Our Loft is located in the heart of downtown Denver. It offers a beautiful view of the city, and those famous Colorado sunsets. It is perfect for all the seasons of the year; with a fireplace to keep you warm and cozy in the Winter and a large walk out porch for those Summer bbq's. The loft has a perfect balance of history with a contemporary feel. The building is located in Denver's historic lower downtown district.

The loft has 2 beds and 2 bathrooms. It is a very open space; the master bedroom is located at the back where there is privacy but no door and the second bedroom in the front of the house has a divider that offers privacy. Both beds come with bed linen.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need including a refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Each bathroom has soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels and a hair dryer. For executive rentals, we offer a cleaning service once a week that will provide clean linens and towels as well as general house keeping. We offer 1 parking space in the under ground garage. For an additional fee we can offer another parking spot. Also we have a nice balcony to sit outside and enjoy the city view. Or cozy up to a nice gas indoor fireplace.... how many lofts do you see a fireplace in ?

Within walking distance you can get to Coors Field, the 16th Street Mall, the Pepsi Center, Union Station, restaurants, shops, etc. An Uber or cab can get you just about anywhere else you may want to visit in Denver for a low cost. You can also take a walk along the Cherry Creek Trail. From Union Station you can get a bus to Denver International Airport for about $11. April 2016, the light rail will be able to take you there in 37 minutes for $9.

Our loft is under HOA regulations that state a renter must stay a minimum of 1 month, which is what makes this loft perfect for anybody who is in Denver on business for a prolonged period of time or wants to experience loft living and Denver’s amazing downtown.

Beautiful loft in a great location!

My boyfriend and I stayed at this loft while visiting Denver and had an excellent experience. The host was super responsive and gave us great recommendations. The loft was very clean and well decorated, with an incredible view of the city and mountains. I'd recommend this place to anyone visiting Denver!

Feels like home

We really enjoyed our stay in Suzi’s loft. The space is very comfortable - lovely furnishings, cozy sofas and chairs, warm gas fireplace, spacious, well-stocked kitchen (with Nespresso maker), sunny balcony with view of Cherry Creek Trail, mountains and sunsets. The location is excellent- we walked everywhere (Cherry Creek Trail, Commons Park, Confluence Park, Union Station, Whole Foods, 16th Street Mall, Larimer Square). Suzi is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Amazing loft with excellent opportunities!

Suzi was the best host!!!! She was easy to reach, and very helpful. The loft was beautifully decorated and homey. So much attention to details. The art and amenities were extra bonuses for us. This gas fireplace was cozy on the snowy dim days. The location is very convenient to many of Denver’s attractions. I particularly enjoyed the art museum and Union Station. It is very easy to walk to any downtown attractions. The neighbors are extremely nice and friendly. We are definitely looking forward to staying again, and consider West End Loft our home away from home!!!! Thanks again!

City Life Lived Large in LODO!

There could not be a more charming or conveniently located loft in Denver's historic heart. It was so easy to walk to many must-see sites, visit museums, sample a wide array of restaurants. The loft itself is beautifully decorated and well-eqipped with lots of amenities. The balcony and fireplace add additional charm when one is in the mood to relax at home. I totally loved my month and truly was sorry to leave. Thanks for everything, Suzi!

We loved living the loft life in LODO!!

The loft was open & bright and very spacious! It was ideally located right beside Cherry Creek trail ... and many many restaurants & bars.... endless things to do! The loft was very well equipped & Suzie had left everything there that we could possibly need during our stay . She also provided a wonderful ‘welcome’ collection of all things made locally - thank u!!!! The loft was beautifully decorated with several pieces of beautiful art! We would return here in a heart beat! Thanks Susie

This place has everything! Beautifully decorated great balcony, and you can’t beat the location!

We loved every minute here! We only needed the car to venture out for hikes. Cherry Creek and Confluence Park are right here, great for biking, jogging, walking, and people (and dog) watching. Union Station is 3 blocks away. Don’t miss Snooze for breakfast! Put your name on the wait list, then go home for an hour. Well worth the wait! If you love beer, you’ll be in heaven - you can walk to all kinds of breweries and pubs. Rockies Stadium is just a short walk away as well. Also don’t miss The Tattered Cover bookstore 2 blocks away. It’s a classic. Suzi was easy to reach with any questions. Just keep any bikes in the loft!

Piece of history w a fresh vibe!

It's a wonderful spacious loft to experience downtown living. Clean & Quiet Stylish & Hip The building is a safe place to stay, with friendly locals to help you out if needed. I took advantage of the outside deck to start my day & end my day watching the colors of the sunset. Anthony & Suzi are very helpful & friendly, making sure my stay was perfect. It was ! Great place to stay!

The loft is very spacious, clean and decorated nicely, filled with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s also located in an exciting, safe and very walkable part of downtown Denver - close to Union Station, Larimer Square, and 16th street mall. Beautiful views of the mountains during the day and even better for sunsets! Suzi is a great host, would definitely stay here again!

We love entertaining and inviting friends to stay with us hopefully you will find all the amenities that you need to have fine dining at home, a night out on the town or entertaining a few guests at our homes as well or maybe you would like a weekend of cozying up with a book and turning the fireplace on.
