Situada numa zona tranquila, longe das áreas turísticas mais movimentadas, mas perto das praias e restaurantes, proporciona o equilíbrio ideal entre tranquilidade e conveniência.

Esta villa de 3 pisos, com aproximadamente 350 m², é perfeita para famílias, grupos de amigos e estadias prolongadas. Dispõe de 4 quartos confortáveis, 2 casas de banho completas e uma casa de banho adicional com duche. A cozinha totalmente equipada oferece tudo o que é necessário para refeições agradáveis, enquanto a ampla sala de estar com sofás confortáveis, uma grande Smart TV e zona de refeições cria o espaço perfeito para relaxar e conviver. Também está disponível estacionamento privado para 2 carros.

No piso inferior, os hóspedes encontram uma sala de jogos com mesa de ténis de mesa, uma acolhedora zona de lounge e um bar corner. A zona de lounge tem acesso direto à área da piscina.

• A cozinha moderna está totalmente equipada com tudo o que é necessário para cozinhar, incluindo máquina de lavar loiça e 2 máquinas de café - uma para café em grão e outra máquina de expresso. Há também máquina de lavar roupa e utensílios de cozinha e loiça suficientes para até 10 hóspedes.
• A villa dispõe de 2 Smart TVs de 65” com Netflix gratuito, YouTube Premium, Amazon TV e muito mais, além de um centro de música e uma confortável sala de estar com uma acolhedora zona de biblioteca.
• Wi-Fi de alta velocidade até 1 Gbps.

Absolutely loved our stay this villa was perfect for 2 adults and 4 teenagers. The communication with the owner and the villa manager was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. It’s in a perfect location and Ubers were really cheap and only ever minutes away.

Beautiful location

Very relaxing excellent views and clean.management was excellent everything we asked for it was dealt with quickly. Taxis are cheap and efficient.

Enjoyable Stay

Large villa in a quiet area, 20 minute walk to the marina but Uber taxi’s very cheap. Would definitely return to this villa! Communication between owner and villa manager flawless!

Beautiful villa, photos don’t do it justice!

Had a wonderful time at the property. The pool and villa was so clean. The property manager was excellent and was really easy to get hold of whilst we were out there. Would definitely stay again, could not fault.

Perfect family time

Although the villa was a bit remote due to not a lot happening at the marina this was the perfect location for an adult family of 6 - villa and pool good size ,Tracey villa manager was excellent

Beautiful big villa with great pool

The villa is enormous, plenty of room for at least 8 people. The pool was lovely and regularly cleaned and the beach was a short walk away. The marina and the old town were also in walking proximity so great location and for the shopping and airport we were provided with a trusty taxi number. Great week away! Would definitely recommend.

Great villa in quiet location

The villa is great, when we turned up we couldn’t believe how big it was! A party of eight but you all had your own space as the villa is set on three floors , all with good size rooms. Pool area is lovely. Nothing to complain about here. It was all we expected and more.

Nice house for 2 families

A great house for 8. Lots of space inside and outside. Nice pool and barberte area. Walking distance to Nice beaches and twonthe harbour area with a small supermarket ND restaurants. Reccomend to rent a car. The contact Travey was helpful when needed.

Great location

The house is great , very spacious Unfortunately the maintenance is very poor , tiles are missing and coming off in the pool , light in the bathroom was not functioning Wifi was totally useless , we were supplied a portable router with absolutely useless service could not even check our emails

Holiday

Lovely spacious proprty in great location, with nice views over marina. Spent lots of time in pool but the lovely Sao Rafael beach only around 15 walk away. Didn't hire a car as Ubers cheap, around 5 Euros each way to Lidl where we shopped a couple of times during our week stay. Around 10 minute walk to marina, which has a number of bars and restaurants. Definitely recommended.

fantastic villa

what a fantastic villa, photo's don't do it justice, every thing you could possibly need in a villa has been thought of and provided for your comfort and use, great security system top class made all the family feel relaxed and secure at all times, lovely well cared for pool and gardens, BBQ area a real bonus, I would recommend this villa to anyone as long as they don't want the same two weeks as I do next year. Lovely villa with amazing views

Fantastic villa with plenty of space for our family of 7 which included 3 teenagers The villa was well equipped with everything we needed and we were given lots of information on arrival The gardens were pretty and regularly tended and swept and the pool was lovely and regularly cleaned The marina and old town which have plenty of restaurants are within easy walking distance and a small supermarket is close by for essentials A short walk away is Sao Raphael beach Not to be missed it is beautiful The sunsets were amazing to see when sitting on the balcony at night We had an amazing holiday and can highly recommend Casa Verde Family of seven

Fantastic family holiday

We stayed for nine days and what a lovely villa and resort it is. The villa is very clean and spacious. There where eight off us six adults two children and plenty of room for all of us. It has everything you need. The pool got cleaned while we where there. We had a few issues but the letting agency Tracy Westacott is absolutely marvellous. They were sorted out straight away. The villa is situated on a hill, which on an evening got very windy but was told that this does not normally happen. It it close to three lovely beaches and within walking distance to the marina and old town. We never bothered with a car used Uber which is so cheap. Had an amazing time and would recommend the whole experience .

