressed!

Lovely condo

This was such a lovely get away and the condo was wonderful. It’s in a great location, well lit for walking in the evening, pretty pond with ducks. The building is older and so well maintained. The condo itself is perfect. Everything is updated, and the decor is lovely. Would stay again!!! It’s probably one of the best condos in this building that has been impeccably updated

Girls trip

It was a great place! Clean and comfortable! Beds were comfortable ! Could use bettrr sleeping pillows on king bed! Concern for owner, hot water did not last past one shower! We had a great long weekend! Lovely condo!

Precious Condo

It was a precious condo. Well done, clean, and close to many restaurants. The beach was not a far drive. The only thing I would suggest is the twin bedroom mattresses need to be replaced.

Cozy and Easy bike to village

We loved that it was tucked away from most of the busyness, but that it was so easy to hop on our bikes and ride down to the village. The resident ducks out front of the condo were fun to visit with every day we were there. The Kitchen was stocked with enough dishes etc. that we were able to cook our Christmas dinner, and utilize it for a lot of our meals. Nice clean, cute little condo.

What made the experience so extraordinary, however, was the outstanding service from the Emmons Realty service coordinator, Janean. Excellent communication throughout our stay, and she went above and beyond for any questions or requests.Just a first class organization all the way around!

It would have been nice to have a bag of ice available or filled ice trays for the first night. Also twin bed needs a new mattress. Beanbag foot stools need more filling or replaced.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was in a great location for walking to the village and very nice with the tennis court in pool. The condo was very clean. My only suggestion would be to do something about the tub drains. Both tubs were filling with water while showering because the drains would not stay open. I used clips to hold one open and pulled the drain plug out of the other one so that the shower water would drain out of the tub.

It was Monday night through Thursday

We like the place. It’s in a nice location. But, I went through VRBO because we thought it was going through The owner. I was very disappointed that this was listed Through a realtor. I will never use VRBO again.I had to pay fees to you and fees to the realtor and I could never get a hold of one person to talk to. I know you care but I’m very disappointed!! Theresa Button

Great place to stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo and Ocean Walk was the perfect place to stay on SSI.The condo was very clean, well equipped and attractive. We enjoyed the private, screened in patio, the pool and the pond. When we couldn’t get on the Wi-Fi and called Emmons, they sent someone over within 5 minutes to fix the problem. We would highly recommend Emmons Realty and Ocean Walk.
