This beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 3 bath top floor villa offers spectacular pool to ocean views! The kitchen is fully equipped with attractive granite counters lovely cabinets and tile flooring. The living room is light and bright and comfortably furnished and features a large TV for family movie night. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, ocean views, private bath and access to the large deck. This oceanfront villa makes the perfect spot for your Hilton Head Island getaway!

The Shorewood Complex is in the highly desirable Forest Beach area, and is within walking distance to the popular Coligny Plaza which offers over 60 shops and restaurants.

In addition to your bed and bath linen set up, The Vacation Company provides beach towels for your stay. So that is one less thing you need to pack!

fun week

The condo was nice and perfect size for our family of 5. Not sure if it was because we were on the top floor, but we never heard anyone around us. It's an easy walk to the beach. There are pool bathrooms, which was nice to have near the beach.

Location and condo were amazing and as advertised. I would 100% stay here again. I have some feedback but very minor and should not stop anyone from staying here. The bed in the master was not my favorite and is really squeaky so just a heads up if you have very young children sleeping in the room with you. Getting the door to lock was tricky the first couple of times but finally got the hang of it. Beach towels being provided was a big plus. I would suggest bringing extra pillows. Appliances were all amazing and top notch, which was nice with small kids. Sofa and chairs were very comfortable. Open floor plan was great for socializing with everyone. You can’t beat the views from the patio, master and family room. We all loved this place.

Seaside Smiles

We had a great week at this property! We were very pleased by all of the appliances, games, etc provided at the condo. There were a few beach chairs, games, and every kitchen utensil you could think of! It was very clean and quiet. The walk to the beach is about 3 minutes and you are only minutes away from the restaurants and amenities of Coligny Beach. It was great to be so close to things, yet not have to "battle" for a spot at the public beach. We also never had an issue finding a chair poolside! Thank you for such a wonderful week and stay!

Fun vaca with friends and family

This 3 bed, 3 bath unit on the beach was perfect for our party of 7. The pictures actually make the unit look smaller than it is. And the picture from the building to the beach looks further than it is, too. The pool was big with more than enough loungers. The property grounds were beautiful and well maintained. While close to Coligny, the beaches weren’t overrun or crowded. And it was walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. The condo unit was roomy and had everything we needed.

Check in

Arrived at room around 3:35 expecting room to be ready knowing check in was 4. We were ok on staying on deck until cleaning was done. Room inspector wasn’t the most welcoming and gave us a stare down and remarked we were early. Room was ready at 4:10

Great location and beautiful balcony view!

Condo was great, wish it was a tad closer of a walk to the beach, and I only say that because we’ve stayed in the building closer to the beach and loved the shorter walk with lugging all the kids and beach stuff. Still not a far walk at all! Wish the balcony had more comfy patio furniture. It has one metal table and 2 tailgate chairs. The balcony is huge and has so much more potential. Could fit a couch in the corner, high top table (2 person) in the middle for happy hour and then keep the dinner table where it is. Location of condo is amazing. Can walk to bars/restaurants/playground, and of course the beach/pool. The beach gear credit was a great perk to rent chairs and bikes! Overall a great stay and I went rent this unit again! Thank you for sharing your condo with our family, we had a great time!

The condo is actually closer to the beach than it appears in the photo. Great setup of bedrooms, nicely furnished. Amazing large patio and well stocked kitchen. Would totally rent this condo again.

Great Location and Beautiful View

Had great vacation but would suggest a couple of things. Need cushions on the outdoor chairs around the table. They are very uncomfortable. Also need some comfortable lounge chairs on the deck. Dryer ruined some of our clothes. Don’t put anything with a string or a tie in the dryer. Bedrooms need ceiling fans. The bedrooms get hot and the box fans in the closet don’t work as well as ceiling fans. Overall we had a great time and would go back!

Wonderful Condo/Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It worked perfect for the 6 of us and had everything we needed. The patio is very large with a perfect view. A couple of lounge chairs or comfy seats would be great. We also wanted to use the beach chairs one day and found them to be in pretty bad condition. We had a small issue with a screen door when we arrived and it was quickly addressed and fixed. Overall a very nice experience and would definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful property

We loved the condo. Was very clean and well taken care of. Only complaint I have is the patio furniture could use some updating. Would have liked to enjoy sitting out on the balcony more but the furniture was too uncomfortable to sit on.

Our family had a wonderful week at your property! Everything was just like the pictures. Kitchen was so well stocked with anything we needed and the furniture was comfortable for our family of 4. Especially loved the short, easy access to the beach. The checkin/out process was so smooth. Great location to shops and restaurants. Would definitely come back and stay here again!!

Great Location!

Perfectly located on the beach, yet walking distance to Coligny for shopping, a meal, a drink, or ice cream! It's also a great bike ride to Sea Pines! Condo is on the corner so great views of the ocean. Comfy couch for us all to pile on for movie night. Nice kitchen. Pillows a little lumpy, and balcony concrete needs a little love, but otherwise great place!!

Great place and location

The property is nice and has enough room to spread out. Kitchen had everything we needed. Location was nice as it was close to shops and restaurants but also away from the public beach so it wasn’t too crowded.

Shorewood great gated condo community. Loved each day there.

Shorewood is a lovely gated condo community. Our party was a 18 year old, parents and grandparents. Rooms were nice and our unit had 3 bedroom 3 baths which made it great for getting ready for evening activities. The view was beautiful from our large balcony. Condo was very well equipped only thing that may enhance one step more would be a lounge chair on balcony. Great place to stay. Restaurants shopping etc very close to complex. Highly recommend.
