This 1900 square foot warehouse loft is a must see home... Featuring 18 foot ceilings, brick walls with the original oak wood floors. This Historical building was built in 1894 and was the original John Deere plant in Denver. With views of the Rocky Mountains, Mile High Stadium & The Pepsi Center all from your private balcony. Walking distance to Union Station and Coors field. Lower Downtown also features an abundance of Restaurants, Bars and Brewery's all just a few blocks away. Inside you can sit down and relax in front of the fireplace that features a 70" TV with surround sound. Master bedroom and bathroom are spacious and luxurious furnished with a king size bed and a 55" TV. Second bedroom features a queen bed. Kitchen has been completely remodeled with gourmet amenities. Guests have use to a computer with internet access while they stay. This place is a must see property... if you like history, fine dinning, sporting events, & the ease of getting anywhere in lower downtown Denver, then you need to come check out 1127 Auraria Parkway.

Fantastic property and property manager in a great Downtown location. Very spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. Great communications and flexible manage made check in and out a breeze. We would definitely stay with Steve again!

Our unit was very nice and well equipped. We were on the third floor and elevator did not work but worked out fine, but if , working our stay would have been much better. Other that that our visit was great

We absolutely LOVED this place!!! Property was very clean and spacious for two couples. The location was spot on.....many bars, restaurants, etc in walking distance. We had a wonderful time while in Denver and will definitely stay here again. Thanks Steve & Terri for the hospitality!!!

Beautiful modern condo in downtown Denver Convenient short walk to great restaurants! All the modern conveniences in condo made even more welcoming by the owner. Definitely recommend!

Excellent property

Loved this loft! More beautiful and spacious than what comes across in the pictures. Beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything you might need. Quiet building with great location, close to Larimer square, Union Station. Steve was very helpful and great to work with. We highly recommend staying at this property.

Wonderful property!

This is an ideal property, especially if you want to do a variety of things in downtown Denver. You have easy access to Union Station and lightrail and are within walking distance to all the major venues in the downtown area. The unit itself is fantastic - spacious, comfortable and very clean. The kitchen is well supplied if you'd like to cook. The owners are very responsive if you have any questions or needs - before, during or after your stay. We'll defintely go back!

The Best Place to Stay in LoDo!!

Better than a 5 star hotel - very clean and most comfortable beds with very high quality sheets, not to mention great soaps, lotions, shampoos provided in each bathroom. Owner very responsive to any questions. They even included a pictured manual on how to use the TV remote and coffee maker, in case itā€™s not obvious. Although we didnā€™t make any meals at the condo, it looked furnished with everything to make a Thanksgiving meal. Loved the location as it was walking distance to everything in LoDo yet very quite and away from street noise.

Such a great place

My wife and I stayed here for three nights while in town to catch a show at Red Rocks. This place is top notch, no complaints at all. The location is great. We walked every day to Larimer Square or Union Station for lunch, picked up groceries at Whole Foods, and an Uber was always three minutes away. From here, we explored the LoDo, LoHi, and RiNo neighborhoods. My wife enjoyed the nearby REI while I sat outside at the Denver Beer Company. The building and the area always made us feel safe, and we enjoyed the balcony. All the building occupants were extremely friendly. Steve and Terri were very easy to communicate with, answering any questions, and had a nice welcoming gift. I cannot say enough how nice this place is. We hope to stay again on our next trip. Thank you, Steve and Terri. Cheers!

I have never rented someoneā€™s home before so I was very skeptical. Sometimes pictures are deceiving. However this property is gorgeous. Itā€™s bettee than the pics! We opened the door & my 19 & 20 yr old grandkids were amazed , as was I! Everything you need for anything is there . It is within walking distance , a few minutes to Larimer st & 16th st mall. Steve is always available , if he doesnā€™t answer he calls right back . You canā€™t go wrong staying in this beautiful lift. Hopefully one Iā€™ll be able to go back . Thanks steve

Great Location

We had a wonderful stay, felt like home. Upon arrival, late at night we had no entry code to get into the building. Fortunately the people in Denver are super kind, and after about 20mins a kind young man exiting the building gave us his code to use for the duration of our stay. The fireplace wasnā€™t working, which would have been nice, especially Christmas. Overall I would recommend this as a great place to stay, having a contact number would have been helpful. Request entry code to building prior to arriving.

Quintessential downtown loft

Perfect location for anything downtown. Minutes walk to Convention Center and right in Pepsi Center parking lot. Great 2 bed 2 bath with urban industrial decor amidst cozy furniture. Had a great stay and would love to come back!

Auraria Loft

Breathtaking condo! Soaring ceilings, gorgeous hardwood floors. Ultra modern bathrooms, SUPER comfortable beds. This home was the perfect place for hosting a family dinner the day after Thanksgiving... to give my Denver sister a break. We did require instructions on how to use the stove top... which our host Steve provided for us quickly in a phone call. Only a few items missing from this beautiful kitchen... a baking sheet, oven mitts, and possibly a french press for those not wanting to use a keurig. Thank you Steve & Terri! Rebecca VanZoeren

Staying here jazzed up my business trip

This place turned out to be a lucky break on a business trip where all the Denver hotels were booked. I wish I would have had more time to enjoy the place as it was quite special. Very classy and spacious condo in a charming historical building. Every detail was upscale. The owner was gracious and helpful. Location was great, just past the edge of the noisy downtown, but an easy walk to lots of downtown restaurants. Would strongly recommend.

An Oasis in the city.

This property was amazing, good location, perfect layout, very roomy and very well appointed with all high end touches. One day the elevator was on the fritz but was quickly repaired. Good thing the 3rd floor is a quick trip even on the stairs. :-) The owners have thought of everything and even called to check in that we got in okay and provided their contact info in case we needed anything on our vacation. This is a must for a great Denver get away! Thanks for sharing your place - we loved it.

A GREAT find!

Modern, industrial vibe that is warm, cozy and inviting! Great communication with owner-response was instant! Clean, quiet and plenty of space for all of us to be comfortable in. Sumptuous linens and bedding. All new appliances in excellent condition. And the location!! We parked the car and walked everywhere with ease--shopping, restaurants, bars, Coors Field and of course the Pepsi Center. Would stay here again without hesitation!

Walkable to the Pepsi Center

Awesome location. Literally, it backs up to the parking lot of the Pepsi Center. Walkable to many great restaurants. Euclid was especially tasty. Great loft design.

You must stay here!

Great 2 bedroom close to everything in Denver! Beautiful place! Owners were very helpful and a nice bottle of wine was waiting upon our arrival. Upscale furniture and bedding. You will not be disappointed. We could not access the roof during our stay which would have had a great view for dinning but we will try anothr time. Great place! Hope to return soon!

Getaway downtown

Enjoyed the vibe downtown Denver, the Highlands, Larimer Square, the Rockies and preseason Broncos game. Everything was either a walk away or a 5 to 10 minute Uber ride. Had a great time!

Delighted in Downtown Denver

We were two couples from California in Denver to see baseball and the sites. The loft was spacious, clean, top quality beds and linens and an easy walk to downtown sites and sounds. Communication was great and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Would most definitely stay here again!
