This modern, affordable, beachfront condominium has everything you need to create lasting memories with your life partner, young family, or even small group of friends.

The first thing you will notice is the incredible gulf front view! Your private covered balcony’s bar-height seating for four provides an unobstructed view of what some consider the most beautiful shoreline in the world. Sugary white, quartz sand is the perfect canvas for crystal-clear waters to reflect breathtaking shades of emerald green and saltwater blue.

Your open living area features a gulf front glass wall with sliding doors allowing you to enjoy the gulf front views of your balcony even while indoors. Plenty of comfortable seating for watching TV in the evenings. Plush loveseat couch folds out into a comfortable double bed. Dining table seating for four in addition to breakfast bar seating for two. There is a half bath in the hallway for visitors during the day and sofa bed sleepers during the night.

Your kitchen is fully equipped with full size appliances and has been updated with granite countertops and a deep double bowl stainless steel sink. The adjoining breakfast bar makes for great conversation while meals and drinks are being prepared.

Your comfortable king master bedroom features cable TV, ample storage and a private bathroom that creates a nice retreat.

When it’s time to hit the sand there are beach chairs and umbrellas to take on your shoreline excursions.

Always wonderful at Perdido Sun. Great onsite staff, steps to a very nice and clean beach. Local restaurants are always delicious with friendly staff. Our owner was very nice and responsive with any questions. Can't wait to return.

They really need to do an overhaul with repainting ceilings, walls, etc. the update to kitchen countertops was nice. Other than that, old stove, fridge and nasty shower/tub. Just felt dirty overall. No blinds in living area so kids were up at the crack of dawn every morning. The major bonus was the indoor heated pool.

Great week in Perdido Key

We stayed the first week of March and this condo was perfect for us. The weather wasn’t great, but the location was. If we weren’t on the beach, we were hanging out on the balcony enjoying the view. We were able to see a ton of dolphins swimming by and some really cool jets fly over. The condo had everything we needed. There was so much to do within walking distance or a quick drive. Johnson’s Beach is a must! Hope to be back again one day!

This was exactly what was advertised and exactly what we wanted. Even approaching the July 4th holiday nothing was too crowded, no crazy wait times anywhere, nothing seeming to be way overpriced just because of a tourist location. We will definitely be back. The condo is clean and well appointed, the perfect size for our family of 3. We brought our roomba from home to keep the sand down and it was perfect.

The condo could use some work. There is mold on the kitchen ceiling around the air conditioner vent. There was sand and hair on the floor. The curtains on the beach side glass sliding door have been removed. This condo needs an overhaul.

The property was satisfactory but I will not be booking through Vrbo again. The fees are, in my opinion, exorbitant.

Just ok.

Definitely needs updated. Tried to contact owner about operating shower and never received a text back. Lots of noise. But the views were definitely pretty. Would not rebook.

The 10th floor is not a penthouse. Very misleading.

The owner was accommodating. The first unit we got to had a terrible mattress. It smelt like maple syrup. The bathroom had flaking on the ceiling, but we did get to move. It was cleaner in better, but we gave up some nice stuff when we made the move, we had a nicer kitchen, appliances and dishes in the patio furniture made off PVC pipe. What a joke. The patio needs to be comfortable because that’s what you’re there for the ocean view.

Not a penthouse

First of all, the condo was listed as a penthouse and it is not.. I expected a huge private balcony since it is a penthouse and the balcony is very small-adequate if I'd been expecting a regular balcony but I wasn't. The furniture is not comfortable at all. In fact, my husband and I and left our vacation early because we couldn't relax inside the condo. The beach was great but there was construction going on in one of the condos on Mothers Day and we'd come from the beach to the pool and couldn't relax because of the construction noise. Also, the hot tub was not working properly and so it was notrelaxing. There was water on the floor next to the sliding glass door one morning. It was obvious that there was a leak and we reported it to the front desk. They checked with us a couple of times about it. We always rent from a premier host. The misrepresentation of the condo and the unsuitable furniture are not something thst a premier host would represent. Very dissatisfied and we will not stay here again. because we could relax in the condo.

We were very comfortable and had the very best view. The unit was very clean with nice towels and linens as well as a very comfortable bed. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed the pools, hot tub and easy access to the beach. It was the quietest unit we have experienced at Perdido Sun.
