Our group had an excellent time! We can’t say enough about how great Whit was. He was available to answer all of our questions and had great ideas. He has a binder with everything you need to know in it. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The groundskeeper, Chef Vlad, and our tour guide Simone, were all exceptional. I will be going back to this same property and I highly recommend it!

Peaceful spacious retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this house. The house was more beautiful than the pictures on the website. Beds were comfortable and we loved both the pool & the hot tub. We were a group of 9 and everyone had their own space and bathroom!! Highly recommend.

This place is far more beautiful than the photos. I highly recommend this house. It is by far the best rental property we have ever stayed in! Thanks to Whit our dining out was easy and our activities were wonderful. Stop looking and book this place!

Spectacular Views

The sunset views from this property are absolutely fabulous. The kitchen is wonderful with everything you need and all rooms are spacious. We enjoyed the feel of the outdoors while inside and enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day. The BBQ is awesome as well. Whit is a great host, thank you for sharing your beautiful property.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! The host was very communicative and helpful leading up to and throughout our stay. The beautiful home design and furnishings made for a comfortable place to spend time together and relax after a long day of playing in the sun. We loved cooking in the well stocked kitchen and eating at the dining room table that had enough seating for everyone in the group. Every bedroom has an adjoining bathroom. The kids and adults loved the hot tub and pool. The views from almost every area of the house inside and out are stunning! The location was great with easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. We can't recommend this home enough!

Amazing home! Whit is Great to work with

House is better in person than in the photos. Perfect set up for coming back from the day and spending the evening with Family and friends. Whit was always available to answer questions. He also has great recommendations. Would definitely be a home to go back to year after year.

Casa Thai was an amazing experience! A stunning house with a stunning view. The owner was extremely helpful and available. Everything worked perfectly (which is rare in Costa Rica) and it was all in new condition. I would highly recommend this Home to anyone with discerning tastes!

Stunning stay for a ladies trip!

There is not one detail that has been overlooked. This house was more than equipped for our group of 9 ladies to have a great time in Uvita! Whit was very responsive and had excellent communication. We utilized Simone, the house concierge and also Chef Vlad to prepare amazing meals for each evening. When Mother Nature didn't go along with our plans, we still had a fabulous time hanging around the villa with our group playing games, soaking in the hot tub or just lounging & socializing. Highly recommend and we will most definitely be back!

Amazing week in Uvita

This property is ideal if you are looking for a home with beautiful view, to relax in, and good access to many adventures within an hour. Whit was a great host, very friendly, informative, and responsive, and met us upon arrival in the rain to show this beautiful home. Our family’s favorite part of the home is the sunken couch by the pool.Simone was our amazing concierge and ensured prompt responses to questions, assisted in arranging an amazing Corcovado tour, and shared many insights on other options for exploring the area. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Communication from Whit and Simone prior to arrival was excellent, and really helped us prepare for the trip to Uvita.We also had two fantastic dinners with the personal chef, Vlad and highly recommend this experience too. In summary, everything about our stay in Uvita was great and we would highly recommend this location and property. Thank you Whit, Simone, and Vlad for the memories and we hope to return in the future!

Beautifl View!

We had a lovely family vacation and this home was perfect for our group of 9. Lots of room to spread out. After days of hiking and sightseeing, it was perfect to come back to the open air pool and hot tub; especially in rainy season, the covered area was enjoyable. Whitney was easy to reach with any needs. We had a hired Chef and he had plenty of work area to prepare the meals. Thank you Whitney for sharing the home! If we were to come to Uvita again, we'd repeat our stay.

We had a marvelous time here. The location is great: Pacific views and the sound of the forest which starts right behind the house. Pristine playa hermosa is just minutes away by car. There are several surprisingly good restaurants nearby, just ask Whit. The house itself is well designed. The kitchen is fully equipped and everything is in spotless condition. The master bed is comfy; the outdoor shower is a nice feature. We also liked the soundsystem that connects easily to any smartphone. Whit has good suggestions on things to do in the area. But it is also great to relax on the deck with a book or to just watch the birds.

Perfectly Amazing!!!

The size and layout were perfect for our groups. The pool, the hot tub, the view were exactly what we were looking for in a relaxing vacation. The villa is decorated in a way that makes you feel as if you are staying in a friends home and not a rental. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need for cooking your own meals. We hired a chef recommended by our host, Vladimir Chinchilla, for breakfast & dinner for 4 of our 8 days. His cost was incredibly reasonable and his dishes were amazing. For us this worked so well and we HIGHLY recommend him. The days we did not have the chef, Ana & Nancy our lovely cleaning staff made breakfast for us also for a very reasonable cost. Our host Whit was helpful ever time we had a question & really anticipated his guests needs. Whit had driver contacts and info about the area that made our first time in Costa Rica easy & enjoyable. We all found it very hard to leave!

Uvita is the heart of Costa Rica’s Southern Pacific Coast, where lush rainforest-covered mountains meet the sparkling Pacific Ocean. The town has a relaxed, welcoming vibe, with local cafés, artisan markets, restaurants (75+), and tour operators just minutes from pristine beaches and natural attractions. Uvita is perfect for travelers who want adventure nearby—zip-lining, waterfall hikes, whale watching, and surfing—while still enjoying the convenience and charm of a small town. The nearby Marino Ballena National Park, home to the famous Whale Tail sandbar, offers incredible marine life and unforgettable sunset views.
