Not worth for the price

Check in process was bad, telling me to pay for parking when it was free.The wristbands don't even work after a couple of uses so getting back into the hotel was a painThe balcony door wouldn't slide properly with the chairs being in bad condition (super rusty)

The location is great. Right on the beach. Circle K gas station next to us on same side of street. Walmart right across the road. It did take about 40 - 50 minutes to get to Pier Park but that’s expected. The condo itself horrible. The stove doesn’t get hot. Took forever to boil water in high. Hot water for sink takes a while too. Microwave almost turns off and then comes back on. Does this several times for 30 seconds. 1 oven mit, no dish rags, no towel to dry hands, no seasoning, 1 pan was good the other pan had no handle. Small and large pot. No cookie sheet only a muffin pan. Second bedroom which has bunk beds for kids HORRIBLE. We have 2 girls that stayed in there well 1 that stayed in there. The blinds were missing pieces. So anyone that walked by which their widow is in the hallway to other rooms people can see straight in. No outlets in the room. Bathroom was ok. Washer and dryer in second room. Wash ok and dryer doesn’t dry. Took 2 cycles on timed 50 minutes to get dry. Living room ok. Sliding glass door was HORRIBLE. It’s extremely hard to open or close. At one time I was outside and my daughter on the inside trying to open it together. Furniture outside bad. Has rust. I put our towels and bathing suits on them to dry. Rust all over then. Tv I’m living room had to swap the dish for mast bedroom. The living room doesn’t work. We only had 1 tv. Master bedroom ok. Ceiling fan doesn’t work at all. The blinds where missing pieces.Clock doesn’t set time.

Very dated

Awful.. room is extremely dated, the host Ali is very nice he responds quickly. That room is awful, shower curtains look gross.Curtains are nasty. No decoration. I would never stay there again.

Not impressed

The outdoor pool area is the only plus. This condo was extremely disappointing. It needs several repairs and updates. There is no ice maker in the freezer and no ice upon arrival. Kitchen is poorly stocked. There was a used roll of paper towels and no kitchen sponges or dish soap. The blinds in both bedrooms are missing blinds, torn and broken. Bedding and pillows are old. Master bedding has hole in middle of bedspread and only two regular size flat pillows. Cabinet door and closet door off hinges in master and placed to the side. Master sink stopped up. Toilet paper holders torn from the wall in both bathrooms and thrown in cabinet. TVs do not work. Ceiling fans do not work. Outdoor patio furniture needs replaced. Chairs torn, broken and uncomfortable. Balcony door sticks and difficult to open.. Condo was musty upon arrival!

Needs alot of updting and cleaning!!!

The room was very dirty upon arrival. Master bath base cabinet door was hanging by 1 hinge. Closet door missing .Master bedroom ceiling fan was broken. Light over bar don't work. Front door doesn't close well. Cooking utensils were broken and dented. One of the worst units I have stayed in over the past 6 years we have been going. Now the owner is nice. Just hasn't spent any money fixing it up in a few years.

Nasty condo

This condo was nasty molded bread in drawers hair all over sheets blood stains on comforter doors off hinges blinds turn up microwave black and peeling on inside floors nasty had to buy cleaning stuff to clean and buy pillows and pillow cases and blankets and wash rags the host was no help room was horrible i have pictures I need my cleaning fee back since we cleaned the whole condo

Nasty nasty nasty

I do have to say thanks to the owner for letting me check in early. Aside from that the unit needs to be removed from VRBO. It was absolutely nasty from walls to mold on the living sofa. My daughter came back with hives. Stains everywhere. My 7 years daughter wanted to leave on day 1. She was scared to sleep. The room is so damp it’s unhealthy smells. Please don’t waste your money. Plus shores of Panama has gone downhill facility is very run down, the workers are disrespectful rude and not very helpful.

Worst condo stay ever

It needs to be condemned. Unclean under beds, towels old with stains, guest toilet clogged, paint patch in kitchen, microwave peeling inside, fire alarms went off due to low batteries, master blinds were taped at top so you couldn't open them, master bathroom with broken tp holder and hairdryer rack, patio door hard to open with rotting furniture, and kitchen clock needed battery replaced. Contacted Ali who kept wanting to sale me on the view, in spite of the mess inside the condo.

Junk

Everything in our condo was junk. Floors turn feet black Deck door would not open and owner would not fix it. TVs was old and working most time. No codes to get in parking garage. Beds had pee stains all over them. Pool was nice and ocean accessible was awesome. Air conditioning worked great. Only 3 towels and wash clothes. No pans to cook with that was not junk.

Poorly Furnished

The location of the condo is the only thing that we were pleased with. The unit is poorly furnished. The queen bed has a cheap mattress, the bunk beds have a weight capacity of 120lbs and they are in what appears to be a large closet. Here is a list of things that are broken, tv, ceiling fan, patio furniture, kitchen utensils, toilet paper holder as well as multiple clogged drains. We had multiple groups in the resort in various condos and ours was the crappiest. We also payed the most. I should have done better research.

Do not stay at this condo

Well I don’t even know where to start. The bathtub cannot be used in the master bath because it stayed clogged and the owner said he would send someone out to fix it but that never happened in the fan in the master bedroom did not work nor did the blinds. There was a strong smell coming from the closet where the bunkbeds were so my daughter could not stay in there and there were weight limits on the bunkbeds so just so you know they were around 100 pounds. The remotes for the TV in the living room did not work and the batteries did not work either as we tried to replace them so don’t think you’re gonna watch TV in the living room at night. However the property was gorgeous and everyone that worked at the property was very helpful.

I'm not recommend

My wife and family were not happy all with the accommodations the place is not clean towels were not sanitized or cleaned and the place was small and uncomfortable do not recommend.

Not worth the price.

There was sand everywhere including the beds upon arrival. If you walked barefoot your feet were covered in dirt and sand. There’s 0 cellular connection and the WiFi barely works. We had to use 3 or 4 different WiFi networks throughout our stay, trying to find one with enough bars and reliability to let’s us find somewhere to eat. The fan in the master bedroom didn’t work. fans, shelving etc were covered in dust. The parking garage is tight and very tedious. The view and location are the only highlights of this property.

Great resort

Check in was chaotic with lack of luggage racks, crowds, and slow elevator. Suggest you bring a wagon. Room was what I expected based on pictures. View was great. Wi-Fi was iffy most of the time, but didn’t miss it. Would definitely stay again.

Loved the resort not so much our room

The pools and beach were awesome with amazing views from condo were great. The condo itself wasn’t all that clean, had a broom no dust pan, coffee pot no actual pot for, no pans to cook with just one big pot, internet did not work so using your phones wasn’t an option in condo so therefore could not communicate with owner on missing object, dishwasher smelt funny when you ran it so we didn’t not use it. As well as tvs didn’t work.

Awesome Just a few hiccups

The code to get in didn't work initially and it was very hard to get a response and get resolved at first. Everything else was great. The only other "frustration" was the fridge. Idk why some of these places want to turn off the fridge. It takes 2 days to get cold it dosnt save any money and it's a hassle to guests. Otherwise everything was amazing, comfortable and would stay again.