A fantastic week in Casa Verde

We booked very late due to COVID restrictions in the U.K. but Chris was very efficient in getting all the info to us in a short period of time to allow us to get everything in order before we traveled. Upon arriving at the villa we found the check in process of getting the keys from the key box very easy. The villa is thee floors and very spacious. Our group consisted of six adults, two children and a baby. The villa had all amenities we needed for our stay. We had a small problem with the hot water and TV but that was sorted very quickly by Tracey the villa host who was extremely friendly and helpful. The villa is located about a 5-10 minute walk from the lovely marina with two accessible supermarkets and a beach (all within 10 minutes walk). The pool was cleaned twice during our stay and we would certainly recommend this property and stay here again

The villa is spacious and had a good view. Cleaning of the house was not that good. The shower on the ground floor was so dirty, we never used it. And there were a bit of dead flies around in the windows, lamps etc. The toilet on the first floor was leaking and it took serveral days to get it fixed. The beds were of poor quality. All sofas in the living room were useless, they were all worn out. The grill on the ground floor is falling apart. We never saw Tracey. We were told that she would come to the house the day after our arrival, but she never showed up. We spoke to her on the phone, but thats not the same. We have allways before had the host visiting us during our stay in different houses. Alina, the driver was very nice and serviceminded. The other staff were very nice and polite people as well.

Thank you for your review. The villa is located in a wonderful location with beautiful views. We are very sorry that you were unhappy with the condition of the villa. Our maid service team have been with us for many years and usually do a great job, cleaning and preparing the rooms for guests. I apologise for the delay in attending to the problem with the toilet. Our aim is to provide a comfortable and pleasant place to stay, and we sincerely apologise that our hospitality and attention to details left something to be desired on this occasion - this is very unlike us. Tracey usually does see our guests on the day after their arrival but I am aware now that this was the first time she was unable to. I will amend our correspondence in the future and I am sorry for the confusion. We extend our heartfelt apologies for not achieving our goal of providing you with a comfortable stay, but we appreciate your visit to us, and remain committed to providing an enjoyable stay for guests.

Lovely Villa, beautiful views

As we pulled up to the gates of this villa we knew we had made a good decision. The pictures sell the villa well, and I can absolutely assure you that it looks even better in real life than in the photos. The outside pool area is lovely and the views enhance the holiday experience even further. Location wise you can't go wrong- if you want to be close to Albufeira. The beach is a 10 min stroll away or 1 minute by car and let me tell you, Sao Rafael beach is a beauty. Really nice views and the beach is very clean with golden sands. The villa had everything we needed and was very well maintained and equipped, both internally and the outside gardens/plants/pool etc. We made very good use of the outside BBQ which is great for cooking and eating outside. I would highly recommend you hire a car as it just gives you so much flexibility of where you can go and what you can do. The owners made sure we had all the necessary information before arrival and provided any information we needed to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable time in the Algarve. I honestly can't fault the property. The only thing I could suggest is adding Wi-Fi to the list of features, which I was told is being looked in to for the future. Overall a great property and me and my friends had a great and we were all satisfied. My house in the UK feels small now and it's hard not living the villa life.

Good villa, great location!

We spent 10 nights at this villa and very much enjoyed our stay. The communication was great and the villa manager kindly came and met us on arrival. They also provided us with return airport transfers at a very reasonable price and we used the same lovely lady to transfer us to and from the Aquahotel water park which was fab. The villa was great, a bit tired in places and needed some maintenance but had everything we needed, it was just a shame the paddles and balls were pretty poor for the ping pong table so couldn’t be used and the WIFI only worked on whatever level the dongle was on, could’ve done with another so WIFI could be used on another of the 3 levels at the same time. The pool was a tad on the cold side so unfortunately we weren’t able to use it at night as we have done at previous villas. We were a bit concerned the villa didn’t have air con but this wasn’t an issue as there were fans and we had a lovely breeze coming through. Location was perfect, 10 minute walk one way to the marina which was excellent for food/drinks/boat trips and lots of stuff for the kids to do, 10 minutes the other way to Sao Rafael beach which was lovely clear water with good snorkelling and kayaking. 10 minute UBER to the Old Town which was fab! Loads of bars, restaurants and shops. UBERs are plentiful, quick and cheap and always on hand to drop and pick you up from LIDL or ALDI which is 10 mins or smaller SPAR at the marina. Overall we had a fab stay! We didn’t want to come home!

So pleased you and your family enjoyed your stay at the villa. It is in a wonderful location being so close to Albufeira marina and the beaches. Thank you for bringing to our attention the ping pong bats and wi-fi. The reception is usually adequate for use throughout the villa but we will look to address both these issues with the villa manager. The property is set slightly into the hillside and we have found the temperature remains fairly consistent through the season. There usually is a cooling breeze in the evenings and the fans provide a back up in very warm weather. The pool is not heated. It is quite large and a lot of clients appreciate the fact that they can swim lengths and cool off in the hot weather. Glad you had a fabulous stay! It is a spacious villa to relax in and enjoy the beautiful views and sunsets.

Fantastisch ruim huis

Prachtig uitzicht en voldoende ruimte voor iedereen. Ondanks wat regen konden heerlijk buiten zitten op het overdekte balkon. Op een gegeven moment geen warm water, maar Tracey de manager heeft dat snel opgelost en ons daarna nog prachtige tips gegeven over de omgeving wat zeker de moeite waard is om te bezoeken. Thank you for your comments. As you say there are beautiful views from the villa and plenty of space for everyone to relax. Much praise must go to Tracey our villa manager and her team who are always on hand to help and advise. Her local knowledge allows guests to fully enjoy their holiday.
